We have stayed there for many years! This year the maintenance workers who were working on the boat dock were rude and argumentative!!!

The riverside is so tranquil!!! Best sunsets and the pool is great for small children! So happy they have lights on the docks for fishing! Our family has been vacationing at needle rush point for over 30 years! We love it there! Love the addition of pickle ball! We had so much playing every night! Do not want to let out the secret what a great place for a family vacation!!!

We love needle rush point and have stayed at a friend’s condo in the past. This is the first time renting from Luxury Coastal and while the process and people were very nice and accommodating, we found the property we stayed in to be outdated- like carpets needed cleaning and master bedroom rug stretched and cleaned. The toaster burnt half of one side of bread(we didn’t discover this until the morning we were leaving), one side of refrigerator was rusted, the ice machine wasn’t working properly (which we told the tech who came out to adjust the temperature- but it didn’t get fixed), the light above the stove was out(the tech did get a new lightbulb and fixed it). While we didn’t use the washer we did find the outside lid to be rusted. If F12 was updated to Luxury standards, it would have been perfect- just like the balcony, the view and the overall needle rush point property.

Everything was great except the dryer. The dryer had rust on the inside of the dryer that we did not see until after we put a load of clothes in to dry. A new white shirt came out with rust stains all over it. Other items had rust on them as well. A new dryer is needed. Everything else was great!!

Quiet place. Great access to bay and gulf. Wish one pool would’ve been heated.

We loved the property. There were a few things that happened that was unfortunate. Roaches that could be pets. But they came and sprayed so that was a success. The plywood from above our door crashed down. That was frightening considering my grand girls were just playing there. It would have severely injured them had they still been there. Again the problem was fixed.

Great location on the Bayside
Great location for fishing off dock in back yard to a beach trip across street. Condo was clean and had all the essentials. Plan on returning.

Relaxing vacation
My family had a great time at needle rush point. Very low key and relaxing. My grandson even caught a few fish. The beach was just a short walk and not crowded. We will be back in the future!

Nice stay right on the bay!
We enjoyed having a place right on the bay, where we could sit on the porch and watch the boats go by and my kids could fish off the dock. Very convenient location and cute place.

Fabulous!
The apartment its self was very clean and well maintained. Fully equipped with everything you might need. Beds are comfy, plenty of blankets if you need them, and lots of towels provided. The view from the balcony is beautiful, especially as the sun goes down. We saw Dolphins swimming by, Herons and Pelicans fishing, plus lots of other birds and Squirrels. The complex it self is very peaceful. The pool was clean, well looked after and great for cooling off in the hot sun.
A quick 5 min drive and you can be parked at the beach. You could probably walk to the beach and it wouldn't take long at all but we had small children and wanted to be parked right there.
A very enjoyable experience all round. Thank you so much for making my vacation one to remember! I would definitely recommend to any one and would certainly visit again.

Even nicer than the pictures!
We had a great time. Needle Rush Point is a nice and quiet place. It looks better in person, as some of the property has been updated since the photos were taken. Not to far of a drive to the grocery store, and walking distance to the flora bama was a plus. The food at flora bama yacht club was great.

Wonderful View!
This is a very clean, comfortable and well appointed condo. The view was wonderful with a friendly heron and daily dolphin visits. We loved being here and definitely will be back.

Needle Rush Point where dolphins greet you.
Needle Rush Point on the bay side is one of the most beautiful places I've stayed in the area. Dolphins play right in front of the balcony. There is a resident heron. The wildlife was a bonus to the incredible amenities. The bay side pool was beautiful. It's on a platform that looks out over the bay. The ocean side pool was even bigger. I loved that umbrellas were built-in beside every chair. The grounds are impeccable. I loved all the boardwalks that led to the pools, the piers, and out to the dunes. The condo was precious. All anticipated needs were met. There were trial sized dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, soaps. Very cute towels shaped into swans. We enjoyed going out to eat every night and eating dessert back at the condo on the balcony and listened to the water lapping against the shore. I would highly recommend this place and hope to go back one day.

Great Unit!
My husband's family used to own a condo in Needle Rush when he was growing up and he's been wanting to bring me back there for years. This was our first chance and it did not disappoint! The condo is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. Also, being a first floor unit, unpacking and repacking the vehicle was a breeze! We were able to bring our boat and keep an eye on it from the balcony, which is always important to us. I would definitely recommend this unit and I hope to be able to get it again, in the future!

The condo was wonderful , very clean , decorated very nicely . We loved the views of the bay , pool was very relaxing and maintained. Highly recommend it!
