The price.

The air conditioner is non-existent. It was mobile conditioner located in 1 room where its tube goes outside the open window. At + 30 degrees the stay in rooms was unbearable. The floors are dirty with sand from street, showers are with mold and kettle in kitchen were black with dirt, the wifi works only in 1 specific place of apartment and there is poor reception of phone network. The only clean stuff were the towels and bed sheets.

Nice location, spacious apartment.

Mold in one of the bedrooms and in one of the bathrooms. Especially in the bathroom near the entrance, the shower was not adequately clean and there was mold on the plastic carpet (anti slide carpet inside the shower). One of the plugs in the dining room/where the sofa bed was displayed did not work. Parking places are on the street, as the b&b does not have it's own parking.

aircon completely ineffective, due to extremely hot weather had to open windows, situated right against very busy street all hours of the night resulting in no possibility of sleeping, very small shower, utensils in kitchen poor eg 5 x glasses for 8 people, no kettle, (reported and replaced after 1 day)

The size of apartment was impressive with good price. The apartment is renovated.

- The WiFi works only in the limited area of apartment. - The hydro massage doesn’t work and generally the bath doesn’t look inviting. - Ants in the kitchen and bathroom. - Unclean quilt. - Air-condition didn’t work.

They didn't provide us clothes dryer, so we had to dry the clothes after the washing on the chairs. Apartment wasn't really clean, table clothes were dirty.

Space, location and 4 TV's

Lack of tourist information. No user manuals present for kitchen, wash machine and TV. Not enough kitchen towels. in 12 days no change of bed sheets. No waste backs for replacing. TV only Italian programs. No drying machine or a drying rack. When you stay for a couple of days it is for italian people an excellent apartement, but when you stay as we did as non Italian gasts it was a more challanging
