My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, roomy, and quite comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and cookware. Beaches were a short drive away. We had a great time snorkeling each morning and relaxing in the afternoon. I highly recommend the location and condo. Aloha

This is an absolutely wonderful property in a beautiful location. The beds are comfortable and the appliances are all high end. The unit is amazingly well stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. The resorts restaurant and pool are superb and the area is far quieter than hotels or timeshares. You will love staying here. Highly recommended.

We didn’t know that the condo was upstairs, the shower was a little wonky, and we didn’t know that we had to pay $75.00 parking for 3 days.

Property was nice but a bit confusing at first. Great pool, nice grounds, wide array of flowers, nice condo with well stocked items thank you. Kids enjoyed it very much, bathroom 2 needs a new shower, kids ended up in master shower every day. Love Hawaii.

We loved our stay! The condo had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable! They had coolers and ice packs in the freezer so we could pack lunches for our beach days. They had beach towels and chairs for the beach as well. They had plenty of laundry pods so we could wash our clothes. This island was beautiful and this was a perfect spot to enjoy our time!! Could not recommend it more!

Wonderful place on the Big Island!
We had great communication with our owner, so even when when needed help he was quick to reply or answer. The property is great for the location and amenities! Wonderful tennis courts with rackets in the room, pool and beach club was top notch for watching the sunset. Shopping and theater close by, and easy access to anything on the island. Superb rental!

Beautiful Condo!
We had a beautiful and relaxing stay! The condo was clean, spacious and most important comfy beds. The kitchen meet our cooking needs & we enjoyed coffee on the lanai, saw some amazing sunset. They have some hammocks in the middle of the complex and the view of the stars was amazing. The front closet is stocked with everything you would need for the beach. Enjoyed the pool, restaurant & bar. We would definitely stay again!

A fantastic find, a wonderful stay!!
This condo is wonderful. It made for a comfortable and homey feel for the week we were there. Everything is as-stated. Owners were very responsive for the 2 questions we had during the week. The neighborhood pool and hottub area is inviting, friendly. We highly recommend this property. They even have the beach towels and beach chairs for easy use!!

Exactly as advertised
The unit is perfect for 2 couples or a family of 5 or six. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the unit so if you are looking for privacy this works very well. No ocean view here - but an easy 10 minute walk to the pool and incredible sunsets. Most of the Waikaloa resorts do not have this easy access so this is a plus. We spent spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying the breezes.
The pool area is very nice - but for whatever reason they do not have umbrellas, so shady spots are few. The restaurant was decent with reasonable prices for the area.
You should bring your own soaps/shampoos/laundry pods as they were not provided. We always bring some of our own since we are never sure if they are provided.
Bottom line - we are really sorry to be leaving after two weeks.

Spotless comfy condo!
The pictures do not do this place justice. Much roomier than it looks online. The beds were so comfortable and the place was pristine..so clean. Kitchen was well equipped and plenty of towels including beach towels. There was a closet full of games and beach gear to use. My favorite part of the condo was the beautiful deck...coffee in the morning was so peaceful. The resort area pool was great...drinks, food, and staff all wonderful. And there are several beaches nearby and shopping too. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great Place To Stay!!
When we first walked into the condo, all we could say was WOW!!!! For the price of this condo you get everything you could possibly wish for. We loved our stay here and will absolutely be coming back. Thank you Lisa for offering your home to guests visiting Hawaii. We were on the island for a few weeks and stayed a total of 3 places… this was by far our favorite place we stayed at!! Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an affordable stay but also want to stay in a luxury condo. Thank you again!

We loved it
We enjoyed staying at this condo. The floor plan is great for a family with large separate bedrooms and bathrooms and the layout of the kitchen and living area and lanai is great. Fully stocked for a long stay, it was awesome.

Perfect Details!
The owners thought of EVERYTHING from fun modern board games to fun little beach things for relaxing or fun. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything gave off a "brand new" kind of feel. It was so clean even in the small details. The owners were kind and great to work with. We will definitely be staying here again. This is the perfect place to vacation, relax, and make memories with the ones you love.

Beautiful place!
It was our first time on the Big Island and was just my husband and I and our adult son and daughter in law. The place was very very clean, the bedrooms were completely separate and it lives more like a house than a condo. The pool is gorgeous (sadly the restaurant and bar were closed due to Covid) but the owners graciously have their closet stocked with everything you could possibly imagine for a great day at the beach (chairs, frisbees, volleyball, umbrella beach towels) we were nervous about how inexpensive it was compared to other units in this community but it’s obvious that they just want offer a fair price. Sooo great!! Thank you Lisa and Robert, we had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come again when things are not closed down from covid. Five stars!

Slightly False Advertising But Clean and Responsive Owners
It’s a beautiful and spacious condo that has an infestation of huge carpenter ants that come out mostly in the evening. The parking space is not even remotely close to the building. It’s really clean but the master bedroom didn’t have hot water and the freezer wasn’t producing ice (but when mentioned, the owner said a part was on order). We went specifically for the pool, which was only open from 9-5 due to COVID-19. The deepest part of the pool is 4ft and have a lot of strict rules like no balls/throwing toys or jumping or floaties. But overall the place is beautiful and clean and quiet with a great ocean view. We saw dolphins and a turtle from the pool.

Nice but probably wouldn’t stay here again
Well supplied with towels, beach gear, kitchen appliances but freezer is broken and all of our frozen goods went bad, the ice machine was broken and the second bedroom never gets cool no matter what the AC is set to. Probably needs a new toaster too. The owner seemed nice but confused so idk if she’s even ever been at the unit before. Overall it was good but coulda been better.

We Made An Awesome Memory in Hawaii
I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality and the generosity. Everything was beyond what we expected. The home was lovely, very comfortable and did not lack anything. Hali’i Kai is an amazing resort; we loved the Ocean Club and the manicured grounds. Thank you for all of the recommendations. We visited 5 different beaches and loved our time with the Manta Rays (a highlight of the trip). The sunsets at the Ocean Club were amazing and capped off every evening just perfectly for us. Also, to see the whales breaching and playing was magical. They were no more than a hundred yards off the coastline - AMAZING! Thank you Robert and Lisa for your hospitality! #Perfectvacation

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. The condo is exactly as described. The whole complex is beautiful but the pool/fitness area is amazing. The condo layout is perfect for two couples and the 2 king size beds are a bonus. Communication with Lisa was very easy. We would stay here again!
