My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the proximity to the beach (short walk or golf cart ride) and the pool. Bill was very accommodating and made sure our stay was great. We will definitely try to rent this house again if we make it back to the area.

Great vacation. A few things that need updating but overall a great experience.

Did I mention location? This home is located just a few short blocks north of the Isle of Palms Connector’s link to the island, near downtown, near the main grocery store for the island, near a sizable public park, near the Isle of Palms Marina, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. This time is shortened by use of the 4 person golf cart. This island is linked to Sullivan’s Island by bridge for a short drive to historical Fort Moultrie which is operated by the National Park Service and has plenty of parking with a nice pier with free fishing and crabbing. The home is nicely appointed with lots of kitchen supplies to support any cooking you might do. The owner is easy to contact by texting and is super cooperative.

Property was wonderful. 2 families stayed with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was STOCKED, we like to cook and did not need to buy anything, all pots/pans were there. Beds were comfortable, lots of soft blankets around. Importantly, the owner was incredibly responsive, as we had a couple of questions about the pool early in our stay, which were answered right away. Even though his daughter got married the same day, he still called and walked me through the instructions! Pool and hot tub were AWESOME (definitely pay extra to warm the pool - esp in the spring, it was glorious). The owner was very accomodating, our flight was later, and he gave us a later checkout. It was great. We HIGHLY recommend this house!

This beach house is in a perfect location. It’s a quiet neighborhood good for walking and riding the bicycles provided by the owner. The beach access road is an easy walk just down the street and the beach area isn’t crowded. The house is large and our family of six had plenty of room to be together or to find quiet spots. We enjoyed the pool area the most. It was like swimming in a garden oasis with all the plants and trees surrounding it. Our host/ owner provided all the information needed for our stay. It was nice of him to inquire if the family was having a good time. All in all a great beach experience. Genie Rawlings

We had a wonderful time in this very well-appointed home. It was my wife and I, our adult kids and two grandkids. We loved having the pool and the two block walk to the beach. The kitchen was large and well equipped. Everyone had plenty of room to eat meals. We enjoyed the evenings in the spacious living room. We made wonderful memories this week and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week at IOP. The home had plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 3 children. Very easy walk to the beach. House was well stocked with paper products and kitchen items. Check in was very easy. The pool was great, very clean. The host Bill was always available. Looking forward to going back next summer !

Our second time staying here! Great location as it’s a short cart or walk from ocean while off the main road. Inground pool is a nice amenity and keeps the kids occupied while we’re at the house. Spacious accommodations inside and open downstairs floor plan between kitchen dining and living areas.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Bill’s beach home. The quiet neighborhood and proximity to the beach was a huge perk. The home itself was well stocked with many extras to make the stay comfortable, and any questions we had throughout the week were answered quickly. Our favorite part was the heated pool…would highly recommend this beautiful home!

This house was a great place to stay. It had 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, an amazing pool/hot tub, and was a block from the beach. the beach was white sands and ocean was terrific. The place was well stocked from toilet paper to beach towels/chairs/umbrellas. I would recommend this place to folks!

This home has a wonderful pool which was a great addition to the to the ocean, and perfect for a nighttime dip in the hot SC summer. The home is well-stocked and was large enough for our 3 families to come together each with our own spaces without tripping over one another. Plus, it has great common spaces (inside and outside) to play games, chat, and eat. Thank you!

Great location as it was a quick golf cart ride to the beach. House was as advertised. Pool was the perfect refresher after a day at the beach. Well stocked with basic kitchen needs which is a huge plus vs arriving to a bare house w no salt, pepper, etc. Would book again for sure.

This house was perfect for us! It is even nicer than the pictures show! We loved the layout, there is an additional bathroom now. SO much space for our two families to spread out in. Owner was wonderful to deal with! Loved the kitchen, the screened in porch, and the pool. We spent SO much time at the pool, it was fantastic!

This house has all the amenities that we needed for our visit. We were two blocks from the beach and the golf cart made it even easier to get to the beach. We used the pool and the screened porch as well as the rocking chairs in the front. Staying at this house made our trip perfect.
