Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay @ Grand Champions. The condo unit is well-maintained, organized, and stocked with everything you need to be comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals, the bathrooms have an abundance of linens and toiletries, and the storage closets are stocked with beach toys, laundry supplies and more. The property itself is beautiful, and Karen's particular condo overlooks a garden and pool area. We loved having coffee early in the morning coffee on the lenai, enjoying quiet moments before the day began. We were able to walk to a shopping centre, and beaches were a close drive in both directions. Karen was super responsive before, during and after our stay; she knows alot about the area, which helped us plan all the activities we were hoping to attend during our stay. We will book with Karen again.

Our vacation at this condo was excellent. It was very comfortable, well stocked and in a great location to visit all of the beautiful beaches in Wailea/Kihei. The location right by the pool made is easy for us to grill and to enjoy the water. The owner quickly answered any questions we had during our stay. We have rented many accommodations through VRBO and this on is among the best.

The property is perfect for a couple or a family. Kitchen is well stocked. Furniture is comfortable. Outside space large, inviting and overlooks the pool, which can be noisy but we didn’t care. You can access the pool from the back deck. TV in the living room isn’t a smart TV so streaming would be a problem. The house is filled with posted instruction pasted to the walls. We found the postings helpful at times and humorous because there are so many. Loved our month line stay without a car because Wailea is perfect for just walking. Great food, shops, walks on beach, along ocean, and wonderful high end restaurants. Loved it!

Karen’s condo was great for our family of 6. You can tell she has pride of ownership and high standards for maintaining her condo. It was clean, well equipped (except we couldn’t find the first aid kit when my 3 year old fell at the pool but friends we made while there had one) There was no chance of running out of anything she had all paper products / soaps well stocked. Having the pool so close was perfect and my girls spent many hours swimming in the rain which we unfortunately had a lot of but it was so great to have the pool to keep them busy. It was really nice to have beach toys, towels, chairs and coolers to use for our beach days. The washer and dryer was used daily and was nice to keep on top of laundry. My only personal complaint was the requirement to wash / dry all the towels before we left. With 4 kids it was a bit hectic and we had to time an early morning final swim to have enough time to launder all the towels. Everyone with kids knows one trip to the pool is 6 pool towels and then 6 bath towels so even though there is adequate towels it’s 2 loads of laundry just in towels which takes some time. We took full advantage of the BBQ area and the condo grounds was well maintained. We really liked that you could walk to the shops. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Karen’s beautiful place again on our next trip Maui.

We returned to Maui for the first time since COVID. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to the Shops and Beach. The Condo was as advertised, tastefully updated and CLEAN. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you need. We would certainly love to return.

We absolutely loved our stay in Wailea. The location was perfect! The pool was right out the back door. The incredible Wailea beach was 5 minutes away. The condo was spotless and very well equipped. Our group had 2 couples so the completely separate 2 bedrooms and baths was ideal. Karen was helpful throughout the process. Everything about it made our trip to Maui wonderful! Thanks Karen!

Karen is an excellent host! One of the best places we've had the pleasure of staying at. The place was fully stocked with kitchen ware and a there was a closest full of fun beach stuff! Will definitely recommend!

The only minor suggestion is that the springs on the couch in the living room are a bit worn down. Otherwise a nice stay!

This condo had everything we needed from providing supplies like toiletries to paper products to beach towels & chairs. The condo is roomy and comfortable with a large lanai which we especially enjoyed and having a full size washer & dryer was definitely a plus! Since it is advertised as a ground floor unit, we were surprised to see that we had to walk down about seven or eight steps to access the front door which can be tricky when carrying luggage. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. Thanks Karen for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with us.

Information prior to the stay and during the stay in the condo made the stay very enjoyable.

Lets start of by saying this property is in a beautiful community with a lush and beautiful landscape and just a few feet from one of two pools located at the property. The host definitely makes sure that the property is stocked with almost anything you could need to make it really feel like home. We really enjoyed the cooler/beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen to include dishes/tupperware and seasoning for food as well as little things such as grocery bags and a safe for valuables. The check in process was effortless with the key on the front door and the property was very clean and tidy. The only thing that I would have to say is the photos do not do the property justice. I would recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind being a few minutes away from a local beach. We met tons of people in the pool and around the property who enhanced out stay. I without a doubt would stay here again.

Overall nice place to stay and be. Lots of extras provided, even personal care items. Kitchen utensils and supplies were adequate except that the knives were very dull. 11:00 check out was hectic in order to comply with some of the requests made to wash towels and bedding before leaving. We couldn’t get it all done and in our rush, I forgot to tip the cleaning staff…felt bad about that.

Huge ground floor unit with a lovely garden-facing lanai, direct access to the pool, and easy parking. The unit is kept in spotless condition, and has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful Maui vacation. It's just a 15-20 walk to the shops and Wailea and 'Ulua beach, or a short drive to the other south Maui beaches. Karen was a wonderful host, and quickly responsive. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

This felt like a four-star hotel experience. Karen is a superb host, who was very easy to communicate with, and who left us with coffee, tea and all the things you'd need to "live" in a place for two weeks. The condo itself is super spacious and has been beautifully renovated. The bathrooms feels like something in a spa. I love to cook and found absolutely everything I needed in the well-equipped kitchen. The lanai is quite large and can be accessed from the living room and one bedroom. It overlooks the "kids" pool, which turned out to be lovely. It wasn't overly noisy, just filled with the happy sounds of children having fun. It was quiet by early evening and the noise was never bothersome. You are also very close to two barbeques. I would highly recommend this condo. Great for two couples as the second bedroom is very spacious and can be closed off from the main unit. Also great for families.

The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. Loved having the washer and dryer to clean our clothes. Location was perfect - a ten minute walk to Wailea shops and the beach. There was such a great breeze from the ocean that we never had to use the A/C. Karen was very responsive with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!!
