Every thing was set ,Clean and comfortable

I loved everything

We rented two places (two families) during our stay and this one was far better than the other. It was in better condition, cleaner, had a MUCH better view. Instructions were better and communication was better as well. There was pride in ownership and I'd highly recommend this property.

Wasn't a lot we didn't like. The Sabbath elevator was an experience.

The property was near central Tiberias and provides a great view over the Sea of Galilee (see photo). It is also a good location from which to explore the north of Israel. The property has reserved parking and a jacuzzi tub/pool (see photo).

The property was falsely labeled luxury. The apartment is worn, not clean, and located in a very religious area/building, which is not welcoming to anyone who is not a religious Jew. The neighborhood, parking, and building are filthy, with trash everywhere. The lamp in the salon was held together with electrical tape (see photo). The kitchen sink drips into the cabinet below, causing mold and a sewer smell in all the kitchen cabinets (see photo). Management was responsive to our requests for repairs, though, for the most part, the fix was a band-aid rather than a repair.

the instructions of how to acquire the house key was very unclear. the code we were given to the lock box was not correct, and the building and apartment number that we were given was not accurate.

The location was very good for our purposes and the view of the SOG was nice as well. It was close to restaurants too and not too difficult to find.

The circuit breaker blew a couple of times during our stay which left us in the dark as it were for a good portion of one day. The communication with our host could have been better and what we did receive from them was very confusing.

The apt was close enough to the center of town and provided a beautiful view of the lake.

⁹oven dirty, microwave dirty No hooks for towels in both washrooms, no shelf or the like to place toiletries on in shower, no hooks for shower wands, we were 4 adults and 2 children and found 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for each person for a 2 night stay. When we asked for more it took an entire day to get delivery of towels. The pool stream is actually a giant jacuzzi shaded by a gazebo. The access is by way of flimsy wooden stairs. The frame of the gate to the stairs was broken and screws were pulled away, dangerous. I have confirmation from booking.com that the apt. Included 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus futon. In fact the beds were not queen size and there were no futons. We were forced to find a mattress ourselves in a storage room and set it on the floor, very uncomfortable for the 10 year old who expected a bed. Also wires were exposed (no cover) on the wall of an electrical junction box. A bare bulb hanging from the ceiling in the bedroom is anything but luxury. The living room commode was primitive and cupboards were cheap and broken in the bedrooms. There was no welcoming host. But there was one thing that was exceptionally efficient, the time taken for processing the exorbitant fee for the apartment from my bank account. The management either did not answer our phone calls, or were not reasonably responsive to our requests. We were given misinformation before our arrival re checkin time and available parking space.. The former was verbal and the latter in an e-mail to me. I asked a simple question re the Bbq provided, whether it was charcoal or gas. Did not get a clear answer until the last minute. . I was in fact charged VAT on the 450₪ cleaning charge even though booking.com was told by the apt Management that there was no VAT on the cleaning fee and booking.com confirmed this to me in an e-mail.

I liked the view from the balcony and the swimming pool. the apartment was very clean and it has great facilities. TV with cables and Netflix for the kids, strong WIFI.

The location was amazing, overlooking the Kineret (Sea of Galilee) and the house was clean and modern looking. The hosts were easily accessible and in contact with us throughout. The kitchen was perfect for our family as were the 3 bedrooms and proximity to so many restaurants and attractions. This is a beautiful apartment and an excellent place to stay for families. We would certainly consider coming back in the future.

When searching for somewhere with a private pool this property came up. It is a spa/jacuzzi and not a "pool" in the sense that there is not much room for swimming but the kids had a great time nonetheless.
