Our family, including our adult children and our grandchildren stayed the weekend in this beautiful home to celebrate a birthday. It was perfectly comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The Kids especially loved the access to the BBall court and swingset down below.

Beautiful house. Would stay there again, but did not have basic cookie sheets.

We were SO lucky to find this property for our girls' trip after another rental in Pacific City "double booked" and cancelled our reservation made 6 months prior. The home is spacious (some rental homes that sleep this many people aren't as spacious as you may think), clean, and decorated beautifully AND comfortably. We loved the many outdoor access points so we could enjoy the beautiful weather and the incredible views. We loved being able to make breakfast in the large kitchen and all sit together for meals. There is a small beach access path at the bottom of the hill that puts you on the beach in 5 min! There is not much in Lincoln City proper, but we had great pizza from just down the road, and the Safeway is only 5 minutes away as well - very convenient. We hiked the Knoll and God's Thumb, the trailheads of which were a short drive away. Can't say enough great things about this home - if we were ever to return we would rent in a heartbeat.

This property is large and lovely. We had a long list of maintenance issues that had to be addressed during our stay but they were very friendly and responsive. Beds aren't at the level we had hoped but the living spaces were very nice.

The house is beautiful. Well laid out. Large kitchen island to gather family around. Adjacent living room with comfy chairs looking out the window. Bedrooms are all high end (except maybe the pillows). Hot tub was very nice. The one and thing I would mention is that the ocean view is good but not great, no sunset. Otherwise, very happy with this house. 9/10 overall. Super clean and had all the kitchen amenities we needed. Had a great time.

Very pretty. Managers could have been more responsive to questions and a few more details about how the house worked would have been good but otherwise very nice.

We have no complaints about the house, it was very cozy and clean. Our negative experience was with the organization that rents out this house. Our group got evicted at 10:30 in the evening leaving us homeless and 3 hours from home. That is NOT OKAY. Very inhumane. There was a baby under 1 in the group who was also left without a place to sleep. Yes we made the mistake of allowing our coordinator who was months shy of 25 to sign the online document, but we had people over 25 part of the group that could have easily resigned and took the contract on themselves. This organization has to understand that people sometimes do make mistakes, but our mistake was fixable! If they are so concerned with the age of the signee they need to check before allowing the group in! That’s their duty. Not check at 10:30 at night... We also had friends renting a house in the neighborhood whom we invited over for dinner. The patrol didn’t like the amount of people even though it was just 6 guests. He easily could have went to their rental and saw for himself that they indeed had their own place. The manner in which everything was done was EXTREMELY RUDE. We couldn’t believe that this organization was so heartless leaving a group on the streets so late in the freezing night! No one in our group recommends dealing with this organization who has no interest in human feelings.
