This place has it all, and had a lovely cove to swim and snorkel in on 7mile beach. We were here in late November and unfortunately we couldn't walk all the way up to the rest of 7 mile beach because of the way the sand had settled. The condo has everything, but the only thing we were surprised about was the term penthouse. We thought we had a whole rooftop to ourselves, but it's just a top floor condo with a few other terraces next door to you so it's not fully private. Still beautiful, but just not what we were expecting. The owner/manager was unbelievably helpful and we highly recommend this listing!

Our stay with Lana was one of the best experiences I've had while traveling. The condo had ample space with bedrooms & bathrooms for each guest, and the best part was the outdoor terrace. We spent a lot of time out there in the morning and the evening. The location of this property is great; it is a few-minute walk to seven mile beach and camana bay shops. The amenities were convenient with the onsite private beach, pool, and bar/restaurant. And Lana was an extremely gracious host with good communication and fast responses both before and during the trip. I cannot recommend this stay enough!

This condo is Clean, Spacious, Stocked with extra items and worked perfectly for our family of 6 adults. The pictures are as show. The ocean view…Breathtaking! Communication with Lana/owner was excellent. One family member has Celiac/Gluten-free. Dinned out every night and numerous restaurants accommodate this. A life time of memories made!

We stayed for a week in July and the condo is well stocked and extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have everything you need for a beach stay. Appliances are new and clean. The air and fans worked well. The internet works well in the condo only. The patio is wonderful additional living space. Lana and her husband were wonderful to communicate with and provided great recommendations for everything we needed. When we couldn’t get the TVs working, her husband stopped by and sorted it all out for us. The location is great for waking to restaurants, liquor store, and coffee shop. We found taxis with no issue. We recommend Lady D if you’re looking and we let her card in the condo. There is a bar/restaurant at the pool. Locals hang out here so prices are fair, good Caribbean bar food. The beach here is perfect. Beautiful sunsets, calm ocean, clear water, white sand, wildlife, and floating. The kids snorkeled every day inside the wall and outside. They saw fish, sting rays, sharks and a turtle. There are beach chairs and umbrellas with no real issue with crowding. I do think if the resort at the back of the condo complex reopens, the beach would be crowded. There are beach toys for the kids. Not much beach on either side so if you’re looking to walk, this isn’t the best. You have to take the road down to get to seven mile beach. Safety was not an issue at all, but the shut down resort was a shame. It’s very run down. Overall we hope to come back!

We really enjoyed the condo. It was comfortable and very convenient. Loved the little cove to sit and hang out in the afternoon. The pool was nice too. Condo was very well equipped with paper products and other things we would need. Lana was very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend this place. The condo is also centrally located for anything you would want to do on the island.

This was by far the most well-stocked rental and most accommodating property owner we have ever encountered. Lana provided so much helpful information about the area, activities, restaurants, groceries, etc. She made everything easy. The condo itself looks just like the pictures with a huge balcony and amazing view of the water and sunset. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the swimming cove, beach and snorkeling right off the property. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the unit - beautifully redone condo with amazing sunset views. The interior was eclectic and fantastic - the amenities well thought out and organized - the property itself was not as luxurious as our condo - but great location on the island - spent a lot of time at close by Canama Bay (private boat tour and great restaurants) Thank you Lana for everything!!

We stayed here for a week over spring break. Despite that, this property never felt crowded and the beach was never packed. This condo is exactly as pictured and when Lana says it is well stocked, she means it. I've never stayed in a rental this well appointed. The views are simply amazing. Very convenient location to just about everything. Lana was so responsive to all of our questions. She was helpful with suggestions before our arrival. She even had a birthday cake waiting for my mom which was so thoughtful and generous. For what this condo is, it is really priced very well. I think it is a little under what you should expect to pay. Cannot say enough good things about our entire experience.

Already booked for next year and extended our stay . Property owner is the wonderful. Would never hesitate to rent from her again.

The VRBO owner is great. Gets back to you immediately. The condo is perfectly located on a clean and beautiful beach. You take a few steps to get to the beach and right into the water. Lots of chairs and umbrellas to use. Also a pool and a bar with food right on property! Everyone very friendly. The condo is immaculate with updated appliances and has everything you need. Very comfy beds too. Great view of the water and sunsets. I would stay there again!

This property was everything as advertised, and more. The cove for swimming was wonderful, and you can even snorkel inside the rocks and see fish (great for kids). There were always enough lounge chairs at the beach and poolside, and the onsite grill and bar is very handy. The unit is terrific, and the best-stocked that we've ever rented - not like some that leave you just one roll of toilet paper and a salt shaker. It's very well-equipped and clean. Lana was a great host. She not only checked in with us and sent helpful information ahead of time, but even picked up groceries that we ordered online and had them waiting in the unit. That was a huge bonus after a long day of travel. Having the loft bedroom and bathroom worked very well for our party of adults and kids. The ocean views and sounds from the terrace were terrific. We would absolutely rent this again.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars! Every single amenity you can think of this place had!! The patio overlooking the ocean was superb-super comfortable furniture, umbrellas, table, etc. Plenty of places for everyone to sit and watch the sunset. The kitchen was so well stocked; we cooked almost every night and there was nothing this place didn't have to do our meals. Sometimes you rent a place and the kitchen equipment is missing or sub par-not this place! Lots of rooms to accomodate everyone and most of us had our own thermostats for our rooms which was awesome too! There are several good restaurants within walking distance so that was an added plus as well. Communication with our host was fantastic as well-such prompt responses! Overall I just can't say enough about our stay there-we all would HIGHLY recommend you book this place!!

We had a fantastic stay in the Caymans. The condo was well stocked in a convenient location to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the beach and the pool/swim up bar. I didn't see any other condos with this option. The owner of the property was very responsive and gave us lots of suggestions of what to do on the island and where to eat. All of her recommendations were great. The kitchen was perfect for allowing us to cook breakfast and lunch and then venture out for dinner. We are already checking our calendars to see when we can book again. The only downfall was having to leave and come back to reality. It was such a wonderful trip.

Location is premiere! The property is in perfect condition—literally nothing else was desired or needed. The pictures do not do this place justice…10/10!! Lana was amazing and was in constant communication leading up to our arrival! Check in and check out were a breeze and we had zero issues during our stay.

The rental was through VRBO and was seamless. Lana, the owner answered all our questions and provided the information we needed before and after arrival. There is the ocean out back with a lagoon area for children and adults. There is also a pool with bar and that was wonderful to have so close. Loved the condo and the island.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful and remarkably well provisioned property. Lana, our host, has it ALL for her visitors. And.. the beds were super comfy AND the view is unparalleled. Plenty of space for eight if couples. We recommend highly for family or friends. Also, central to the restaurants, and scuba, grocery. We can't wait to return!
