Nice clean property and the owners of the property were very friendly and easy to reach.

It is perfect for a weekend getaway. So close to Dogwood Canyon, great restaurants at the top of the hl and about 30 mins from the landing. Water access and a little beach. Well definitely be back when it is warm enough to swim.

What a great property! The views of Table Rock Lake were stunning, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had most everything you could ask for during a short stay. The complex was quiet with adequate parking and well kept over all. We will definitely be back!

Was an enjoyable stay!

The place was great. The owner included a map, which was helpful to a degree. Unfortunately, the signage in the community didn’t include the numbered building we were looking for! We arrived late at night and drove through the complex a bit before finding someone to ask. That’s the only was we would’ve found the building as it’s a bit off the main path. Great place, albeit a couple appliances need updating such as the dishwasher and the coffee pot works but was not the best. It kept percolating nonstop! Needed to take our own towels, but the owner communicated that ahead of time so was not a problem. We would go back again! Thanks!!

The view was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family of four. The mattress in the second bedroom was very soft and thin. The owner had great communication with us when we needed some extra items.

We love Kimberling City! Small town on table rock lake. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and grocery store. The view from this unit could not be beat! Perfect sized unit for 2 parents and 3 teens. Quiet complex directly on the lake with a pool!

The property was exactly as advertised. We had a little issue but they fixed it quickly. I would recommend to everyone!!

The lake view was incredible! You can lay in your bed and just look out at the water. So pretty. Also the bed was very comfortable too! The bathroom had a large jetted tub which made it nice after a long day. Super quiet area so you can just relax. It was a rainy week and the humidity was up. The a/c struggled a bit but there are ceiling fans in every room. Overall it was a comfortable place to stay.

We were in town for a bass fishing tournament. The condo was more than spacious for 2 anglers to prep their gear with room to spare! The property manager was wonderful to work with.

It was after a year we went for a vacation and was awesome. The property was clean, has a an amazing view to the lake. Enjoyed it!!

A nice place to get away and relax. The view of the lake is wonderful... and available from the living room or from the king size bed, a great first sight in the morning. My daughters and I enjoyed our spring break here. Many things to do nearby. We drove to Branson for shopping and to Eureka Springs for a day downtown.

Condo was comfortable, well equipped, and located perfectly for our needs. Balcony affords a wide open lake view with beautiful sunsets. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

While the actual outside of the property wasn't anything snazzy, the unit was very clean and nicely decorated (even more so than pictures show) and new carpet was just installed. We like a clean space, comfortable beds, a cool A/C, a hot shower with decent pressure and a comfortable couch. This fit the bill perfectly. The views were just as amazing as the pictures and we enjoyed the balcony every morning and evening. The location was great (store just across the street) and quiet-we never heard anyone in units around us. My kids fished on the property and we rented a boat and jet skis a few minutes away. We also did a cave tour and mini golf not far away and had some good local pizza. We used the pool and grill once and everything was good. The front bedroom was big enough to accommodate a pack and play for my toddler. The kitchen was well stocked as others have mentioned. John and Val were very responsive and attended to all our needs promptly.

Just as pictured, easy check in, quiet neighborhood but close to stores/ restaurants. Awesome lake front views.

As close to the lake as you can get! Clean sheets and towels. Nice quiet community. It made for a perfect getaway for or family of 5. We definitely plan on returning!
