Great location, quick responses from host/ owner. It was a bad heat wave the first couple days of our stay and the unit couldn’t cool down even with fans but it cooled down later and was more comfortable.

We rented both treehouse units for a large group of friends and family. Units were well stocked, very clean with nice amenities, and the location is awesome!

Great location for accessing Canyon Lodge via the gondola. Walk to everything. Condo has plenty of space for a larger group. We had three generations. Comfortable and cozy.

We had a 5 day plan but got snowed in as Mammoth had a blizzard. If it wasn’t for our accommodations, our time spent there would have been less fun! We made memories in this four bedroom condo! The kitchen was well equipped. We mostly at in. The owner and property manager did their best to work with us during the storm! We were literally right there by the gondola. The kids loved running back and forth to the shops as did we. House is well appointed. The beds were comfy. Thank you for hosting our group!

We loved the accessibility to the gondola!! It is important to note that the pool and game room are in a separate building so bring robes and shoes to get from condo complex to pool and spa. We fit three families comfortably. We had a blast!

David’s condo js wonderful - checks all the boxes for a perfect stay in Mammoth: (1) adjacent to the Village, huge (3 floor) unit with large common areas and bedrooms; (3) renovated and nicely decorated; (4) well stocked kitchen; (5) ski lockers (if skiing); (6) locked indoor parking garage w/2 dedicated spots; (7) adjacent game room/pool/hot tub; (8) outdoor decks and grill; and (9) comfortable beds and linens. In additional to all of this, the communication from the property owners was amazing and so easy, and the instructions are beyond comprehensive and helpful. In short, the place is amazing. We will go back.

We had a family ski vacation with adults, kids. Great location, easy walk to the gondola up to Canyon Losge. We cooked dinner every night, plenty of silverware, dishes and kitchen equipment. Beds were comfortable and roomy for all. Kids loved the bunk room!

Came up to Mammoth for the Gran Fondo and had a great time. Location is absolutely perfect, just out the door and a short walk to the Village. Garage parking was very convenient. Nice kitchen and fully equipped with all the items needed for a large number of people. We all had a great time and appreciated the condo. Thanks

Great location, central to everything. Spacious accommodations so a large family doesn’t feel cramped. 3 floors ended up being perfect so people could have there own space when the needed it, but plenty of space on the main floor for everyone to congregate for meals and fun! Only downside was small staircases, and many stairs which can be challenging to older folk.

Lots of beds, fully stocked kitchen, lots of bathrooms with hot water, big comfy couch. Fun to be in the village so the kids could pop out for ice cream. The extremely narrow spiral staircase is a bit of a bummer, and parking in the lot was a little tedious for loading and unloading. We were sad to hear that the pool was closed, as that was one of the reasons we chose the location, but the owners offered to pay for swimming at another spot so that was kind. Overall I can NOT complain about beds for 14 (!!) and how easy it was to walk our bikes to the trolley every day. We really enjoyed our stay.

The Treehouse was exactly as advertised, and the owners were proactive in checking in to make sure we were happy - which we were! Their attention to detail, in the lead up/check in process and in the property itself is unparalleled. Everything we wanted/needed, it was there. Best Mammoth Lakes visit we've ever had. Thank you!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is clean, very comfortable, and stocked with everything. It is centrally located and within walking distance to most everything. Both the Owners and the Property Manager were very responsive to questions and accommodated all our special requests. We highly recommend this "Treehouse" and will be back ourselves in the future.

My friends and I stayed over the weekend. We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was within walking distance to the village gondola and many other things available in the village. The room was clean and well-maintained.
The onsite property manager was hard-to-reach, but the owners, Dave and Jacob, resolves our inquiries.

The condo weas ready to go, even some condiments for cooking.
Having close by ski/smowboard lockers was appreciated.

I think everything should be done to remove the red tag on the recreation room as it was an important selling point for the young adults in my family and was unavailable during our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at The Treehouse.

The treehouse was amazing..:well stocked, great location, comfortable beds, and super location. We enjoyed how close to the gondola it was and loved the underground parking. The communication with the owners was super…:they helped us with any questions we had and even allowed us an extra night due to missing our first night with roads closed into Mammoth because of all the snow!! Can’t wait to return!

Responsive helpful property owner and property manager, clean, nice, well appointed. BR's set up w baths a little different than expected but actually pretty accurately described in property info. Parking good and extra spaces arranged which were much appreciated. Be perfect for families, younger kids or groups instead of couples with respect to extra alcove beds etc. Unloading cars from underground parking a bit of a trek, but all works out. Short walk to Gondola and shops was nice.

We had a great weekend staying at the treehouse with our family and two other families. It fit all of us comfortabley. It was a convenient location to walk to the gondola and get over to the lodge to ski. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location as it was less than 5 minutes to walk to the gondola/village. This condo had all the comforts of home. Many nice touches with great appliances, ample pots and pans, spices, comfortable seating in the living room. Lots of sleeping options with comfortable beds. The spiral stairs presented a problem with young children. Overall, we would go back again!

Dave, the property owner, was a very responsive host. The property was perfect for our needs. The dual entrance on the 2nd and 3rd floor was really helpful.

Nice big condo in amazing location
You can’t beat this spot for proximity to to the gondola! We stayed here over spring break with one family of five and one family of six, kids ranging from 4-10. It was perfect. Easy to get to the gondola and canyon lodge, adjacent to the village, our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub, and the management was super responsive to our requests. Will stay here again!

Spring break trip
We had a group of 10 (3 families with kids) and the unit was perfect for all of us. The bedrooms with the extra beds were great and there was plenty of space on the main floor for everyone. The unit is ideally located for the Village and gondola. The spiral stairs are a little small and awkward, but you get used to it and there is access to the unit on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We had an awesome time and would definitely use the Treehouse again!

Expected more from high end rental
Very good overall. On-site property manager is a jerk with an attitude. Owner needs to bear more responsibility for this at these rental rates.
Pool, hot tub need an upgrade. Great location, well equipped.
