3 generation stay; could seperate or come together in total comfort with availability of 4 living areas! Everything for easy living at hand ; well equipped.
Loved the artworks and libraries. We felt it was luxurious; each pair thought theirs the best suite!

The lovely host allowed my three dogs the house was amazing very well set out it was a very short walk to excellent beaches and tracks to explore the town has great food and atmosphere only a short walk from ginger highly recommended

Enjoyed our stay in Sawtell, quite a large house with all seperate living areas. Great for groups and easy access to get into Sawtell main st and close to beaches.

The property was lovely for us and our two small dogs. It was quiet and private with a safe space for our dogs to explore. The house is very large and ideal for multiple couples to have their own zones.

Had a great short stay with Al and Ann, stopping off half way from Sydney to the Sunshine Coast. Great spot, easy walk to the strip in lovely Sawtell. Everything you might need and lots of space for a family / group. Thank you both.

The house is huge with lots of personal space. The host Ann was very responsive. We also got late check-out because my husband had a mid morning meeting. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Thank you!

A lot of thought has gone into how to make people feel comfortable and able to relax.

Quiet area & within walking distance to shops, RSL Club, beach etc.
Needs some TLC. Outside is messy & filled with random items (trip hazards).
Inside is now dated and requires a deep clean (floors & cupboards), tiles need regrouting, window blinds have gaps & in particular, the back bedroom needs a window covering as at night, other quests can see in so had to shower in the dark.

Great place to stay with family or a group of friends. 3 large separate bedrooms, each with a sitting room and bathroom which means you can enjoy time together or some down time alone . Sawtell is quiet with some great cafes and also not far from Coffs Harbour. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent communication with owner, very comfortable bed and great kitchen and lounge common areas. Generous rooms with individual lounge area and ensuite bathroom.

The layout was great. Each room had its own space, which we loved.
All was neat and tidy and had everything we needed.
Suggestion would be to fix the entrance, as it was tricky with elderly parents to navigate.

Just spent 3 nights at Ginger with my family and dog. Love the 3 bedroom suites with so much room for teenagers to get their own space. Perfect location with short walk to beach, shops and restaurants. We will be back!

Overall this property was awesome it was great for 3 working men as it had a toilet /bathroom attached to each room. Made our stay comfortable while we were working in the area. Glad we found it.

Great house, fabulous owners, wonderful location for us and our dogs! Everything you need with an amazing shaded yard and garden great for sitting around in to read, relax and enjoy afternoon drinks. Close to the Main Street and fabulous dog friendly beaches. We would definitely stay again. Ann and Al (along with Gus) are wonderful hosts!!!

Only thing that really needs to be addressed is water run off in one of the showers that spreads all over bathroom floor so is a hazard otherwise everything else was great

It had everything you needed. 3bedroom that you could have your own space with your own lounge room and bathroom to yourself. Nice big kitchen. Nice under cover place to seat outsides. Very happy with it all. Thankyou to Anne and Alan.

Lots of space to chill out with books, tvs and lounges everywhere. Lovely large kitchen and dining space. We are a family of 4 with a large dog, it was very comfortable hanging out in the home with secure courtyard when the weather was poor. After recent surgery we drove the 5 mins to the beach and lovely eateries but in better health would have enjoyed the short walk.
This place would also be great for older families with kids/partners having not just rooms but suites off a common kitchen/living space.

We were surprised by the the size and privacy that it brings. Each individual space was excellent for our needs and the beds were comfortable. Alan and Sue were very accommodating and helpful too. We will definitely come back to stay next time we are in Sawtell.

This property is perfect for couples travelling together. There is space to be together and space to be apart. The kitchen is well stocked with all the appliances you could need - and all the drawers are labelled so everything is easy to find. The courtyard garden is a very relaxing space. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home.

Great spot at the back of the owners new house. The whole place was very user friendly and clearly labelled. Loved all the books too.

Very convenient location. 3 separate sleeping areas with bathrooms but one is an open toilet/bathroom which may not suit everyone. Great kitchen and lounge for get togethers. Cute garden and very quiet.

What a great experience at Ginger. Fantastic location with just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean and well resourced and so much space for the family to
spread out. Loved the canopied garden area which felt secluded, peaceful and private. And to top it off we were able to bring our fur baby with us! We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay
Awesome location close to the beaches and central Sawtell. House is big with loads of space. One of the best features of this property is it has all the small things most properties don’t have. Like glad wrap, foil and ziplock bags. I also liked the fact all the TV’s are smart panels so logging into Netflix and Stan was a treat. I would highly recommend this property.
