The worst experience ever, it was so bad that is laughable. To begin with, there was no soap, no cleaning supplies, no dish detergent, no dishes towels, no paper towel, no dish brush, or linens. Perhaps I am delusional, but I thought that when you rent a room, at the very least, you would be provided basic amenities such as a towel. If you stay at Grazziella Residence, it is best to bring your own supplies. The "so called" dining area had a window with a huge, extremely dangerous, crack ready to break. The bedroom window did not lock completely, therefore all the insects got in biting us all the time, of course, the owner did not provide any repellent. Moreover, in the bedroom, the bed frame was so big that it obstructed the outlets. My adult son slept on the dark hallway/entrance (no windows), on a bed good for a dog that is being put in time out. Further, there were no tvs in any sleeping areas, and no doors were provided: open space... The place was decadent, abandoned, poorly managed, and dirty. The toilet bowl was filthy, and the toilet brush was covered with excrements from others. The bidet stopper was broken. It became a challenge just to receive a single extra roll of toilet paper. No hair dryer was provided. The bathroom towels were only good for scrubbing the feet, in fact, they were so hard that they hurt the skin, in addition to being extremely cheap and really old. In addition, and in reference to the earlier point about not being provided linens, if you so desired them, there was a Euro 50 charge per person/per day/per use!!! Moreover, no security measures were taken, such as instructions in case of an emergency, etc. The Internet signal could not be obtained on several of our digital devices. To complete our disastrous, negative experience, the place was filled with extremely noisy, inconsiderate, callous, and rude occupants who continuously until all hours of the night slammed doors and made obscene noises.

Finally, the property managers were unfriendly, discourteous, and dismissive. There was false advertisement since the brochure explained that the property was beach front, when in reality, it is nowhere close to the beach. I am extremely upset and dissatisfied with the advertisements posted on booking.com. This website misled us in believing this property had these amenities, was beach front, and was a reputable place to stay. In fact though, it was not. Booking.com agents should more thoroughly inspect properties before advertizing them. In the end, we paid a prohibitive price for an unpleasant experience to a place that was a dump. This is not the way you please customers! I can provide photos. I am USA and not Italy, please fix it.

I loved the proximity to the beach (100m away from the beach)

Location of the apartment is just perfect, it is in the middle of main walking streets, close to all Cafes , Bars and shops. you have a balcony looking on the street and patio looking in quiet inneryard. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Sandy beach is just 50 M. away.

No wifi in the apartment, you have to use either Beach wifi, or go to main office.
