The condo was in a great spot, very quiet. We loved hearing the birds in the morning, and enjoyed the private yard and lanai. The pool and hot tub area is beautiful, and we also enjoyed that. The home is well-equipped and comfortable, and we used some of the snorkel equipment we found in the garage at the Beach Club (a very nice beach!). We definitely enjoyed our stay!

This rental went beyond the description. Super private. We never saw or heard any neighbors during our week plus stay, even though we were surrounded by other owners and guests. The owner has the unit well stocked with just about anything you need. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. Large, extremely clean and not crowded. The beach had free cabanas and a great restaurant which we enjoyed. You can't go wrong with this rental.

This rental is in a very desirable location, and is very well equipped. We loved it’s easy access to the beach and nearby shopping/groceries.
The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance until the last few days of our stay. This was a minor setback with access to the Beach Club. The unit was very clean and well equipped! Thanks so much for having us!

This is a nice, well-maintained, quiet and private townhome on the edge of the Fairways development. The home is comfortable, and there are plenty of items in the garage to support your leisure activities. The kitchen is well-equipped to support any meals that you might prepare. All-in-all, a great property that we enjoyed staying in during our recent visit.

Comfortable, clean, bright, well stocked, nicely furnished unit in a quiet neighborhood. We often had the pool/hot tub area to ourselves. Nearby market had everything we needed. Nearby restaurants are expensive. We did find more reasonable prices with good food in the larger towns. Nearby beaches were not over crowded and offered plenty of sand and shade.

This was our first time at Ashley's condo in the Fairways, but we have stayed in several other places around Mauna Lani Resort over the years. The combination of location, accommodations, amenities and value cannot be beat. I hope that we can return soon.

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids (5 and 9) over Spring Break. The property is quiet, relaxing and very comfortable. It had everything we needed during our stay. We loved
the Beach Club, pool/hot tub, and close proximity to destinations. Ashley provided detailed information regarding the property prior to our arrival and listed great recommendations for things to do in an online guestbook. We will definitely be back!

Close to amenities and restaurants, well appointed and with basic staples in ample stock we really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s Mauna Lani Fairways end unit. Staying at this end of the island made it easier to get to Hilo, Mauna Kea and beach activities.

My husband and I stayed here while I attended a conference at the Orchid Hotel. Perfect location, close to the conference, quiet and private for relaxing time. Close to grocery shopping, good restaurants, Mauna Kea and the saddle road to access the rest of the island. Clean, well stocked and really enjoyed the bikes and beach chairs. Highly recommend.

The house was in great shape. We loved the privacy of the lanai. We also loved having access to the Owner's beach. We had fun exploring the fishponds and the beach was great!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here so much. It was spacious for the two of us to do some work and play. It has everything you need— all the beach gear, cooking supplies, laundry. We sat on the patio with our coffees every morning watching the birds (very private compared to the other units!), walked to the pool at night, and enjoyed access to the private beach. We want to come back with our future kids someday!!

We truly enjoyed this little gem, nestled away in a nice corner of the property. The backyard oasis was so quiet and private! We had everything we needed for a beach day - cooler, beach chairs/umbrella, towels! The owner’s beach club gave us full access to parking, bathrooms and a safe, swimming beach to snorkel or soak up the sun.

Beautiful Home & Location
This property was the perfect fit for our family. We absolutely loved the location and the convenience of having a local grocery store, shops and restaurants near by. The home itself had everything we needed. From beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, toiletries, trash bags and cleaning supplies. It was beautifully decorated, very well organized and extremely clean. It was the perfect home away from home for us. We hope to return very soon.

It has a very well equipped kitchen and a very good gas grill we used several times. The location is also excellent--it is very close to multiple beautiful beaches with excellent snorkeling. This is the perfect Big Island property! The home is exactly as described, very well stocked, spacious, and perfect for a group. We loved having beach chairs, snorkels and umbrellas accessible to use. Ashley is incredibly responsive and helpful as well. 10/10!

Nice property. Well equipped, very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, and would have no hesitation in future rental. Our check- in couldn't have been smoother and included all necessary information and communication needed for the stay.

A perfect home base for excellent beaches, sunset viewing, and shopping convenience. The unit is one of the most private in the Fairways, is nicely furnished, very clean, and has all the beach gear one could need for fun in the sun. The owner and property manager were both responsive and helpful. We have already booked for next year!

Tranquil
Quiet unit in the Mauna Lani Villages development. Well maintained and nicely furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath. Ashley, the owner, was responsive to any questions I had. Have booked the same unit for next year.

Nicely appointed, pleasant, clean place to stay
We do not typically stay at resorts but we did take full advantage of the Owners Beach, tennis at the Fairmont and wandering over to the Mauna Lani for a breakfast burrito and coffee. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of beach toys and we used the three bicycles every day. Ashley was super responsive and pleasant to interact with.
The beaches on this part of the Island are stunning. We really liked Beach 69 and the Mauna Kea Beach. The Mauna Kea Luau was excellent. Sunset drinks at Lava Lava really fun. We moved to Captain Cooke for the rest of our trip. Totally different vibe but we loved our time in Ashley's place and the family time it afforded.

We loved the location of the property and all the information for everything provided by the hosted was above and beyond. The private beach was super nice and Even though the we happen to come to Kona during a huge storm, the house made the trip. Thanks Ashley for being an awesome host.
