Had everything we needed. Fantastic pool. Close to the beach. We are a family of 6 and didn’t feel cramped. Great place!

The condo was very clean and had beautiful views of the marina to see the manatees and even dolphins. The pool was top notch and the staff and condo owners were nothing but nice! Short walk to the beach where everything we needed was already in our condo!

The property was great - pool was lovely and walking distance to the beach was fantastic. Property was nicely stocked with beach items, too. Lots of hurricane damage nearby but the beach was perfect and we found nearby places to eat and shop for souvenirs. Thanks!

The property was really nice. My only warning to all is that Fort Myers Beach is still quite devastated from Hurricane Ian. We were shocked. Very, very few businesses of any kind are open on the island, very few people are around. The nearby beach, however is open and we found dozens and dozens of large WHOLE sand dollars and starfish. Beaches and skies were beautiful, great property.

Very clean and well stocked kitchen as well as bikes, beach toys, etc. Good location and close to beach. Great pool. Condo could use a little updating .

This place was in walking distance of several restaurants and the beach. It was quite and clean neighborhood. Check in was the easiest I have ever had. Had a small problem with the AC for about 4 hours but the host was very helpful and got us working again. Host contacted back every time I contacted him very quickly. The kids loved all the boats and was able to see fish from the dock. There was a grill down stairs that we used and was very clean. The pool and hot tub was so refreshing. Tons of towels. Just recommend some beach towels but lots of beach equipment we could use. Full equipped kitchen. Each room had there own TV.

We enjoyed staying at Santa Maria. We were in walking distance t to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool was excellent and relaxing. We met and made new friends at the pool. A great time had by all.

The Pro side of the property is the location and pool area is very nice. The Con side is the property has No color and is very dated, the entry door was a concern to our family regarding the security of the unit and the belongings we left while out exploring, the furnace room bifold door was off when arrived so we put something in front of it so the young ones wouldn't bother that area. At some point prior to our arrival something of glass got broke because 4 out of 6 people got glass shards in their foot, we did actually vacuum after first time but I think it was just coming from the carpet. Personally I would stay in the location again just not this unit until I saw improvements.

The apartment is really comfortable and have everything we need. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach were a plus! The location is great. We enjoy our stay and we fully recommend the condo.

Great experience! Everything on the property was exactly as expected. Only thing that would have been nice was beach towels, but there were plenty of bath towels for us. Very clean, nice pool and hot tub, Rob, the host, was helpful. Can’t wait to visit again!

First, the owner of the condo was amazing and very helpful. Great communication. Our stay was good and we had a great time Pool area was nice and maintained well. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed Our only complaint was the master bedroom mattress not comfy Thank you again for an amazing time and a great stay. Would recommend to others

We had a great time. Weather was fabulous. We saw a manatee and her babies by the docks and marina. Nice size pool and good location.

I have so much to say about this property. All absolutely amazing things to say!! I have saved this to stay here again! There were beach chairs, sand toys, we did add to them. There were a couple of coolers to use. This was the very best location. A short walk to CVS. Lovers Key was a 5 min drive. Fort Myers beach and shops were only 10 min away. The bed we slept in was absolutely perfect. That was the room that lead to the balcony. Which was enclosed!! We played games out there in the evening and enjoyed the peace. The building was quiet. Check in was so easy. The instructions were very clear. The only and I mean only down side and this is not on the unit itself. Is that the pool and hot tub closed so early. We only had a chance to use it in the morning. After a very long day out at 8pm it was already closed. But aside from that. This was so perfect! Thank you

Property was very dated and old. Pictures show its older but they weren’t very accurate. It was clean except for sand fleas in kitchen. Showers great pressure and hot water. Good location and building.

This property was just perfect for myself and all my friends .The condo was very clean, spacious and walking distance to the beach . The pool was huge ,clean and very well maintain .Everyone had a blast , I will definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family .

Easy check in/out process, very clean and spacious, close to the beach and other activities. Very nice pool and hot tub. Shopping cart was super helpful for the groceries we got to carry in. No bugs and very equipped with what we needed. Beach chairs, toys, towels all provided. We also left some things for others like sifter for when we went shark tooth hunting. We were very pleased with this experience and highly recommend! Looks way nicer then the pictures show esp all the space we had.

Temporary Issues include: Street Access was tricky due to Road and Underground Piping construction which was right in front of the property). Also, perhaps due to the construction....we had a BOIL Water order for a couple days (It was lifted on our third day). Lastly, we had the folks come out to test and inspect the Fire Alarm System, too! For the Plus side... A/C worked well...nice outdoor lanai to sit around (seats 5 comfortably - 6 a bit tight)...6 Adults existed comfortably in this condo...The Condo units/area are well maintined.... Nice Pool area...Beach access was a 5-10 min walk. For the Con side.... Galley Kitchen was pretty tight (as in one person at a time). Bunk beds were on the small side for a 6' adult to sleep in Electrical outlets were "loose".....so plugs wouldn't stay in all the time. That's it......

Both the condo and the grounds were very well equipped for an extended family stay. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor cooling and eating area as well as the easy access to the beach

Our experience at this property was poor. The front door did not open correctly and close correctly. It needs to be replaced honestly, the hall bathroom shower water never got hot, always stayed cold. Never had cable in one of the bedrooms, the blinds is very hard to lift up and down, the bathroom shower door fell off and needs a new wheel on it. We seen a coach roach on one off our visits. I honestly really don’t know if I will ever return to the property for future stays. It just was not one of our best vacation staying at this property.

Nice place, super clean, easy to check in. Plenty of towels. Full equipped kitchen. Nice beds and convenient location. The only not-so-good thing was the beach access. Walking distance to the first public entrance was a little too much for my 3 year old son.

Great condo and complex (pool, grills, marina). Host was friendly and helpful. Some construction on road outside property. Wasn't noisy, but not ideal for the walk to the beach which was still easily doable. Also was only 1 mile to the bridge to lovers key. Had a nice run to there in the morning. I would definitely come back!

Easy to set up online. Owner communicated well. Good location except some road construction but that did not hinder our activities in the area. Great pool area.

Great location between Bay and Beach with easy access to Lovers Key and all the shops you're looking for. 3 bedrooms was a huge bonus. Kids will love the heated pool!

Rob was very quick to approve our reservation and very helpful. The property was clean with a great pool, grills, ice and close to the beach and dining. It was a great experience and would stay again.

2 families of 4 stayed Labor Day weekend. The condo was perfect. Great lication and we lived coming back to the pool every afternoon.
