La maison était conforme à nos attentes. Elle était relativement bien équipée, bien située avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et entourée de citronniers et de figuiers. Nous y étions à la fin octobre et nous avons quand même pu nous baigner dans la mer. La maison était agréable avec la possibilité de la chauffer. Le propriétaire était sympathique et arrangeant. A noter que l'escalier qui permettait l'accès aux deux chambres supérieures n'était pas très sécurisé et très étroit. Avec des bébés ou des personnes à mobilité réduite, cela pourrait s'avérer "dangereux" ou compliqué. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Kiveri. C'est un très beau coin où il fait bon vivre.

We had a very nice stay at Dimitrios‘ place. He and his daughter were extremely kind and accomodating. They provided so many valuable recommendations and were super generous. This is the perfect place to stay with your family.

Prettig huis niet ver van het stadje

We had a great time spending a few days chilling and checking out the attractions in the area. It was a welcome change from the tourist hubbub of Athens and the Greek islands. We got to experience Greece as it for people living here.

This apartment is in a quiet location, has private parking, and is equipped with anything one might wish to have, including dish washer, microwave, and clothes washer. Also, it has a terrace with a great view of the Argolid Gulf and the terrain on the opposite side of the gulf, including Nafplio.. Furthermore, it is within easy driving distance from such attractions as Mycenae, Epidaurus, and Nafplio. I do not know anything about proximity to beaches because we did not go there Kivari, with its shops and restaurants, is within easy driving or even walking distance. The pl;ace has a somewhat retro feel to it because it was built 30 years ago as the residence of the owner, but this does not detract from its usefulness or attractions. We enjoyed meeting the owner and found him to be a congenial person that was easy to communicate and get along with.

Wir, 4 Freunde haben unseren 1-wöchigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit absolut Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und mit vielen tollen Tipps versorgt. In der Wohnung findet sich alles sehr gut organisiert. Die schmale Einfahrt liegt direkt am Abhang und ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die steile Wendeltreppe, die in die obere Etage führt, ist sehr eng und für kleine Kinder, ältere oder gebrechliche Menschen definitiv nicht nutzbar. Aber der wunderschöne Ausblick von den Terrassen, direkt aufs Meer entschädigt für Alles. Der Standort ist ideal, um die absolut sehenswerte Umgebung zu entdecken - BRAVO!!!

We arrived a party of 8 and our host was very flexible with the time of our arrival. The house was very well equipped but also a cake and cold bottles of water were there for us. The view of the bay was stunning. The house is well located near all the major attractions around the area. Clean, tidy with enough entertainment for the kids but also roomy for a party of 8. I would definitely recommend not only to visit the area but to stay at this house.

Un sitio precioso y tranquilo, cercano a Nauplia, Micenas, Argos y Epidauro. Playa cercana.

We felt so welcome in this comfortable and well stocked home on the sea. The decks are large with beautiful views of the sea, and the house had top notch bedding, towels, snacks, fruit, and plenty of bottled water. Dimitrios communicated clearly and in a very timely manner, and he was so kind and caring. The nearby town of Kivera has a nice beach and cafes, and Nafplio is a short drive away. Nice quiet location. Loved it!
