It went way too fast!! Great place to stay!!!

Very comfortable pet friendly , game room, fireplace and hot tub all on our list of amenities. We loved the shuffle board and posted rules for games. Replace the range & microwave and it would be perfect.

And the front porch light did not work. We found bulbs in the laundry room. But that did not solve the problem. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay.

We rented this place for a family reunion trip and it was perfect. Clean and kitchen is well stocked. The kids loved the game room while the adults hung out on the deck and great room enjoying the ocean views. We would stay here again!

One can always do wonders with photos...angles, time of day etc. The house itself was pretty accurate. The side yard (dog enclosure) could have done with a bit of attention...mowing and trimming very overgrown bushes. A few touch ups outside. Fixtures in need of repair. Overall for being in constant use minor items. House was well supplied with dishwares and cabinets had a few spices, various teas and baking needs....Bedding adequate and comfortable. Plenty of living room seating and eating area. Dishwasher had a mind of its own. As well as washer. Constantly stopped on whatever setting. House location ideal. Roughly a 5 min walk hill to cross street and then down a packed sanded beach. Really nice since we had 5 various aged young adults. This was a huge factor in renting this house.

We were told check in was at 4. Shortly after we arrived and tried to open the door with the code the cleaning person arrived. I called and they said that they were having a housekeeping issue and that the property would be ready at 6. We left and came back at 6pm and they were still cleaning. We had to wait until 7 for the property to actually be ready. I understand a housekeeping shortage but this was ridiculous. Another thing to note is that the fan in the living room was covered on dust, the game room had cobwebs, the vent for the heater was covered on dust and some of the dishes were dirty.

Very big and spacious. Easy access to the beach and stores nearby. I definitely would stay here and recommend this house to anyone.

Great location, view, comfort of beds, game room, bathrooms. The only limitation was the 3 flights of stairs, so, I would not recommend this for anyone with difficulties with stairs. It was well equipped. Bring your own foil, plastic wrap, charcoal, and salt and pepper.

This was the perfect house for our family get away. Lots of room. Easy walk to the beach. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of Deer in the yards, grandkids love watching them. Thank you for the great place to make memories.

We had a great time celebrating. The only thing I would have like to have known is everything that is supplied in the house. There is a lot more there in the kitchen than what’s on the list and that way I wouldn’t have had to bring my own mixer and extra things like that. And this house had a lot of samples there in the kitchen and I even text and asked?? You said only salt and pepper were there ? That was the only thing not there. Other than that are stay was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The decor is lovely, the house was very clean, and the game room was in use by our 3 kids a lot. Plenty of beds and rooms. Our daughter picked the multi-bed room on the main level, but we wished we had chosen that room ourselves. The “master” on the third level has one queen bed, but with the ceilings slanting on either side, it felt slightly cramped and had to be extra careful getting in and out of bed. Other than that, the stay was great!

Everyone loved the house, plenty of sleeping spaces, toilets, and hot water. Since it rained quite a bit, the game room, all the movies and hot tub were a big hit! We did have to ask for some towels for the hot tub which were promptly delivered. We would have used a gas barbecue and a tea pot for heating water if there had been one. I always bring my own sharp knives, nonstick pans and vitamix. House is showing a little wear but it’s the only home we’ve ever rented that everyone has wanted to come back to.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and accommodating. The kitchen had everything we needed to keep our group of 10 happy & well fed, and the game room was the perfect space for the teens!! We would definitely stay again!

This was our first stay in the Roads End area and now we won't stay anywhere else! This house was just a short walk to the beach and the area is so much quieter than in-town Lincoln City. The view from the deck was by far our favorite - watching the sun set over the water with a cold beer/glass of wine each night was perfect. Plenty of space for the family - the teens loved the game room downstairs while the adults could do their thing upstairs. Will definitely stay again!

This house is very clean and comfortable. We has an amazing office retreat weekend.

The location and the house were great. The property was not cleaned well. The dishes in the cupboard were not clean. They only provided two rolls of paper towels which were gone by the second day of our stay. We visited Lincoln City on a rare, very hot weekend. This property does not have AC and the house became unbearably hot in the afternoon. Not all the windows have blinds so when the sun hits, it becomes very hot.

One of the reasons we chose this property is because it was pet friendly. Unfortunately, being pet friendly brings its own set of issues. We felt like the furniture needed to be cleaned as well as the carpet. The bathrooms needed some repair. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were awesome! Everything you will need is there. Extra pillows extra blankets extra towels it was all there. Would love to stay at this location again after some repairs and updates have been done.

This home was great for our group (7). Most of our time was spent on the patio and the entertainment room. Very clean, easy check-in, and the hot tub was great. I’d highly recommend!

We all spent an evening around a big table in the dining room putting together a puzzle. Next Evening we all gathered downstairs to play games and watch movies and play pool. The beds were all so comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Only thing I would say could be improved was the downstairs kinda had a stinky feet smell when got there.

Great place to stay, lots of room, beautiful view!

We traveled with two seniors, two adults, and 6 "kids" aged 13 through 21. The house has a great layout that let us give the young adults their own space. We really appreciated all the games and the game room. The walk to the beach is fairly easy and the house is close to Spirit Mountain, groceries, and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable too. Thanks for the great place to stay for our annual New Years' trip!

Our family greatly enjoyed this property. Nice location, short walk to the beach, good for a big group. Only issues were with the stove/oven (burners not working properly), garbage was full when we got there, i asked for early check-in (30 min before normal) and was told someone was In cleaning, however no one was actually inside and we just waited in the driveway. Overall, I would highly recommend this property.

Rented the house for an 18th birthday party. 8 boys had a great time!

This is my first house rental so I don't have much to compare it to, but here are my thoughts about this one. The house really is set up for a large number of people. Our plans changed and we only had four staying so it really wasn't used to the fullest extent. Although it is listed as pet friendly there is NO grass or areas to take your pets. There is a strange fencend area, but it has tall weeds and no easy access so really not usable. The basement has a funky smell, but has a lot of activities that kids would love! There are multiple bathrooms and the house is well stocked BUT there is no BBQ grill! There are two VERY SMALL charcoal grills, but nothing we could actually use. We were very disappointed about that. This house would not be good for elderly or handicapped people. There are a lot of stairs! The location to the beach is acceptable, about a block and the view is good. We could see whales from the balcony. The walk back is a bit of a hike up the street, so if you are taking chairs, picnic, etc you will want to drive. Overall, it is a great place for large groups and a nice clean house,

Walked into a very strong stuffy smell we had to open all the windows and doors. Even went and got febreeze. There was Cobb webs everywhere. I suggest to remove all the carpet and get rid of those couches
