Cute little bungalow. Close to town Drive way a little slippery.. other then that it was a great stay.

Very nice place, could use a new indoor chair. We like to watch tv at night and found the furniture very uncomfortable. Was disappointed the first week because we couldn’t get to the beach from our unit because the stairs were not completed. Was convenient when they finished them.

Definitely will be back!

Perfect little bungalow! Decorated in darling beach house decor- and we had everything we needed- plus beach chairs and towel! Beautiful and private/ but a short walk down the dock to the beach. And the beach is clean and peaceful! We had family at another location so we did not use our pool but it was inviting and clean. While we were there, the owner upgraded the TV! We would definitely like to return.

Great location , right by beach. Non-high rise is great for dogs, but Florida does not allow dogs on the beach.

The condo is beautiful decorated and very comfortable. The short walk to the beach was an added bonus.

Small place but great location to beachfront fun. TV is tiny and cable service isn’t great. Definitely bring your own pillows. Nice place, reasonable prices, close to decent restaurants. Don’t expect a ton of stuff to do in this location. Expect to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle.

Awesome location nestled behind the dunes with heavy vegetation. Beautiful pool deck. Great location on the beach. Unfortunately the unit is run down w/ dysfunctional kitchen and crummy bathroom.

Nice place, beautiful beach, but dogs are not allowed on the beach. I think people should know this before renting a property that is dog friendly . Many restaurants dog friendly. Only one option for a dog friendly beach and it cost $10 to get in. It is just too bad that city of New Smyrna Beach has a policy against dogs.

Perfect spot for what we wanted to experience, just hanging out at the beach. The beach was beautiful, and uncrowded. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you needed. We also enjoyed the pool, and our little outside patio. We were also able to bring our little dachshund with us which was a must. It was a great minivacation, and we will go back.

We loved our stay in NSB. The property was exactly as advertised. We appreciated the quick response when confused about upper/lower unit. Would stay here again.

That lil condo was perfect for my daughter and I! Great location-steps away from the beach! Warm and sunny pool right out front too! We had a great time!! Only hiccup was Vrbo didn’t send us the check in info!! But the owners were very caring and helpful and contacting them was easy! They responded right away! Would rent this place again for our next trip to NSB!!!

This place is great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Do not rent from these peopleFor some reason they wanted us to provide insurance instead of a deposit as most VRBO’s . We stayed 2 days And three nights. The week after we’ve been there they said we broke one of their bicycles. Never used the bikes! The owners put it through the insurance we paid, and then just sent us a message they turned into our insurance. Scam for sure.

Relaxing-Peaceful

The unit was super-clean, very nice, and perfect for a couple. The property manager and owner were very friendly and helpful. This was our first stay at New Smyrna Beach, and we absolutely loved it, as nice or nicer than St. Augustine Beach and the gulf beaches around St. Pete. The beach by Nautulus was very uncrowded and just steps from the unit. Everything we needed for the beach was provided: chairs, towels, beach umbrella, etc. The private deck made the unit seem larger than it was. We would come back in a heartbeat, and we definitely plan to!

The property was exactly as advertised, We had a great stay there. We enjoyed going to Canaveral National Park and to Kelly Springs State Park.

this property was wonderful....very clean - had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, etc. Close to stores and restaurants. The nice thing we found at New Smyrna is that the beach was not crowded at all - very friendly people - restaurants not that crowded and overall a great place to go and hang out and have a wonderful time. The pool was very clean and the place was excellent. Can't wait to go back

The unit had everything we needed. We were able to enjoy the beach and pool without having any interaction with other people as we are isolating ourselves due to coronavirus. It was a wonderful long weekend to get away from our house. Everything was as advertised for the property. The only reason I gave 4 stars for overall is that the mattress/bed did not fit us well. Both me and my husband had difficulty sleeping due to the bed being uncomfortable.

We had such a great few days staying here for our babymoon. I was a little nervous about staying anywhere due to COVID but with the contactless check in/check out and the private entrance, I really felt like it was totally safe. And the townhouse itself was very clean inside as well. It is a small, studio style, which for just the 2 of us was perfect. However you could make the bedroom area private if needed, if you had a guest as well. It is one house back from being right on the water, but it's a very very easy and extremely short walk over the dunes to the beach, which I very much appreciated since I'm 7 months pregnant and a long walk isn't happening right now haha! Beautiful beach, great townhouse, and wonderful communication. Highly recommend!

The condo was clean and we'll kept on a quiet part of the beach. Plenty of great restaurants around, and groceries are right around the corner. It's about 15 minutes away from a nice park with a beach that allows dogs. Excellent stay!

Wife loved the decor, all the amenities were perfect. Outside deck, beach equipment, bikes, washer and dryer. It was awesome to walk a short walk to the beach, come back shower off outside the pool and jump right in. Very relaxing and perfect for our 35th anniversary.

The process of renting this place couldn’t have been any easier:)
