Three family couples stayed three nights. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. We appreciated there were multiple king-size beds. The outdoor area was particularly nice. Although it was chilly for a swim, we enjoyed sitting outside enjoying the sun and the neighborhood quiet. Walkable to the beach. A good Cuban cafe, Paladar, was also walkable nearby. We would stay here again!

We loved the home. It was spacious and the main bedroom was practically its own little apartment. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great, but you have to skim every morning due to the palms. The gorgeous beach was within short walking distance, but we chose to drive and park. St. Augustine's George Street was a short drive. We had an amazing family vacation. It was a blast!!!

House was very nicely renovated inside. Nicer than pictures were able to show. Property Mgrs very responsive and easy to deal with. Nice quiet neighborhood location with easy walk to the beach. Close to shops and restaurants and only 15 minutes to historic downtown. Two things I wish were in house were plastic cups for pool area and some Kleenex. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor entertainment area is simply awesome! Great house for a group of 8 - large tables, multiple seating areas, nice sized kitchen. Any texts I sent were answered almost immediately and response was prompt. Downton St Augustine was a 10 minute drive, grocery was 5. Great location to beach (10 min walk) too.

Great time!

We stayed for four days. The house is about 10-15min South of downtown St. Augustine. The property has plenty of room and was very clean. It is in a residential neighborhood but was very quiet at night with normal daytime residential noise. The beach is less than a five minute drive (you can park your car on the actual beach) or a 15min walk in flip flops. The owner was very responsive and friendly. The only thing I would have liked different is the bbq…but it is accurately described on the rental page…you need to clean it yourself to use it, but would have taken a lot of time and effort to get it ready to cook, so we just went out. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was exactly what our party of 6 wanted for a weekend getaway. We were 3 different couples and we loved that each room had a King Bed. The backyard was a small slice of paradise with the pool and tiki hut. Close to the beach and St. Augustine. The property managers were very attentive and came out to help us with the hot tub when we needed them. Recommend 100%

This is a great location only a few blocks from the beach and close to great places to eat. We just needed a quick weekend away (we only live in Volusia County). We loved the privacy.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is well laid out and in a great location. The pool was amazing after the long hot days. There were a few issues with the toilets flushing, but there was a sign to warn us so that's fair. Check in and check out was easy and the owners were quick to respond. We would certainly stay again and recommend to others.

We had the most wonderful vacation at Tiki TIme home in Butler Beach. The home was beautiful, warm, well-stocked and comfortable for your family. The master suite was spacious and plush with a beautiful bathroom. Double shower and vanities with lots of room throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. They also had a spice cabinet with the essentials which was great! As wonderful as the home was, the backyard was our favorite place as it was all for your enjoyment. The pool and the hot tub were so nice and clean. They provide a video when you check-in, be sure and watch it as it has all the info for the spa, lighting and refilling the pool. The Tiki area was perfect for any meal, late night cocktails and/or game playing. There was also a fire pit on the far side with Anaradack chairs, which we ended up using during the day too. This was a perfect vacation home for us with everything we needed to hang out and relax! They were quick with communication and responses when we reached out. No issues! Again, we had a great stay! I highly recommend!

House was spacious with a great backyard including a pool and hot tub. Nice location and host was very responsive to any questions.

Tiki Time was perfect for our family vacation with friends. The house was spotless and well appointed. The location for walking to the beach was great although could be too far for younger kids. We rented a golf cart to help with all the gear. The outdoor area was by far our favorite. Great amount of shade and sun and the kids loved the pool. The hot tub was nice too. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Tiki time. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space for 4 adults and two kids (infant and a toddler). We spent most days at the beach which is an easy 10 minute walk down the road, and the afternoons by the pool and outside. A wonderful getaway!

Had great communication with David, the entire time, and we didn’t need him much at all. Everything went as planned, and the location was excellent! Very close to the beach, within walking distance. The pool was beautiful, the house had plenty of room for everyone.

The house is cute and well furnished, but it wasn’t the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. We did see the cleaning crew working prior to our early arrival but when we got into the house our feet were black within 15 min of walking on the floor. There is construction going on next door and it starts EARLY and it’s loud. They told us it would wrap up end of summer! I popped a tire on the street from a contruction nail🙄. So the house is a stones throw from the beach which is great- but what’s hard is that the house is situated between two waterways and it’s WINDY. Soooo windy! We went in March and there was a cold front already but the wind was next level. Maybe it was just that month, I dont know. A few days before we were suppose to leave my sister found a few bugs in her bed. They weren’t bedbugs but we decided to leave early anyway. You’re fairly close to everything which is nice and management was responsive and they were accommodating when we asked to shorten our stay. The house has potential but needs some work.

This is a great property with an amazing outdoor area for swimming,sun bathing and dining. Tiki bar and fire pit were perfect for relaxing in the evening Conveniently located a short drive to shopping, bars, restaurants, museums and other activities for all ages. Walking distance to the beach. We would definitely return here

My family of 5 and friends with a family Of 5 stayed here for a week. We enjoyed the pool and spa. Very close to the beach and down town St Augustine. We will definitely be back in the future!

Had such a good time at this home! I hesitate to list all the attributes of this rental and our time there for fear it will always be booked. Clean and roomy inside and out. Prompt and helpful responses from owners whenever we had a question. You can tell the owner is making sure the place keeps upgraded. The neighborhood is friendly and safe. Highly recommend.

Clean except for grill outside, nasty. Be nice if there was soap and shampoo offered, like offered in motels. A DVD player would be a nice addition. Had to bring our own. Overall a good experience.

The place was truly unclean and needs some repairs. Hot tub and pool unusable, no good hot water and the beds were awful uncomfortable.

While it was a short walk to the beach, crossing A1A with children and beach equipment can be tricky. I would suggest driving to the beach since you can park on the beach.

Wonderful place to stay in a peaceful neighborhood! Communication was great from the owners, plenty of space Indoors and out! Our pup loved the getaway and being Close to the beach.

Had a nice time hanging by the pool. Easy access to nearby restaurants via car. Good communication and listing was as advertised.

Water pressure inbathroom sinks was very low. David was very responsive and got the problem fixed. Spa water took forever to warm up. Was only about 84 deg after about 2 hours. Did not mention this to david.

Extremely accommodating. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the pool area/ back yard. Any questions we had prior to and during our stay were responded to promptly. Quiet safe neighborhood. Thank you!!!

Aweome Family vacation. This little gem provided a great backdrop for a wonderful stay. The house is clean, has everything you need and neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Less then a half mile to the beach! The outdoor space is terrific! The palapa (tiki) is huge with great seating for al fresco dining. The pool is perfect and our family really enjoyed it! We didn't use the fire pit, but know it would have been great for smores had the weather been cooler. The management team of David and Patti were so responsive and friendly. We will definitely be returning for more family fun!

Great location, quiet neighborhood, an easy walk to the most beautiful quiet beach! Also an easy drive to downtown St Augustine with so much to do there! The backyard is very private with beautiful tall palm trees which was nice when your enjoying the pool
