It's a pleasant appartment that feels like a home. Wifi is perfect, A/C, available parking, room service every day, towels, bed, pillows and all necessary amenities are quite convenient. You have everything for your stay.As family of 4 we really feel like home😊 Sofia is really warm welcoming host.

The only thing which is not negative really, is the location. Though we already knew that to visit the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia we need a car. Nikiti beach is close but for us wasn't a choice.

We were welcomed very warm by the host Sofia. Who continues to keep everything in pristine condition. The rooms were very clean, and are very well organized. The location is perfect. Not far from beach side or town center, but still on the quite side. There are more than couple of stores near by to buy groceries if you like that - you have facilities in the room to prepare hot meal. Sea side restaurants are not far as well. The cerry on top is the Wi-Fi. Fastest connection speed I have ever experienced in a hotel, hostel, motel or rental apartment not only abroad but in my country as well.

The host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was well equipped and clean, cleaning was done every day. Very nice terrace. A quiet location, but not too far from the beach and restaurants. Great wifi connection. The place looks exactly as in the pictures.

Definitely a great place to stay. The apartment is in the center of Nikiti, very close to everywhere and very quiet, calm. The house is very clean and has everything you will need. Sophia is very friendly and hospitable. Employees help with all kinds of things. I definitely recommend it to everyone. I will definitely stay here when I come to nikiti-sintohia again. Full cleaning of the apartment on a daily basis, towels are changed every 3rd day, spacious balcony, parking and it is a new house. Host is super friendly and provides excellent advices on good restaurants and beaches.

Everything was great! The room was big and comfortable. It was very clean! The hosts are very kind and we even received a small welcome gift. :)

The shower was small.
