We love staying on Jupiter Inlet Beach. This house is beautiful and stocked with everything you need to enjoy your visit!

Stay was ok. It being a 2 story home, the AC units have seen better days and the 2nd story stays hot no matter the setting and all fans running & blinds closed. It is in fact only a 2 1/2 bath house with an outdoor shower, not a 3 bath house as the listing states. You can't add an indoor toilet and outdoor shower and call it a 3rd full bath! All the dishes in the home looked as if they hadn't been washed and the dishwasher wasn't cutting it. What we used we washed by hand and used paper products/foil pans when we could. They previous tenant's obviously didn't read trash schedule, so upon arrival they were slap full and no where to empty when we needed until Monday's trash day. Therefore the cans were FULL of flies and they kept getting into garage and home. Attempted to use the vacuum found in the garage closet to get what dirt was on the floor from us coming and going; only broom was a 3 ft cheesy kids type; the vacuum was FULL of dog hair and debris like it hadn't been cleaned in months and smelled of dog. Overall, the home was ok. Would I choose this home and location again? Probably not. By the way, what they don't tell you before paying and renting, is you can not drive or park trucks on property!

Everything about the place was as described or better. If you know the JIC, it’s simply fantastic. House was wonderful. Pool great. Strongly recommend.

Very nice house in a great location, but there are not 4 or 3.5 bathrooms in this house. There are 2.5 bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Three of the four bedrooms on the 2nd floor have to share a small bathroom - that's potentially 6 people sharing one bathroom. That does not qualify as a "luxury" property. The write-up for the property on VRBO is not accurate. That said, it was an enjoyable week in a great location.

We loved this charming seaside community. The home is close to many activities (lighthouse, Dubois Park, and Blowing Rocks Preserve) and restaurants. On arrival everything was super clean, well stocked and was very comfortable as well. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyed multiple times daily. It was a short walk to a peaceful beach that was loved by everyone. A highlight was watching a couple of baby loggerhead sea turtles make their way safely to sea! Also, we cannot say enough about Alex from Island Time Vacation Homes, he took wonderful care of us during our stay. We would highly recommend a JCI vacation at this lovely home.

We had such a great week staying here!! Location is so perfect! It's a very quiet neighborhood, but my teenagers and 8 year old had the best time. We love quiet on vacation!! A much needed getaway!

Beautiful house! Very comfortable for 6 adults and 1 child. Short walk on a shaded walkway to the beach. Everything was provided including beach chairs and umbrellas, pool floats, games, corn hole, high chair, etc. They had the safety fence up around the pool for us and provided a baby gate for us to keep our grandson safe.

We traveled with our one year old. Very clean, well furnished and equipped for beach, perfect location and very short walk to beach, great pool and hot tub, easy checkin process and very responsive manager. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a well-maintained house in an amazing location. We have been coming here for several years and are never disappointed. The house is stocked with everything you need including games, boogie boards, bikes, and surf boards. We have already booked our next trip!

We enjoyed this beautifully renovated home. Pool table was a huge hit. Rooms are spacious and the layout is perfect. Lots of beach gear and kids toys on hand.

Our family (two adults and two kids, 10 and 8) had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and clean home, which had all the creature comforts plus a pool in the backyard and *bonus* a pool table room in the house. The neighborhood of JIC was pretty and mellow, and the easy access to JIC's private beach, located only a short walk from the house, was icing on the cake! The owner was very responsive and helpful, too. Perfect vacation!

We enjoyed the home and patio and pool and the home had everything we needed. The property management group was great to work with.

Best rental ever. Fabulous neighborhood, easy walk to a beautiful beach and the house is crazy clean, comfortable and well stocked. Everything you need. Extra fridge/freezer even! Kitchen well stocked for a dinner party even. Tons of toys for kids. Dog loved every minute. Backyard super private and pool the perfect temperature. Only question worth asking is about construction on the lot next door. Lots are tightly spaced and it looks leveled and ready for a new build which could be loud. A+ stay. Thank you!

Clean, beautiful house in a great neighborhood! It was only a 5 min walk to a very low populated beach and the pool area in the back of the house was a perfect place to relax. We would rent this house again.

This property from A to Z is terrific. The location and the home are excellent. There are bikes, sand toys for kids, and everything else you need for families. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities. The location is super. Steps from the beach and a short drive to restaurants and bars. Marinas are close by where you can rent boats to take up the intercostal. Alex, the property manager was extremely helpful and responsive to any issues that may come up. After our wonderful visit we will be looking for something more permanent down here.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is very walkable and has immediate 5 minute access to the beach. In addition Alex was very attentive to our every need.

The house had everything we needed and more. Great home to rent for families with children. We had a minor problem with the pool heat but Alex was right on top of it and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend this property!
