The property was very comfortable for our two families.

Great communication with Mark before and throughout the stay. Clean, well stocked with convenient parking right in front of unit. Would recommend and consider for a future stay!

Great place. The condo has a lot of space and a good layout for larger groups. We enjoyed using the hot tub and sauna on the property too. Would love to stay here again.

Location was great, the unit was extremely clean, updated, and very nicely decorated. Parking was right out the front door. Communication before and throughout our stay was perfect. The ski locker was great to store our stuff. The kitchen and living room areas were large and very accommodating. The kids loved the loft with the sofa bed and bunk beds. Could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you.

Pros: King bed most comfortable I have slept in on any rental. Queen bed was rated comfortable by my brother. Kitchen was spacious and well laid out. We cooked all of our meals and had all of the necessary cooking gear except a salad spinner that we brought with us. Unit was very clean and host graciously allowed us to check in early once it had been cleaned from the previous renter. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Digital lock on front door did not require a key, which was very convenient. Ceiling fans were very quiet. Cons: Bunk beds in loft were very uncomfortable for an adult as there was no padding and the springs could be felt. Some bedroom windows face Azimuth Street which was noisy some nights. This was only a problem for the loft as the windows needed to remain open to adequately cool it. Oven broiler did not work. However, we just substituted garlic toast for garlic bread which was almost as good. Difficulty opening some windows to cool the place off. Note that this is common to other units in The woodlands complex and probably to other properties in mammoth. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider renting this unit in the future.

Unit 3 was all that was expected. We had a large family reunion that week and so we had dinner a few nights around the pool area. The unit's locale near the pool was very convenient. The new 65" TV in the living room was an excellent addition and it got a workout because we got thunderstorms every afternoon, negating outdoor activity. The kitchen was adequately stocked with the exception of utensils. The unit sleeps 8 and there were only 6 forks. Further there were no table/soup spoons ... difficult to eat soup with a teaspoon! However, there was an abundant supply of Kleenex this year! All in all, great time was spent in Unit 3. Think this is one of the larger units in the complex. Thanks, Mark.

Our stay was very enjoyable! Mark is great, accessible and easy to communicate with. Mark followed up to ensure we had everything needed. The place was open, bright and updated. Will be returning for our annual family trip next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as pictured and condo was neat and clean. Mark was attentive and easy to work with. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful experience, place is bigger then it looks. My family had a great time staying here, bonus that the Red Bus line stops right on the corner to bring you up to the main lodge and the village. Watching the sun rise through the giant windows was breathtaking.

The unit was quite nice, clean, and well equipped with kitchen stuff (could have used an ice cream scoop, tho), TVs, and games. We didn't use the other electronic gadgets. The unit was dearth, however, in "Kleenex" but this may be a Woodlands phenomenon, as I heard the same comment from other family members staying at the complex. The one drawback of the unit is that it is quite warm (August), even with the ceiling fans going. OK in the evening/night, but very warm in the afternoon. Overall the unit is very nice and comfortable.

Great location, close to store and restaurants. So inviting and plenty of room for our group of six. Second time staying here. Looking forward to next trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spacious, comfy and it felt like we were staying in someone's house. We enjoyed playing board games and the kitchen is easy for cooking breakfast before heading out to ski. It was easy to get to the slopes. I would recommend!

Spent a long weekend here with family friends. Kitchen was well-stocked, space was comfy, loved having games and loft space for all our kids/teens. Mark was very responsive and helpful—allowed us a 9th person/kid in his 8-person condo & even late checkout since it was a holiday weekend. Wooden floors on main level were a bit slippery if wearing just socks—just good to know if planning on staying here. Would stay here again!

Owner was very good and stayed in touch when we needed things and had questions. 5/5 will be returning for the next go around.

The house was in a perfect location to town and catching the shuttle to get around town. Perfect layout for everyone. A couple of individual rooms and a loft for a couple of other young adults to share. We loved our stay
