The location, the building and the staff were amazing! There was so much history in the building itself. We were escorted to our room by a member of staff who had some English but was so nice and friendly. The room was fabulous!

Absolutely nothing!

Being accommodated in a closter is already a very special experience. In addition, the building in itself was very impressive, the room was very spacious, clean and provided with all ammenities. Coffee and tea were offered complimentary. The interior design and the furniture were beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The location was very quiet even if only a short-walk from the city center. As part of the accommodation we were allowed to access the roof top of the building, with a beautiful panorama over the city.

It would be nice to have list of specific restaurants to go to.

location location location ! perfectly placed, gorgeously renovated historical building. we were treated to the Romantic Room with the most stupendous bath/shower suite!

The yacuzzi shower was not in a great shape plus it leaked water. It was not up to the overall level of the room. It needs fixing

Well situated just outside the old town, and the room (complete with well) was AMAZING.

The one real downside was getting in: the instructions re. the keybox were confusing, and without the help of fellow-guests we would have had a real problem. But the staff were willing to help once we contacted them.

Right in the center of Narbonne, free parking in the garage was very convenient. It is a nice hotel with new, clean and quiet rooms, the staff was nice and explained us everthing about the historic building. I would stay here again!

Excellent location. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable.Very interesting building, we had a well covered with glass in the floor in our room! Plenty of hot water and an enormous spa bath. Tea and coffee making was available in the room. Private secure parking was available in the building and was free. Very useful in Narbonne where I think parking is difficult.

A little milk for the tea and coffee would have been nice. The main light in the room was very strange. It talked to you when switched on and changed colour!
