We had 5 days in this lovely condo! We walked 8-10 miles on the beach daily, swam in the pool, relaxed on the patio, but our absolute FAVORITE activity was riding the bikes (provided with condo) ALL OVER THE ISLAND! We walked to dinner, too. Love this spot!

We had a delightful stay! The location was perfect - convenient to the beach, walkable to several fabulous restaurants but also easy access to your car if you'd like to wander out a bit further. It was clean, well-appointed and very well-stocked. The communication with the host was seamless, he was super helpful and responded quickly. Highly recommend!

A friend of mine and I thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and convenience of Marco Beach Resort while we attended a weeklong event at the JW Marriott two buildings away. We walked the fine white sandy beach; used the bikes to get groceries; and sat out on the patio to enjoy the stars. Our host was very responsive and understanding when we had a silly question about the slider. The bed and couch were both comfortable! Thanks! Lisa

We’ve stayed at Marco and specifically at this resort many times but first time in this unit. Unit needs updating and repairs. I reported this to the owner immediately. Bathroom door handle was hanging, bathtub plunger was stuck and would not drain so couldn’t use it to bath kids, fridge freezer was a block of ice, sofa bed mattress needs changing it has a hole in the middle. I’d personally remove the rug from the unit. Outside of that location is great. Folks staying in the summer should note that the restaurant is closed and reopens in October. The only downfall is resort has is the fact you have to walk through the garage to access the beach but minimal effort to enjoy being so close to the water.

The apartment is great. King bed, huge bathroom, good A/C. The owner has a storage closet with beach items you can use. Its located on the same floor as the pool, so going back and forth was super easy. Quick direct walk to the beach. The kitchenette was useful, though i had to request to get the small fridge cleaned, but it was an overall great stay.

Very clean and updated property. Has everything you need for a short stay. Great location, walkable to JW which has a restaurants/bar options. Pool restaurant was closed at our property which would have been good to know in advance. Bed and pullout were comfortable. Would stay again.

The condo was lovely and well kept. The private garden access is very nice. The beach is easy to access and location is perfect for a summer beach stay. Check in was a problem as the management did not know of our reservation. It took several hours before we could reach anyone to confirm our reservation. I would suggest that you call the Beach Resort desk to confirm your reservation prior to arrival.

This property is beautiful. We enjoyed a relaxing and restful week. Pool, Beach, restaurants were all wonderful. Perfect location.Looking forward to returning.

This is the best beach ever. We loved this area. The resort is nice and convenient. However, it is older and definitely in need of a remodel. Nice staff and clean though

This was exactly as we saw in the listing. We went with our 2 older teen kids and the pullout couch was still perfect to share. The condo had everything you needed. Shampoo/conditioner/soap - kitchen had all the supplies for cooking and the beach caddy was stocked with chairs and a couple boogie boards. There were plenty of towels for showering and plenty of beach/pool towels in the living room to take with you to the pool or beach. The beach was a quick walk and loved the beach bar right there. My son and husband got to walk the playoff games while having nachos and few drinks. We went shopping on the way in so we made breakfast and lunch in the condo. We had everything we needed to cook. Dinners were all walking distance and amazing. We did rent a golf cart one day as we got little too much sun which was perfect. We explored the island and even went to dinner a little further away. There is also a shuttle you can call for rides that you just pay in tips. We can’t wait to come again! Thanks Ken!

Second time at this property and we really enjoyed it. Unit and furnishings were in excellent condition. We really liked the patio and enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool or down to the beach. Ken was very professional and responsive.

The condo was in a great location - close to the beach and within walking distance to some great restaurants! Love that the owner provides the beach cart, chairs, umbrella etc. A little hiccup at check in with the front desk - for some reason our reservation had not been conveyed to their system but I had our confirmation information and it was handled easy peasy. Also nice that the owner pays for the valet parking. The condo was nicely equipped and the bed was comfortable. The one minor thing would be that the sleeper sofa could use a better mattress - even with the egg carton topper. But overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great family trip, my daughter slept on the pull out couch and was comfortable. The access to the pool and beach is a short walk and sunsets from the beach we’re great!

We’ve stayed on the island many times but not at the property. Enjoyed the restaurant on site and beach restaurant was handy. The beach chairs and umbrella are handy - staff told a woman near us she needed to move her umbrella to match the distance to the water with the resort’s umbrellas so that feeling of resort vs owner condo is a little strange. Unit was comfortable and very clean which was great! Smaller than I had hoped in living area but two adults and one child were comfortable. No laundry or dishwasher would keep me from extended time there. Liked the location close walk to water and near the Marriott but they were so busy we couldn’t eat there if we were not a guest.

This is a very nice and clean place with enough room for a couple to stay in. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We had a question about the parking garage that the owner quickly answered. We would stay here again.

Great property for a relaxing weekend. Easy access to beach and pool. Drinks and food can be purchased at the resort. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful property, ideal location and working with Ken was excellent.

Our experience was great! Condo had everything we needed. Location to pool, beach and restaurants were ideal. Provided beach chairs were a plus. We didnt have beach towels and unless you booked directly with the resort they didnt supply them. We managed and wasn't a huge deal as we got towels. Overall the condo was extremely clean and we will definitely be back.

The location is great, the condo is nice but For me the beach access and drinks and food is a must. Since i did not rent it the hotel, they were pretty much a pain and did not serve us drinks or food in the beach and no towels or umbrellas, i had to pay extra for that , if you go just adults or couples its ok because the owner have some in storage in the hallway but if you go with children, i have 3 , is more comfortable to have ready the umbrellas and towels in the beach, and for the food we will have to go to the pool and get it there or just stay there because they would not bring us anything to the beach not even water for the children. Very rude there, my humble opinion. No housekeeping not even once, i had to go several times to throw the garbage , that didn't not feel like a vacation. We had plenty of towels never ran out of clean towels. Ken was very nice answering questions.

Great location, amenities and hosts!

Overall, this was a great little retreat. The location is perfect- being able to walk right out to the pool and quickly to the beach was lovely. The condo is well outfitted (blender, hair dryer, etc.) and the food/drinks onsite hit the spot.

Ken made the check in process very clear and easy to follow. Absolutely no issues. The condo was just as described and perfect for our stay. The location was amazing and we were able to visit delicious restaurants based on the host’s recommendations. Perfect for our first (but not last) visit to Marco Island. Thank you!

Had a great trip. Everything was as described. Loved the convenience of the resort and the location of the room. So nice to be able to walk right out of the patio doors to the pool level! Condo was clean and had everything we needed!! Restaurants and shops all within walking distance.
