Great condo. Clean. Owners responded very quickly with a question. Condo bigger in person. Plenty of room for air mattress for kids and still able to walk around.

I wanted to sit and listen to the water from our condo, and this property did not disappoint! Perfect location, great communication and easy check in and out! You won’t regret it unless you don’t book!

This is the 4th time that we have stayed at Waterfronts (the 1st time in this rental). It's an older but well maintained complex within walking distance to the Jet Express. The owners seem to work at maintaining their units. This unit was on the 1st floor with a walk-out to the lawn and a direct view of the lake. It had an updated bathroom with a large shower and lots of hot water (nice), a king size bed (nice and comfortable), and electronic locks (nice). We didn't do any cooking other than making coffee in the morning but the kitchen seemed to have the necessary supplies. Cable worked great and had the stations we needed to watch our favorite sports teams (though we wish the furniture in the living room had been a little more comfortable). All-in-all we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it to others.

We needed a few days away, and this was the perfect choice! It was a quiet refuge in hearing distance of the lake. (Just a few feet) Plumbing is different up here, it took several flushes sometimes to clear the commode, but if that is my worst problem in life…I think I can manage! The complex has nice amenities we never took advantage of, but it was nice to know they were available. We went home rested and refreshed. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

My husband and I rented this for our Anniversary trip and the views were exactly what we hoped for. We were fortunate to see a mild storm and watched the waves crash on the rocks from the windows. It really does remind you of the ocean. It was clean and easy walking distance to restaurants and Jet Express. The owners were very prompt in giving me recommendations. Would recommend this condo!

This condo was perfect for myself and my 2 kids! It was right on the water and has a very well-maintained beach area, pool, and hot tub. I enjoyed reading on the beach, my 12 year old loved the pool, and my 15 year old liked using the Wi-Fi (lol). There was something for everyone! We hope to come back next year!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is well appointed and in a great location. A large sandy beach, pool and playground were especially appealing when our grand kids visited. We especially liked sitting in the rocking chairs and looking out over the lake.

All went well. Communication with Owner Eric was second to none. Will stay again !

The location was great. Resturants near by. Great access to the islands with the Jet Express about 200 to 300 ft. from the property. Access to shallow beach front and pool. Great if you have young children.

Condo and furnishings were older but adequate. The king size bed and bed coverings were excellent! And the remodeled bathroom was a nice surprise for an older condo. Would stay again!

This is a well kept older property that has been updated and is very comfortable. A stone's throw from the water, the sitting porch is the place to be. Great location, walking distance from many restaurants and attractions.

This property was exactly as advertised. The lake view is incredible!

Pros Sunroom has a nice view of the lake Quiet getaway Cons The check out was lengthy and relatively early. It certainly did not lead to a relaxing departure. Check in and check out instructions would have been nice to see before booking. The tone of all of the notes from the owners was generally grumpy, and it set the tone for the stay. We definitely did not feel welcome at the stay- more like we were intruding.

Pretty condo in a well kept community. Amazing view of Lake Erie. Lakefront pool and hot tub. Located within easy walking distance of the Jet Express, so leave your car at the condo and save some money. Everything was clean and as expected. The host provided a list of local businesses in Port Clinton and on South Bass Island that was used and much appreciated. We enjoyed our brief stay and would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was clean and updated with everything that we could possibly need. The view of the Lake and the location was perfect. The pool, hot tub and beach were great and well maintained. We so appreciated being able to stay there and definitely plan on coming back! Thank you!!!!

My husband, myself and our 2 children enjoyed our stay at the condo last weekend. We had such a wonderful time! The view from the condo was amazing! The condo itself was very clean and nice. You can tell several updates have been made to the condo such as new carpeting and updated bathroom. We all loved the beach and the pool. Eric was very responsive and helpful as well. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Kids loved the pool and play ground. My favorite spot was the sunroom with windows opened and a wonderful breeze off the water. Plan to go again but without kids for the full R&R treatment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Eric’s condo at the Waterfronts. The condo and grounds were very clean and in a great location near the Jet Express, restaurants and bars. Some of the kitchen appliances could stand to be updated but other than that we really enjoyed the property.

I loved the first floor unit. I have been booking w/Waterfront every summer for over 20 yrs. This was the first time I found my condo filthy. Oven dirty, refrigerator, washer and dryer area and appliances. Finger prints and smudges on every switch and door jams, food on kitchen floor, and more. I had to buy cleaning products to be comfortable. No sanitizing during COVID-19. The manager sat on the steps waiting for our departure. RUDE!!! Personal photos through out condo. LOVED this property and the surrounding area!!! We were looking for a relaxing spot not too far from home to getaway, and we found it!!! Beautiful views of Lake Erie, nice pool, and cute little beach... before we left, we were already planning when we could come back!!! Thanks so much for letting us stay and relax!

We booked this property for Memorial Day weekend. The crazy storms on Friday made it impossible for us to get there. Eric was very helpful & wonderful to work with. When we were finally able to get there, we had a relaxing stay in a beautiful condo right on the water.

The view of Lake Erie was great! The condo was clean and well decorated. It was easy to contact the property manager. It would be helpful to have a printed guide for TV and not have to provide your own towels.

Great location, the hosts are available if you need them. We had a great getaway. Hope to do it again later in the year when things are open for the summer season.
