Easy!

We all loved the barn (and the trampoline). Dog friendly a huge plus for us. Wonderful hosts. Will definitely be back.

The accommodation and location were fantastic. Be prepared for a few bugs around but that’s par for the course. It’s a barn. There is a wine making area in the barn separated only by a black curtain. Same level as the bathroom. Lots of rules and regulations with both the Mornington Peninsula Code of Conduct and another list from the owner, who is literally next door on the same property. We had an additional hand written note from to say that he will be making wine on Saturday morning and hopes to disturb us minimally. It started at 7am , which is within the code of conduct rules, but not what we expected for the price we paid. Probably wouldn’t stay again as it’s a bit awkward with owners so close and using the rental for other purposes.

Great, spacious property with lovely outlook, fantastic grounds and short drive to beach. Note, the house is over three levels, with bathroom and fridge on bottom floor, so be prepared for some stair climbing!

Great views. White goods, amenities and supplies basic. Wi fi not great. Lots of bugs in the house. Very rustic.

The place was more basic than expected (and the owner’s house structure is actually connected to the barn/guest accomodation which was not clear from the listing). But the beds were comfortable and the views were truly lovely.

We had a lovely stay. The property itself is very nice. We felt very comfortable. The upstairs has plenty of space for kids and the main bedroom is spacious and comfy. The only downside for us was the only bathroom was on the bottom level and being winter was very cold. Made it hard for children to go to the toilet during the night. We also felt that it could do with a revamp. It was wonderful to be able to take our dog with us and the house did not have the presence of other dogs evident. Overall we felt the property was worth the value and we did have a very nice time. Thank you

Great Place to stay. Loved it and would visit again. Set up basic, comfortable and everything you need. Main heating is the wood burning stove - ask for firelighters for ease with lighting it. I was a little cold and had to have the fire burning most of the time - it was very cold weather. It has a loft with beds and sitting upstairs above the main kitchen living area plus one separate bedroom. So be prepared for open sleeping arrangements, perfect for families with bunch of younger kids upstairs. It would not have worked for my adult kids and their partners as the description says 4 bedrooms. It is definitely only one bedroom with an open loft area with several beds.
