We so much enjoyed our stay at Garden Bay Beach House. It’s right on the beach. Such a beautiful and clean house. Communication with the owners was wonderful. We would love to come back again one day. I highly recommend staying.

We all enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and nice views. However, the cleanliness of the property was not up-to the mark. There are spider webs, pet hair inside and outside. Mats and couch were very dusty. I can definitely tell that it wasn't cleaned before we checked in.

Beautiful location, lovely bay to swim at and close to other great beaches. Great location for our dogs. House very comfortable, views of the bay. Loved every minute of it.

We had the best stay in a truly special place. The property overlooks the beach and it's just a stroll out the garden gate to the water. We loved all the moods of the coast. The house was wonderful, it had all we needed and a fantastic deck with views of the bay. Thankyou to our hosts, for a great stay, we'll be back.

Garden Bay is a quiet little beach perfect for young kids and just a short walk from back gate. Property was very clean and had everything we needed. Hosts were easy to helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous location, the property was basically through a gate to the beach. An older style home but very comfortable, comfortable beds, plenty of room for the 5 of us.

Perfect coast house
We had a lovely stay at Garden Bay. The house is a perfect coast house and is very well laid out with all the amenities we needed - especially loved the Nespresso machine and Netflix access for our son. The deck and view is absolutely Devine and it was so nice enjoying our morning coffee in the sunshine as well as a bbq for dinner. Easy and smooth stay with excellent communication - highly recommend.

Perfect location
Property was absolutely spotless. Everything provided. Views from back deck absolutely stunning over Garden Bay. All accessories (T.V's, cooking appliances, even Dyson vacuum !!! Weber B.B.Q were first rate. ) Wonderful place to stay, my wife and I look forward to our next visit.

Relaxing, with views to die for.
This is my second visit to this property and certainly won’t be my last. I could write a book of why but briefly the view is amazing, the location of the property excellent, clean & comfortable with everything you need for time away with out hassle. Even when the weather was not kind to me I could sit on that amazing deck with a cup of tea & watch the different personalities of the ocean. It was a lovely week, thank u Julie. I will be back.

I was very happy with the property and its overall position.
However a few small things could be better
The downstairs bathroom could do with some bench space for toiletries and some hooks for clothing and also more towel rails. otherwise an excellent place to stay.

Prime Oceanside location
We loved staying at Garden Bay Beach house. Jay and Julie were so accomodating and the kids loved the easy access to the beach. Surf and swim beaches were only a car-hop away and Batemans bay was only a short drive for eating out.

Great location ...a light filled property, close to the water, only a short stroll to the dog friendly beach (our dog loved it!). Lots of time spent on the deck relaxing, enjoying the view. Tree's in the garden would benefit from a bit of a tidy up otherwise a great little place to unwind.

Fantastic location, great view and access to the beach
Had a great time at the property, great location, view from the balcony and access to the water. The living area is small however with the very functional balcony it was not an issue. Only thing lacking was a BBQ which the owners advised was being replaced. House was dog friendly although the yard was not totally secure for my small dogs as the front gate was a little high at one end however we were able to manage this. The home was well enough appointed, some drawers in the main bedroom would be handy. Overall a fantastic holiday place for the price, would definitely stay again.

Great deck and view
We loved our 10 days here and found it to be very relaxing - enjoying drinks, nibbles and meals on the deck.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics, so I would bring your own proper knives and other utensils if you like to cook. What it is definitely lacking (especially being summer and having that deck and view) is a BBQ and a sun umbrella. The BBQ is apparently on the shopping list but it was disappointing we weren't able to enjoy it during our holidays as the weather and nights were so perfect.
We loved the location and the view. Just watch the water at the beach if there's been a downpour due to the storm water.
