The apartment was comfortable, well equipped, very convenient to the Metro and altogether quite enjoyable.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our stay. Communication with Yannis for our arrival was flawless, and included a pre arranged taxi at the airport and being greeted in person at the apartment. The place is spotless and very comfortable. The balconies with acropolis view are wonderful. I highly recommend staying here.

This is a terrific flat in a neighborhood near grocery shopping and other commercial. Metro is nearby, but we preferred taxi/Uber. The flat is well furnished, clean, secure and has a sharp, updated ambiance, just as the photos show. The owners were very responsive. Make sure to select their private transportation to/from the airport, and say hi to the driver, Tolis!

We had a very nice time at the apartment and ate at all the local eateries. We were able to walk around Athens and enjoyed this location because we wanted to be in the area where people lived as opposed to being in a hotel with only visitors. We did lots of walking every day which is what we wanted. Taxis were easily available on the nearby corner whenever we wanted. The apartment was well set up for having coffee and had plenty of other items but we only used it for the coffee. Our questions were promptly answered and the accommodations were well appointed.

Everything was great from check in to check out. The host answered all our questions in record time. Food and subway was in close proximity.we would definitely stay there again!

We love the place it was a short walk to metro and stores. The codo was beautiful too bad I stay such short time but when I come to Greece I would definitely stay here again Thank you for everything ❤️

Excellent communication/service. Beautiful property with lovely balcony. Close to stores, metro, restaurants and coffee shops. Loved the metal shutters that all lock down at night. Felt very secure.

We were so pleased with our host, Yannis. His speed of response to any questions was great. And our welcome at the airport so pleasant with Christos, our taxi driver who was also an excellent tour guide. The apartment is high tech, and an associate waited already for us to explain all the ins and outs of technology. We were so save in this cozy apartment, and loved the views of the neighborhood and Akropolis. It's an established older neighborhood with everything steps away. Yannis was readily available for any questions we had. We plan on returning to this quiet and typical Greek place for spending more time.

We absolutely loved our stay with Yannis and Rena. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. We really appreciated their guide specifically curated for the neighborhood. They quickly answered any of our questions and made us feel welcome and at home in a new country. Their driver, Tolis, was amazing and gave some wonderful recommendations as well. We are already planning another stay with them in the future.

The apartment was everything we were expecting and was the perfect location for touring around the city. It is only minutes to the subway line and there were many restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries close by. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

We enjoyed staying in Yannis' penthouse. Communications were great - easy and prompt all the way to the time we had to leave. Property was clean and equipped with everything you'll ever need. Even if you decide to cook your own meal all necessary condiments are there. On the other hand why would you cook if you can just eat in one of the local restaurants serving tasty Greek food nearby? Several grocery stores are also within few minutes walk. Getting to the city center is not a problem at all. Public transportation is a few minutes away and taxi ride is around 10 euros. I recommend staying at Ma Maison 1 by all means if you're not so concern about being able to walk back home at the end of the day.

The penthouse apartment was very clean and modern, more spacious than a hotel room and very reasonably priced! We could walk a block or 2 to anything we wanted to eat! We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the apartment was well secured. A short taxi ride could get us anywhere we wanted to be.

It was very nice to have an arranged taxi to pick us up at the airport. Lots of interesting things to do within walking distance.

It was clean. They communicated well with me…I forgot my passport and they were able to get it and arrange a time with me to retrieve it. Way to go above and beyond, thank you from saving me from a headache. Would recommend if you want somewhere outside of the city to cook your own food. ~balconies are also really nice…and the shower is next tier! Overall, not bad at all:) only reason I didn’t like was because I didn’t realize how far away it was from the centre—they had a metro! So don’t fear! —I was just hoping to be in a more party area :p Anyways…overall great, would recommend for the above reasons

This is the cleanest apartment I have ever been to. A fantastic penthouse with great views and very modern and minimal design. The neighborhood is residential with everything that you might need in walking distance. While it is in the center of Athens the area is very quiet. The hosts are very kind and. always there to help. Thank you Yannis and Rena.

The apartment was beautiful and I appreciated that the hosts left some snacks as I was a bit tired when I arrived and didn't feel like venturing out to get something to eat. The neighborhood was not as walkable as I hoped but I didn't have any trouble getting a taxi to go the museum and a few other locations. Overall a great experience.

The photos do not do them justice - they’re both so perfectly located - this unit is a 2 minute walk to the Metro offering access to the entire city. Both locations are in a perfect area, offering a combination of authentic Athens with amazing food choices, local culture and plenty to experience - yet there was enough English around to comfortably make our way around. As for Yannis & Rena. We cannot say enough about them - they made our entire process incredibly easy. They also set up extra transports for us, and were always in touch. Both of these properties will give you everything you need and more. The updated ammentities were so lovely, and the locations even better. The enormous patio with sights of the Acropolis and Parthenon was a great place to unwind in the evenings. THANK YOU!

The neighborhood was very safe. Lots of food choices and a supermarket near by. The hosts were very accommodating. I can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely loved this air bnb in Athens! Hosts were so friendly and accommodating. Beautiful spot.. loved the big patio. We would definitely be back!
