Very comfortable room with a nice bathroom and a great view. Convenient and filling breakfast. Hosts don’t speak English but with google translate thee were no issues.

There was a lot of trash dumped on the road to the property. The property itself was very nice

The owners of B & B encanto are very nice. Unfortunately, the location/city is not what we expected when seeing the rest of Italy. The city is run down and dirty. At night, you don’t feel safe.

The breakfast. It's prepackaged stuff in the room. A very old dry croissant, no option for tea, the coffee machine didn't work well, ... It was the worse breakfast of our 10-day trip. Also, the owner had family & friends over for a bbq and they were very loud until 1am. We didn't get much sleep. I wish she would have informed us at least. The room was a little cold at night and there were no additional blankets, only one sheet on the bed. The balcony furniture is old and made a hole in one of my pants.

Very nice clean pleasant apartment. I really liked that from the balcony there was a view of Naples on one side and Vesuvius on the other side. just to get there easily, I definitely recommend a car. It was not a problem for us because we had a rental car

Unbeatable location with a nice view at the balcony. Breakfast was basic but sufficient - coffee, juice, cereal with milk, jam tart, mini cake, bread with jam & Nutella.

Too much mosquitoes so much so that the electric repellant the host promptly brought us could not eliminate the problem 100%. Shower didn't work properly.

The hosts and the location were all lovely. Friendly hosts tried hard to help meet all our various needs. The location halfway up the slope of Mt Vesuvius was stunningly beautiful.

Our hosts don't speak English and we dont speak Italian, so communication was challenging. We didn't realize there is no public transportation, not even taxi, available to transport us several km up the mountain from Ercolano to their home. Eventually we found someone to speak Italian to help us call the hosts, who picked us up in downtown Ercolano and drove us back next morning to the archeological site - they charged us 10 Euro each way. We also didnt realize there would be no nearby restaurants or stores, so we got the young man next door to kindly help us order pizza, which he picked up with his motorbike. He reluctantly accepted our offer of 5 Euros for the gas and his time. Thougb we had problems, these were extremely hospitable hosts...and neighbours!!

the location wasn’t ideal, however, owner offered a very handy shuttle service to to main points such as the train station which was great!

Great views! You can have an amazing breakfast/ dinner with the sunset at the top. Takes a while until you reach the high point where the hotel is.

Clean rooms, good repair, air conditioning for heating. Breakfast in the room - coffee, tea, croissants, sponge cake with jam. Beautiful view of the sea and Vesuvius.

Parking slot within the facilities

I never experienced a place where no soap or shampoo were supplied and here it was the case!! The breakfast is kind of included but consists of nothing more than prepacked croissant and dry toast, 2 packs of orange juice. No butter, cheese, vegetables, fruits or salami...There is barely enough water pressure to take a shower. The shower is having sign of rust. See pictures...the bed coversheet is damaged.

the view from the terrace was nice. It is not far from Vulcano (by car).

The breakfast was very poor.The wifi wasn't working during my stay.

The view is amazing, the property well kept and clean. 20 minutes from the airport and easy to locate.

This is the second time I have stayed at BnB Incanto with my bike. The rooms are pleasant and clean, great style. The owner is very friendly and happy to help. They were especially accommodating and helpful when I needed to get to the airport with my bike box. They offer a shuttle for €40, but the box was too large to fit in the car. They managed to phone around and find a taxi instead, which arrived quickly. I made my flight only just, Thankyou!
