No matter the wind or weather you have a front row seat and easy access to the ocean in all its moods and beauty. Windows all across the beach front, screened porches front and back, steps to the sand and water, clean and safe dock on the marsh side right out the back door. Comfortable living inside, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cook wear.

My mother getting her car stuck in the sand under the house was not good. It took 3 carpenters from the house next door to push her out. Recommend a rope of some sort to rope off area so that does not happen to another guest.

Great to have immediate access to the creek and ocean. Was a bit small for the 12 of us Would be nice to have a separate space for the kids to play

This was our first time to Pawley's Island and we loved it! We loved the easy access to both the beach and the canal. The house was clean and functioned well for our family. We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues and some one came to take care of them within the hour. Would stay again.

From the kids playing in the ocean directly in front of the house to the fishing off the dock directly in back of the house it was amazing! The house was nice and clean when we arrived as promised, very spacious and the rooms were very comfortable it was a perfect home away from home. Definitely worth the 10hr drive from Ohio and we will be back! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to have some more beautiful memories for my family to remember.

From the front and back screened porches to the access to beach or river, there was no lack of action for those who wanted it. One of our fishermen caught a 4 foot shark. That was very exciting. We will certainly return to this place.

Excellent in every way. Not one complaint; except for all the stairs for my 86 yr. mom, and her friend and me, both in our 60’s had to climb up/down multiple days. Have rented next door for next year (has a elevator (yahoo)

Having the beach out front and the creek out back has certainly "spoiled" us as far as a rental house in the future! The creek had a small beach which was the perfect swimming area for small children!!Was a bit disappointed in the response when we discovered there was no grill. Received one call back to say the grill had been broken by previous guests and there were no rentals available or any for sale at the local hardware store. Purchased one at the same hardware store for very little. It made me wonder what the response would have been had the issue been with the inside stove/range. With the virus, we had decided to cook at the house 6 of the 7 nights, and 4 of the 6 meals included grilling! Otherwise, everything was perfect.
