Super nice apartment with all the facilities provided in a super location actually right in the center of Costa del Silencio! The complex is very quiet, clean and green and close to cafes, shops and restaurants within less than 5 minutes walk. The host is very friendly and always responds to the guest’s request without any delay.

One of the best places to stay in Costa Silencio. Very good apartment in the very nice community. There is a big, clean swimming pool. All cafes and supermarkets are just 2 min walking. A bus station to other cities is 5 minutes walking. Very fast stable WiFi. Highly recommended!

Owner met me at the property to hand over the keys and went through all the facilities operation with me. Very reassuring. Apartment has three rooms and excellently equipped kitchen, including a washing machine and full size fridge with freezer top box, if you love icecream! Bed was comfy, with a bolster, two pillows and two cushions. Lounge had a double bed pull out sofa in cream leather with two more cushions, as well as four seater dining table and chairs. Microwave was efficient and two ring hob if you wanted it had cookware to be used fully. Bathroom has natural light from a secure skylight with a double sized shower cubicle. Security alarm was easy to use, although I did not feel the need to put it on at night, as quiet residential area and complex is fenced all around. Used it during day as left valuables behind when went out. Neighbours friendly. Walking distance to the rock or sandy beach to swim was doable even in the heat, but pool on site lovely even if just as refreshing!

Shame no balcony, but none of first floor apartments had any. Also a kettle would have been preferable, to using the microwave to make cups of tea, although it did a good job.

The flat was clean and quite well equipped. Our host was friendly and welcoming, even provided us with extra table, when we asked for it. Internet connection is very nice, though not reccomend for work because of noise from outside. Flat is well secured with security system and cameras.

Despite the first good impression we soon realized, that often the water in shower is alsmost not running, just dropping - very unconvenient. Our host mentioned it is trouble throughout the whole island, but we did not encounter that anywere else. Also the washing machine opens during the cycle, so you need to watch it, not to flood the flat. Behind the building there is a tennis court, which makes the stay pretty noisy, not good for work. Swimming pool is opened between 10-18, so also not very good, if you need to work during the day. There were no cleaning materials, so we needed to buy our toilet paper and liquid for cleaning the dishes as well as for the washing machine. Because of the issues with water, we asked our host to shorten the stay. She asked us to stay 1 week and pay 1 week. So we stayed 4 more days in these not really practical conditions to realize, she wants to charge us special/higher price - which she did not mention before. This made our stay definitely not worth the money. We found much better accomodation for nicer price called Club Tenerife, better equipped (multiple toilet paper, shampoos and shower gels, detergents, cofee) and directly in Los Cristianos, where are all the nice beaches, restaurants and shops. Costa Del Sil. is not the best place for swimming, of you dont have car to go to other beaches. Next time we definitely go directly to Los Cristianos or further down the cost.

The apartment is great,small but cozy, all necessary appliances are in it. The Wifi is perfect, I was working remotely all the time, fast connection. The pool are was great as well. Host was very helpful, and as well organised whales watching trip :) Much recommended this place

Our host, Nadia was very helpful, lovely lady. The apartment is well equipped, has everything you might need for a week or two , suitable and comfy for 2. The centre of town is in walking distance. Would stay here another time.

Lots of dog poo around the apartment complex, it was cleaned up from time to time, nevertheless we had to constantly watch out. Though it's not the fault of the apartment, more like the lazy owners'.
