The experience was amazing. the rooms were clean & spacious. the environment is quite ambient and quite for a good rest. another thing i loved is its nearness to the main road & airport. The food was quite delicious.

The food portions were quite small.

I have got no answer to my email I have written at home before my stay. At least I payed but did not stay there.

It was what i expected for a 1 night stay short notice, the staff were great. However the wifi was really slow while using the room connection.

Everything. I'd asked the hotel beforehand to arrange an airport pickup for me, which they confirmed ahead of time - and then there was no car for me when I arrived. I had to get a (very overpriced) taxi to the hotel instead. The hotel was NOT close to the airport at all - it would've taken just as much time to go to a better place closer to the city center. When I did get to the hotel, they didn't have my booking and the staff at the front desk kept repeating that "the system is down" and couldn't check me in. I finally ended up just leaving.

Reception was exceptional. The rooms were ample amd clean. A few minutes ride from the Airport.

wifi wasn’t working at all. bathroom was not in good shape. didn’t even took a shower there. it was very loud. don’t forget your earplugs!

There's nothing I liked at Hotel Kepler.

Everything. The receiptionist tried to crook me. When I confronted her about the issue she looked confused & tried to act dumb. I had to go to my room & google the rate in order to confront her. Imagine how many people have been crooked? The facilities were not clean but dusty & dirty. The bed was hard as the pavement. No comfort whatsoever. The location was noisy. I was travelling in transit with a layover of 14 hours. My wife & I needed a safe, quiet & habitable place to sleep but Hotel Kepler didn't provide that. It was noisy till about 3am & check-in for my flight was at 6am. I couldn't sleep at all. The television wasn't working. It was a terrible experience, one that I regret. How Hotel Kepler is registered on booking.com is fraudulent. This place should be avoided at all costs. Trying to make quick dollar by taking advantage of clients who may not know the rate is completely unprofessional.

exactly what I expected. but I knew this was Africa, so European expectations must be muted.

l didn’t really enjoy my dinner, but the breakfast was excellent.

The Airport shuttle was timely and the driver very polite. For the price of the 'Hotel' was as expected for the facilities including free internet.

There was a nightclub directly in the middle of the complex so you wouldn't get any sleep. The area was not for the faint hearted so if you are used to creature comforts this is not for you. The general area was very local to say the least. Only recommended if you are well travelled and used to not minding what you paid for.

Close to the airport (although it will still take about half an hour to get to the airport due to traffic). Room was clean and bed comfy enough. Stop by at the food court right around the corner!

The hotel is in quite dodgy area, but there is a guard at the entrance to the hotel. Wifi wasn’t working properly.
