You can walk directly to Kam 1 within one minute. We had the pool and hot tub to ourselves 99% of the time. The "complex" is small, quiet and well-kept. You can walk to shops, restaurants and a great playground. The unit is very spacious with lots of upgraded details, but you can tell it is a well-loved rental and some items should be updated and/or replaced (patio furniture, pots & pans, board games, couches).

Very special. Beautiful porch overlooking the pool and wonderful sunsets. Easy walk to several beaches, including snorkeling, and South Maui Gardens, which has coffee, shops, food, trucks, music, yoga, etc..

The location was perfect. The view was incredible but the very short walk down the trail to Charley Young Beach was easy. The beach was perfect. We snorkeled right there and saw tons of sea turtles! Restaurants and shops were within walking distance, as well as surfing lessons! But the little things in the condo made the difference. Beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, box fans (we are white noise sleepers), binoculars, games, books…I could go on and on. We loved the area because it did not feel so touristy and busy even though there was plenty to do close by. Hot tub and pool was perfect also! I could not have asked for a better place to stay.

This condo is absolutely amazing! It was great waking up to the stunning ocean views every morning and watching gorgeous sunsets in the evening. And it's just a minute walk to the beach! The property manager, Kathy, met us at check in to show us around and was very helpful throughout our stay. Thanks Kathy & Craig too! The condo was immaculate and was well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkle gear and beach towels. The location is perfect and has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. It was also great to have our vehicle secure behind a gated entry. We absolutely plan to stay here on our next visit to Maui. Can't wait!

This was our second visit and it was just as great as the first! The location is amazing. The pool feels like your own, beach right outside your back door. Great food close by. Can’t wait to return!

This condo/ property did not disappoint our family! It was spacious, clean and has the most amazing views! It was breathtaking looking out the windows or sitting on the lenai watching the sun set. Our family had a wonderful vacation! Wonderful pool area or short little walk to hang at the beach. This condo has everything you need!! Our family can't wait to come back! We do not want to stay anywhere else when we come to Maui!

Totally recommend

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this well-stocked and nicely-appointed condo which is in an ideal location in Kihei. The property was immaculate. The panoramic views of the ocean were stunning. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch paddle boarders, snorkelers, canoes and kayaks going by. We saw many sea turtles in the water directly in front of the property! The kitchen is extremely well-stocked with all of the appliances, dishes and supplies you could possibly need. The property also has boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, coolers, etc. There were some upstairs noises (footsteps, chairs moving), but this is to be expected in a lower unit in an older multiplex building. We unwittingly discovered a privacy issue with the glass in the sliding pocket door in the master bathroom. The glass appears opaque when the interior lights are off, but becomes quite transparent when the lights are on (!) It would be ideal to address this to ensure greater privacy for future guests. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and well-located property. Thank you!

Amazing property and perfect location!

This property was exactly as portrayed. The view is just gorgeous and the unit and grounds are very nice. Charlie Young Beach is also very nice and swimable and the snorkeling was very good around and past the rocks to the right.

From the moment we stepped into this condo and saw the amazing views of the ocean we knew we had made the right choice. Everything about our experience was top notch. The views were spectacular, the sofas were comfy and cozy and our children loved snuggling up and watching movies in the media room downstairs. My husband and I enjoyed coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine on the balcony in the evening. It was incredible to watch the sunsets every evening without having to go anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and the appliances were high end. We ate almost all of our meals in the condo or on the balcony-with those views there was no reason to go anywhere else. We loved being able to walk to one of our favorite beaches in Maui-Kamahole I. I loved being able to step our the door to go for a morning run along with coast. There were beach umbrellas, beach chairs, masks, fins and a boogie board for us to use. Although we never used the pool because the kids loving swimming in the ocean, we really enjoyed the hot tub. The property management company was great to work with and the communication was excellent. We plan on renting this unit the next time we head to Maui. If you are trying to find the perfect South Maui condo, look no further!

The property is really special because of the proximity to the beach, the fun community lawn at night that draws people to share and watch the sunset. Beautiful ocean view and uncrowded beach. So relaxing we just didn’t want to go anywhere else.

Perfection. Our family of four loved the location and even though it was a shared pool and hot tub, it felt private. The condo is walking distance to local coffee shops, restaurants, shave ice and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice having boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella. The umbrella was a life saver! We will definitely be visiting again.

This was an exceptional property! We loved how it was right off the beach and we could spend the day there and come back and enjoy the pool as well. The view was amazing and lots a great restaurants all within walking distance

We truly enjoyed staying here! It seems as though they had put a lot of thought and effort into thinking of everything we could possibly need! Everything was super clean and the views from the back patio were amazing. We got to see turtles snorkeling at the beach right behind the condo the first day we were there. Everything is a short drive from there to get to as well. We will absolutely be coming back again!
