las habitaciones las camas son durísimas, las toallas esta muy usadas, no hay agua caliente en la regadera, el personal poco amable, en mi punto de vista no representa el costo que pague.

La Casa de Huéspedes May es un pequeño oasis al interior de Ixtapan de la Sal. La atención impecable, así como sus desayunos bien sabrosos y en cantidades suficientes. Tiene todo lo que necesitas dentro, cosa que no tengas que salir a buscar nada. Hay que regresar y permanecer más tiempo ahí para disfrutar.

Estar tan metido entre la zona residencial y lotes posiblemente vírgenes. Sin embargo, al llegar nos comentaron que si se les avisa, pueden enviarte un taxi a que te busque y te deje en la puerta de la casa de Huéspedes. The staff was very helpful and the Facilities downstairs are fun for the kids.

It took us hours to find it. We could find two addresses online and each one of them was wrong. We were so frustrated. Finally I went into another hotel to ask if they knew where it was. The man called the hotel and they sent a taxi over to show us the way. The mattresses are very old and not comfortable. The room smelled so strongly of cleaner that it was very overwhelming.
