We loved our stay. Beautiful home and location. Very comfortable and relaxing. Owner was very attentive and helpful. Extremely happy with our experience.

This home is just as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The owner has gone all out to make you comfortable, from soft blankets, sheets, and mattresses to little touches in every room like bath salts next to the soaking tub. The kitchen is a cook’s dream, with the giant oven, stove, island, and pantry with every high end appliance and gadget you will need. The property is beautiful, blissfully quiet with a wrap-around porch and screened in porch facing the mountains. Our dog loved walking the 4+ acre property, exploring the well maintained yard, woods, and creek. The location is just a few minutes into lower Stowe, and only about 20 minutes to Stowe Resort. With a Shaw’s just down the road, and tons of restaurant choices within a 15-min drive, you won’t lack for eating options!

A very well appointed and extremely comfortable stay for a small group. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including our small dog. It was so quiet and so peaceful. The owners didn’t overlook any detail to make the stay magical. We did get stuck in our 4WD SUV trying to drive up the road after 4” of snow. The road isn’t plowed regularly and is quite steep in spots. For visitors in the winter be aware it is not an easy in/out during a snow storm and snow tires and 4WD is a must. Once the plow came through we didn’t have any further issues. We would absolutely love to stay again.

My family (2 adults, 2 teens 2 well behaved dogs) stayed in this lovely house for Thanksgiving week. I needed an escape from Covid and this house was just what the doctor ordered. The house had the most well appointed kitchen I have ever seen in a rental, the wood stove kept the house warm and cozy and the property was beautiful- straight out of a Potterybarn catalog! Jasmin was a perfect host and made sure we had everything needed. I would love to go back in the summer or once ski season starts.

If you're looking for an upscale getaway with beautiful views of the mountains, then this is where you want to be. This was our second visit and it was just as perfect. The home is close to Stowe, hiking trails, and restaurants; but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet we were looking for. Wonderful to work with Jasmin...we'll be back!

Jasmin was attentive and so helpful in making our vacation at her home with our family an extraordinary relaxing time. The home is spacious and the kitchen extensively stocked with everything one would need. My husband and I, our adult sons and their wives and our granddaughter cannot wait to return!

We had the absolute perfect stay at Jasmin's home. The property is gorgeous and the views are unreal! The home is impeccably clean and outfitted with anything you may need. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the enclosed porch each morning. Jasmin is the best host I have ever experienced through any rental stay. She checked-in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and was very prompt in her responses to questions. The house is a short drive to downtown Stowe. This house was everything and more! My family and I felt so at home here and loved it so much that we booked a return trip while still there. This is our second stay out the Farmhouse on Carroll Mountain Road and our plans are to continue the tradition. The house is beautiful, impeccably furnished and the property is stunning. If you are looking to get away and be conveniently located to the village of Stowe I highly recommend this property. Although we made plenty of great memories during our trip to Stowe, staying at Jasmin's beautiful home was at the top of everyone's list. The house is warm (literally - not draftiness at all) and welcoming, beautifully furnished without being formal. Jasmin checked in with us after our arrival and was extremely helpful and friendly. As other reviews mention, the pictures don't do the house justice - it really is that nice. We had two dogs staying and dishes as well as toys were provided for them. My boyfriend and I have stayed in a couple vacation rentals and, even when they're beautifully decorated, often times the bed isn't comfortable and the linens are subpar. Not the case here - the beds were amazing, the towels were thick and fluffy, the sheets comfortable and not worn. Even the bathrobes provided were thick and high quality. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, with everything from an espresso machine to a waffle iron. Our one regret was that we didn't get to use the porch, but we're hoping to remedy that by coming back in the fall! One note if you are coming to stay in Winter - the house is located down a long private road, with some steeper hilly sections. It doesn't seem to get plowed or sanded at regular intervals and several of us go stuck, even with snow tires. There is a property management company, but since the road is private and the plow is a contractor, they weren't able to help us with questions about being plowed out or when I got stuck on an un-sanded part of the road (and needed a push or some sand to get traction). Definitely make sure you have AAA, snow tires and 4-wheel drive!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owner, Jasmin, was very communicative throughout the entire process, from booking, leading up to our trip, and the duration of our stay. The home is impeccably well-kept; it is modernly designed with all of the comforts of your own home at reach. Think comfortable beds, cozy sheets, and thick towels. The kitchen is stocked with a myriad of small appliances, cooking utensils, and pots and pans to please the pickiest of home chefs. The one hiccup we had was the icy driveway, but Jasmin immediately called her maintenance team to plow the road and treat the driveway. Thank you to Jasmin for making her home available to our family during our winter vacation. We loved Stowe and can't wait to come back!

Our family of 6 adults comfortably stayed to celebrate our family Christmas. What an amazing place. It was exactly like the descriptions. From the well equipped gourmet kitchen to the upscale furnishings and amazingly comfortable beds, this place exceeded our expectations. With Christmas Songs playing on the owner provided SONOS system, we were able to enjoy a warm fires after a day on the slopes and fun winter hiking on other days. The location of the house is perfect. Convenient to town but with enough room on this acreage to get the true feeling of VT farmhome. Jasmin was the most gracious host and even went above and beyond with getting our family gifts delivered. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

My husband and I stayed here for Thanksgiving with our spaniel and we all loved it. Jasmin is super responsive but completely leaves you alone unless you ask for help, perfect. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. The kitchen is terrific, best stocked rental I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in well over 40 over the years. This is my home in Stowe for now on, dont hesitate!

We spent 6 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was clean, comfortable and offered a great view. The location is nice and close to Stowe for easy access to restaurants, activities and shopping. Jasmin was very helpful and offered some great insight into local places to visit and dine at. After being there with friends a few years ago, I love the upgrades that you made and it was absolutely wonderful staying at 407 Carroll Mountain Lane. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention how much my sister and I enjoyed all the wonderful features of the house-fantastic and well equipped kitchen, great games, Sonos and those TVs! It was just incredible to pull down Carroll Mountain Lane and into the driveway to find those wonderful Adirondack chairs sitting on the porch and by the fire pit. Our family enjoyed a special weekend in Vermont at this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. It has a fantastic view, is impeccably maintained and styled and has a well equipped kitchen. After skiing, we loved sitting by the fire, playing scrabble and relaxing. Everything was in order upon arrival and the hosts also checked in to make sure we were all set for the weekend. We plan on returning again soon. Thanks again for sharing your home with us!

We had such a wonderful stay at this home! It is beautiful, very well appointed, and we had such a great time! The snow outside and warm fires inside were perfect for our weekend getaway! After coming back from our fun days exploring the woods, waterfalls, shops, and restaurants, the comfortable couch was perfect for games with the family in front of the fire! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfy! This house is close to everything, and the views from the porch are beautiful! We loved this beautiful home just a short drive to ski at Stowe mountain or to snow shoe at Trapp family lodge! The home is gorgeous and comfortable - beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, too. We enjoyed the fantastic kitchen stocked with every possible gadget that made cooking at home enjoyable. It was a treat to find bathrobes for use during our stay! The owner was friendly and emailed during our stay to be sure all was going well. I look forward to returning!

Our weekend trip to Stowe was kicked off by arriving at this wonderful house which was everything we were hoping for and more. A group of 8 adults fit perfectly and were impressed with everything the house had to offer from Sonos Speakers throughout the house, cooking appliances and utensils (waffle maker was perfect for Sunday morning!), and the king bedroom was paradise. It was a short drive to the mountain and conveniently had a grocery store to stop at right on the way home. Jasmin was very accommodating and made sure all of our bases were covered before heading up. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone going to the Stowe area and will definitely look to stay here again if possible.

The house was incredible. The furniture, decorations, accessories, appliances, dishes, linens, and towels were top quality and added to the overall ambiance and coziness. We often commented to each other that it truly felt like a home, not just a rental. The attention to detail was incredible.
