This is an immaculate home with an open floor plan to enjoy time with our family and friends together in one space. The bunk beds were a nice addition for the children, but could easily be enjoyed by adults in a larger group. Thank you for sharing this space with us! We had such a nice stay!

Our family of five stayed here for a wedding weekend. The house is very spacious and immaculate, the kitchen is well equipped, beds are very comfortable, you can park in the garage. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Excellent experience.

Our first experience with a VRBO was fantastic! This home was neat and tidy, well cared for, very cozy and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Property manager had great communication and very considerate. All our needs were met with this VRBO. We will be recommending this to friends and family for their visits to Rochester whether it is for vacation or for a trip to Mayo like ours.

We had appointments at Mayo over the course of several days. The house is located very close to the clinic and was so much better than a hotel. AND the fact that we were able to bring our dog along was wonderful. I will also give a quick shout out to Central Bark (doggie day care on 2nd) who was able to pet-sit for us while were all out of the house. The house itself has very comfortable beds with high ends linens, fresh fluffy towels, great leather seating, a well equipped/stocked kitchen, and garage parking. On our third night we were able to cook a meal at home which was perfect after lots of take out and convenience eating. There is a neighborhood park (walking trails and playground) about a block from the house where we were able to walk with the dog and get some fresh air. Thank you Sarah for easy, concise communication - much appreciated. We will try to stay here again on follow-up visits to Rochester.

Although the inside of the house was clean the front entry of the house was dirty with cobwebs and the back of the house was also dirty with cobwebs. The garage could use a washing too. We also had an incident with a neighbor who repeated to the owner that our dogs were running loose, barking and they had it on video of one of our dogs killing a “beloved rabbit” they were feeding. When we insisted on a copy of the video, they recanted that it was not a rabbit but a football. Topping this with not getting all our deposit because we had stained the sheets. Never before had we had this problem. We have always received warm regards and appreciation for how we left the place. I will never stay here again. This is my very first time writing an unfavorable review.

We loved the house, very clean and open. Backyard is private. Quiet nice community that was close to Mayo and the hospital. We will plan to stay again when in the area.

The house was clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment, etc. A perfect spot to get together with family to celebrate granddaughter’s 14th birthday.

I have had some bad experience on vacation rentals. They undersell this place, it is very nice and well equipped. It made the week long stay enjoyable.

Stayed in the house twice while visiting the Mayo Clinic. The second stay was for 2 weeks and the house worked out great. Clean, comfortable, close to Mayo, nice neighborhood with sidewalks, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. Sarah was great (we had to extend our stay a few days, and Sarah was quick to respond and took care of the booking). If you are staying in Rochester for a Mayo visit, I highly recommend this house. (We are experienced travelers and have rented many houses via VRBO)

Was in Rochester for testing at the Mayo Clinic . Definitely needed a place were I could recuperate for a few days and get ready to drive back to Ohio .. The house was very comfortable and had all we needed to relax, prepare meals , and watch a few ball games . I brought a couple of guitars and books with me and enjoyed time with both . The three car heated garage is now on my list of gotta' haves . Really appreciated the thought that went into the set up for guest and the quality of the appliances ,linens , etc. Cool pad !

This property was outstanding! It was very clean, looked exactly as it does in pictures, and a short distance to Mayo. We had a family member undergo a huge operation at St. Marys and this house was great for the rest of our family during her two week hospital stay. The house was also a perfect place for her after being discharged with no steps and everything on one floor. Sarah was very responsive and has kept the house in immaculate condition. The house had everything we could possibly need. I would recommend this property to anyone and we will undoubtedly stay here again if we go back to Rochester.

Sarah made our stay stress and we felt like we were at our home away from home with all the added kitchen gadgets we still got to make our favorite meals. We would love to come back!

I was having surgery at Mayo Clinic and had rooms reserved at a hotel attached to the hospital. One of our three daughters suggested we look for a airb&b. I had never heard of this before and was reluctant to go along with it. She convinced me it would be nice to have all 3 of the girls and my wife Dixie have a place they could go back to and relax while not at the hospital. I have to say when I walked into the house I was glad for them that we had changed our plans and rented the house. The house was very well thought out for handicap accessibility. It felt like you was walking into someone's home for a visit. My stay at Mayo was cut short because of the incoming ice storm so they only had the opportunity to enjoy it for two nights. I don't know if it would be possible to get a parcel refund. That is the only thing I don't like about renting a airb&b is if your stay gets cut short you pay for the place whether your there or not. In a hotel if you let them know ahead they will cancel your reservation and not charge you. We let the property manager know by 12:30 on the 27th that we were leaving to go home. I just thought I would ask. Thank you for sharing such a nice facility.

This house was absolutely beautiful. Pictures do not fully capture the beauty of this house. The property manager was great to deal with and answered us promptly if we needed anything. The house had all amenities that were needed for our stay plus many more. The outside patio was great for us to hang out at every night and barbecue. The neighborhood was also very quiet. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay here!

Excellent new home located 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic. Spacious, high ceilings and open floor plan. Private backyard patio. The owner, Sarah, was easy to reach, responded quickly and made it very convenient for us to extend our stay a few times. If we come back to Rochester, we will definitely stay at this lovely home again!

We didn't want to leave. Everything about this home is perfect! The decor is beautiful, the beds and pillows so comfortable, all the kitchen amenities were up scale. We just loved it! Would stay here again!
