Did not manage to get the air conditioner to work.

The sea view was beautiful.

The most uncomfortable thing is that there is no air condition so under the roof it’s very hot in the night. The equipment of the kitchen: there is no dish cloth, no paper towel, no sponge, nothing, we had to buy everything in the supermarket (2-3 km). The toilet paper is not enough too. The bathrooms were clean but the floor is dirty. You get only a broon to clean. The washing machine and dishwasher were good. The communitation was on whatsupp, not so polite. I was waiting half a day for an answer. The garage place is very small, 10 euro per day. I expected much more… I don’t recommend it!

The service through Whatsapp or mail was friendly and helpful. The appartment is stylishly furnished. The kitchen is good enough equipped. The bed mattress is very comfortable and the sea view is beautiful.

You definitely pay a lot of money for nothing more than the simple stay at Punta Ala with sea view. There is nothing else included. No cleaning service, no parking space- for which you have to pay extra. They give you towels and 2 toilet rolls. There is no air conditioning, just one simple fan. The cleanliness of the appartment is a 6/10. Although it is beautifully decorated I will never book this appartment again.

Location

The managers of this place should simply change job, we were expected during a 2 days break to wait around the apartment for the different technicians to come and fix the different issues we had, no hot water, no batteries in the remote and most importantly no air conditioning. we had to place bags against the door in order to avoid them slamming as the only way to have a bearable temperature was to leave both sides' windows open. For the price this place costs you can definitely find something else

Great location. Great balcony. Clean. Good place. Only improvement would be warmer bedding - we didn’t have a proper blanket and got cold at night. You need to bring your own things - soap, something to wash dishes with, etc. Something to keep in mind. Great spot though and everything was easy

Inadequate bedding

Lovely apartment with great views.

No air con makes sleeping impossible in the heat. You either choose window open and hundreds of mosquito bites or windows closed and it being unbearably hot. Things like dishcloth and tea towels should be supplied when you have a kitchen. No mop either so couldn’t clean up some spilt water without going to the shop.

All excellent except for the washing machine that did not work
