We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and comfortable. One recommendation is to have the bike tires pumped up for guests as we had difficulty finding ready to use bikes for the beach. Definitely recommend!

Great location. Nice pool and hot tub. Eric was very responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Eric is a wonderful host. He was present for any situation that occurred. He bought us a printer, a full length mirror, fixed our sliding glass door just to name a few things. The house was clean, beautifully appointed. The only recommendation would be for more lighting for reading. Other than that, you will be in great hands should you decide to rent!

We loved the use of the bikes, beach chairs and beach towels that the owners provided. And the private heated pool/hot tub and grill was also used most days. The location was wonderful...bike trip to the beach or car ride to any restaurant or grocery store.

This is the second time we stayed at one of Eric’s houses, and we loved it just as much as the first one. Eric’s house was decorated beautifully, the pool and hot tub were awesome and the location close to stores, shops and the beach was incredible. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I took a Mother’s Day/week trip with my kids (5 & 7) to stay here. It was a little difficult in the beginning to get a hold of the property manager/owner. It was late the night before our flight before I received instructions on how to enter the house. (It caused a lot of anxiety and concern over whether or not we were going to be able to stay at the house). Once we arrived, the house was as shown in the pictures. It was clean, although the bathrooms could use some repair/updates. I didn’t like that the front door was glass and in a direct line with the master bedroom. Other than that, the house was good for our stay and the pool was GREAT! The kids especially loved the hot tub. They both really made our stay. It is super close to both Vanderbilt and Delnor-Wiggins Beaches and the house had lots of beach supplies to use while there. We had a wonderful time. :)

This house has it all. Big and spacious, pool with jacuzzi and the best great location. It is close to the beach and all mayor malls and groceries shops in the area.

We are grateful that Eric was so quick to respond when the water heater gave up the ghost. He worked diligently and quickly to resolve the situation. One thought - for those that have extended stays like ourselves, access to house cleaning tools would be appreciated. We loved the pool!

My review was going to be fairly positive - a nice place in a decent location. It's on a very quiet residential street and pretty long haul to the beach or any activities. Pool and hot tub are fantastic and nice that he doesn't charge extra for pool heat.We had a major problem when we checked out though. Eric said his cleaners (who had arrived at 10:45 for 11:00 check out) reported a broken chair. I acknowledged there was a deck chair with a broken arm when we arrived but failed to report it. We went back and forth a bit before an exorbitant charge (they won’t let me post how much but it’s more than whatever you’re guessing) showed up on my credit card. That chair could easily be fixed with super glue. I had no idea owners could charge whatever they choose without any recourse. I'm contesting the charge through VRBO now but not sure how that will turn out. I'd be careful renting from this person. I've used VRBO for years and never had problems with any other owners.

House was clean and in great condition. It was in a nice location and close enough to the beach if we wanted to walk. I would highly recommend the house- it had plenty if room for my family and was perfect for our vacation!

This home was clean, modern and nicely decorated. The house is in a residential neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants, a Walmart and Publix. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, lots of storage and two GOOD hair dryers. The pool was well heated and private and the hot tub was a welcome change for the cool nights. They provided plenty of pool floats, towels and bikes! We used the bikes one day to bike down to Vanderbilt beach which was an easy and pleasant ride. We used this house as a base while visiting grandparents at Pelican Bay. It worked out well for our whole family. We will definitely come back to this lovely and convenient rental.

We loved this house. We loved the location. The pool and back yard was our favorite spot, very private. We loved walking and riding bikes through the neighborhood. We would definitely rent this house again. Eric was great to work with!

Out family of four stayed here for February winter break. The home was perfect. Upon arrival it was clean, and most importantly it is centrally located for an easy drive to the Mercato, Vanderbilt beach, Naple's Zoo, Clam Pass beach, and 5th Avenue. The neighborhood felt safe and it was quiet at night. Our two sons (ages 4 and 1) enjoyed the heated pool every day. We never had to contact the owner because it was an easy stay. We would highly recommend this home and plan to stay again if we don't make the move to Naples ourselves! Thank you Eric!

This is an excellent property. we've rented in many locations and discovered that often the little details make a big difference. For example, this house had a full set of stainless steel cook ware that made navigating the kitchen a breeze. When we requested a lamp and table for evening reading Eric was very accommodating. The star feature of the house is the pool and hot tub. There are ample lounges plenty of shade (the sun is intense even in the winter) and despite the homes being close together we were never distracted by noise from the neighbors. In fact the house next door has a bird feeder so even day we got a wonderful serenade from several of the local bird species. Their presence added to the wonderful natural beauty that the lush vegetation provides. The Naples Park neighborhood is a little over a mile from the beach. It is walkable, but it was a long walk for us when it's hot. But Wiggens state park beach is close and has parking as well as clean rest stations. The house is also close to Clam Pass Park and beach. There is ample parking and the beach is even more beautiful than Wiggens. Naples Park is a very walkable neighborhood and one thing we liked was that it is a neighborhood. While there are many renters the area is mostly families that call the area home and you see children playing during the day. We have stayed in some areas that are almost complexity vacation rental properties and we prefer real neighborhoods and the conversations that one can have with the locals. This house has easy access to all the many activities available in the Naples area. Overall it's one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had.

My friends and I had a great time at the house in Naples. There were 8 of us total so three ended up sharing the King bed, although two could have fit on the pull-out couch. The house is beautiful and the listing is accurate. We really enjoyed the spa and Eric was extremely responsive with our questions, including promptly getting a repairman out to fix the hot tub (a small switch had fallen off which was preventing the hot tub from staying filled). The neighborhood was quiet and safe and a short drive to Vanderbilt beach which was busy but had convenient parking ($8 per day per car) and a snack stand and nice restrooms. We really enjoyed dinner at the Turtle Club if you're looking for a nice special meal. As other reviewers stated, we did have to buy a few extra essentials (TP, hand soap), so I suggest checking in first to assess your needs before heading to the grocery. There are tons of options nearby including Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Publix. Will be back if we're ever in the area again!

Just spent Memorial Day weekend at this property. Great location. Less than 10 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach and dining options. House is as advertised - perfect for the 8 of us. House was clean and spacious. Pool and spa were nice with plenty of outdoor seating. Eric was a great host. Thanks!!!

The house was spotless and lovely. The pool was sparkling and perfect. I would suggest maintaining the outside and having at least paper towels and some type of soap or something upon areival. Hosts were excellent! Would stay again.

We had a great time at the Naples Beach House - the pool/spa were amazing and the house was clean. modern and well equipped. The owner was great to work wtih and was able to get us in a bit earlier than planned so we could kick off our vacaiton immediately! We will defintiely be back again!

House was great. Eric was very responsive whenever we had a question or a problem. Eric provides six bikes, several beach chairs and sand toys for our grandchildren. Wish we could have controlled the temperature on the hot tub. Had to text Eric when we wanted it on. He responded instantly but it was still annoying.
