Great place

The apartment had everything you need in the kitchen, lots of stuff for the beach and plenty of towels and sheets. We would stay here again, but we were worried about the air conditioning system having mold. We would avoid the building, for that reason. The party before us or parties were definitely smoking in there and the master bedroom closet reeked if it, I took my clothes out of it for that reason. We could be wrong about the mold, but we saw black marks around the air conditioning ducts and the apartment had an odor of mold. We had experienced mold in the past.

Fantastic property located in the best facility (IHBC) on the Space Coast. We've been coming to IHBC for the past 4 years and Ted and Sandy's home is the best of the best! We are already looking forward to coming back!

Nice condo with plenty of room for two.

This is a beautiful location on the beach, which is understandably the reason for the price. Overall, I was happy with my experience. However, I found it to be extremely dirty, particularly, the floors. I did a lot of mopping myself, and it was absolutely filthy. There was very, very thick dust in the corners where the vacuum cleaner cannot reach in the bedroom. For what equated to over $200 a night, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness. Our extended family did enjoy staying at the property, so we would consider this location again. However, the cleaning staff needs to have a much higher standard of detail than I found.

Nothing between your balcony and the ocean but a few feet of sand! VERY clean, well equipped and supplied, quiet and beautiful! You can't miss with this rental.

My family and I had a wonderful time. The on-site staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. The owners had everything we could need there in the condo including beach toys, towels and chairs!

Wonderful location right on the ocean with the roar of the waves singing to us day and night. Had all of the comforts of home. Nice location to view a SpaceX launch during our stay.

Location is great with nearby grocery stores, department stores, restaurants and fast food availability. Condo was very accommodating for our needs, spacious environment and very relaxing facing the ocean. Short stay but memorable!

We truly enjoyed this condo. It was literally steps to the beach. Umbrellas, beach chairs, and boggie boards were available. Kitchen was well appointed, supplies for dishwasher, washing machine, and bath toiletries were also provided. We didn’t have to buy paper towels or toilet paper. AC worked well, and the furniture was comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balcony was relaxing and breezy. Shade from the overhand made this very pleasant, even on hot days, after about 10AM. I enjoyed reading and listening to the ocean while enjoying g a cup of coffee. We saw pods of dolphins one day as they swam up and down the coastline. Very Cool!! I would highly recommend this condo- great location (a few minutes from the shops at Indiatlantic beach- LongBoard shop, Surfinista, etc.) as well as Longdoggers and Moo’s (both yummy). Great communication and responses from the owners.

It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very clean and loved the closet space. View of the Ocean was lovely! Cindy and Wendy were so warm and friendly at check-in and check-out! Thanks so much!

The condo is very clean and spacious. Everything you need for the beach was available- beach towels, chairs, umbrella and they had staples in the kitchen- salt/pepper, sugar. The view was amazing. Only caution-if you are mobility impaired this might not be the condo for you. I was trapped in the elevator for about 10 minutes and two other times (during a 4 day stay) it was not working. That said-I would stay here again-the views are amazing and it was very clean.

The Condo was terrific!! The place has everything needed for a great stay and was immaculate. The view from this condo is magnificent as we were able to see two space launches and dolphins swimming. You can’t go wrong staying here as it’s a beach paradise.

The condo was just as described, if not better!! The views were stunning. The ease of accessing the beach was so convenient. Spent so much time at the condo just enjoying the views, the pool, and looking for shells and walking the beach. Met several nice fellow travelers but the location felt like a private retreat!! Thank you for a fantastic week!!!! I plan to return!

This was our first time ever at Indian Shores Beach. The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the ocean views and location! The weather was perfect too. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Would highly recommend and we are hoping to be able to make this a regular getaway for us.

Everything about your home was amazing! The location, ease of checking in, and the view was incredible! Our only complaint is that we were not able to stay longer!

A wonderfully located condo in a community of warm and friendly restaurant and shop owners. Lovely and clean decorated condo. Great section of beach and fantastic views!

Loved the location of this property. The view is incredible and the corner unit is wonderful with the extra windows. My only negative were that for 2 days when we had renters above us, and the noise was a bit much. They were not loud with their voices, but just opening their sliding door sounded like thunder in this unit (and they did that a lot) and moving chairs sounded like they were constantly moving heavy furniture around. This occurred both evenings into the night. (Past midnight) I enjoyed all patio furniture. It was a nice selection. I was bummed that the small beach umbrella was broken. The large one was great, but small one would have been more useful when going alone to the beach.
