What a perfect place! My family and I visited Florida to spend Christmas with our eldest son who's job relocated him here. We could not have picked a more perfect place to spend family time together. Mike and Wan's home is gorgeous, spacious, and meticulously clean. And although it was rainy and windy almost the entire time, the lanai was the perfect spot for family dinners and a place to play board games. Once the sun rolled in, we were able to take advantage of the beautiful pool that overlooks the intercoastal. Just breathtaking! Communication between Mike and Wan lovely and all was as advertised although the pictures do not do this gem justice as it is even better. Thank you for wonderful Christmas memories, Mike and Wan!

My sister, nephews, brother-in-law, my husband and my daughters had an amazing time in your home! From the moment you open the door and see the water views, you are in aww!! Nothing like being in the kitchen making your morning coffee and enjoy the passing of the boats! At the pool you hear the waves crash and the rustling of the palm trees with the wind!! It was truly paradise!!! Thank you for the amazing experience!

We were so impressed with this house and property. It was more than we hoped for. Bright and clean. Loved the lanai, pool and beach. Close to stores, restaurants and the ocean. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for the great relaxing vacation we truly needed.

This was our 4th or 5th time going back to this amazing home. It's hard to actually say what was the most fun, maybe the beach or the pool or the screened in porch for family meals or the garage/playroom full of goodies (work out eqip, ping pong table, every beach toy you can imagine) ... yep, it was ALL of that, even the large rain puddles out front were a blast. Truly PARADISE!

This was our second time staying with Michael and Wan. They are just the absolute best. Their house is in the perfect location and they are the best hosts. We will be back!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful property ! Mike was a terrific host - always responded immediately when we had a question. The house is even better than the pictures. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The view is incredible and the pool was so relaxing. We love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. Highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back !

Loved staying at this amazing property. The inside is modern and beautiful - the outside patio, beach and view were outstanding. Michael was a fantastic host - immediately attentive to any requests we had. If we are back in the Palm Beach area we will definitely stay here again!

This beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood is a short drive to anywhere your heart desires including so many crystal clear beaches! The pool was so relaxing for early morning and evening after beach swims! The kitchen has everything you need to cook tasty meals and enjoy them watching the sunset on the cozy screened back deck! Communication with the host was timely and great! We enjoyed our stay so much we would love to return again!

LOVED this house! There were things about the house that wasn’t in the description that exceeded my expectations. Location was perfect for friend get together. I loved having a heated pool, grassy area, and a “beach” with a picnic table. The beds were very comfortable. The garage was stocked with baby equipment, sand toys, fishing rods, washer/dryer (detergent), and pool floats with electric pump. Every morning I sat outside on the lounge chair, drank my coffee, and watched the boats go by. It was so peaceful and relaxing! Will definitely return with my kids in the future.

Waterfront home is loaded with features like large pool, private beach with real sand, well stocked kitchen, ping ping table, kayaks, and multi-station gym. Our family of four adults and two small children thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. This is our second time renting the same property, and would not hesitate to rent again. Property manger is very responsive and available for any problems or needs. This is truly a great home for a fun filled waterfront experience.

The property was clean and well maintained. Centrally located with great views. Beach and pool were both very nice as we came in from Iowa in November when it was snowing.

My friends , family & myself rented for my bday trip. We absolutely loved the property. Beautiful place inside & out, & Michael & Wan made us feel like home. They were always available for anything we needed & their hospitality was just amazing. We are already looking to plan a trip back soon

The property is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The kids loved the pool and playing in the sand. There were toys for them and a well stocked kitchen. We ate every meal on the back porch!

Property was nice, well equipped from the kitchen to the activities for the kids. The best part was the backyard area and view. We enjoyed our stay!

The completely remodeled home has beautiful tile and countertops throughout. The guest shower is fantastic; great pressure and very stylish. We removed 1 star because the TVs have very basic cable (infomercials, local stations, E, TNT, etc...) and the air conditioner could not cool the home below 78F during hot days. We were told Netflix could be streamed on the main TV, but could not get it to work (rebooting, restarting, etc..). Also, we were told the air conditioner had trouble cooling the home our first day because the cleaning crew left the windows and doors open. However, we still experienced the issue even though we kept shutters and doors closed. Overall, a really nice house on the intercoastal. The kids had fun kayaking and fishing.

The house and view were amazing! Location was between Palm Beach and Boca, short drive to both. Loved the pool and had many dinners out on the screened in porch! Would definitely stay there again.

This is a fantastic property for a family. Clean clean clean! Three nice bedrooms recently read on bathrooms. A sunrise kitchen and a beautiful lanai. The inside of the house is open and there are plenty of windows. Parking is easy on a very quiet street but near everything. 10 minutes south is Delray and Boca and 10 minutes north is West Palm Beach. Doesn't get much better. The beach is private and no one else used it while we were there. We did enjoy their kayaks and spent off of our time around the pool. The center Island is terrific for cooking and we spent about half our meals at night at the house. Can't say enough about Mike and his wife Wan. We have already booked for next year.

2 weeks wasn’t enough. The view is mesmerizing and the peaceful location was wonderful. Everything you need is in the house. The location is perfect. Thank you for sharing your house with my family. We will be back!!

It was an amazing vacation hoping to rent it again! Wonderful quiet neighborhood hidden paradise!

We had such a nice stay at this spotless, lovely house. The large kitchen has everything you’d need and there are plenty of spots to sit and have a bite or a large meal. The house is set up with the master bedroom on one side and two bedrooms on the other side of the house. Space to spread out for everyone. We loved the large rooms and having three bathrooms was a bonus. Our favorite spots were the rear screened-in porch and the garage with a ping pong table. We had nightly competitions! The kitchen was another favorite spot…lots of great counter space, modern appliances and a huge island. The beautiful water view and pretty pool made for a very relaxing stay. We would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.

We have a family of 7 with kids ranging from 7-18yrs old. The house was well-kept and our kids enjoyed having our own private pool and sound-side beachfront area. Decent location, not really walkable to the oceanfront but a 2 min car ride away. Owners were very responsive.

Such a great house and location. Well equipped kitchen and our family loved the large porch. Easy communication and we hope to be able to return. Can’t recommend a stay highly enough.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property is a perfect location. Great convenience. The home itself is beautifully decorated and taken care of. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils you need, along with great appliances to use. It was so convenient to have everything a home offers. Our 5 and 2 year old boys learned to jump in the pool on their own! The home even had toys to play with when they would alternate between beach time and pool time. Our favorite feature was the screened in lanai. We enjoyed morning coffee and after dinner cocktails out there. And now that I think about it, we ate every meal at the table out there! This property is a true treasure. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our vacation here!
