The home is beautiful and we were able to walk to every place we wanted to go in the historic district and river walk. When we return to Savannah, we will stay here again!

An easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go- we parked and did not move our car until we checked out, so we were able to feel like locals. Kitchen is well-stocked and the whole house is maintained to a high standard. A few activities we did while we were in town include: river street, railroad/children’s museum, Forsyth park, city market. We did not have to contact property management during our stay, so I cannot comment on that experience. Overall, highly recommend!

We had a girls reunion, we made Savanna our half way point to meet. This beautiful renovated downtown home was just perfect for us four to get all caught up after 34 years and explore the beautiful river front of Savanna. Thank you it was perfect.

This was a very well kept, well stocked, elegantly decorated, cozy home. Very lovely. My only complaint is that the beds were a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, great stay.

My partner and I invited a former colleague and his wife to join us for for a weekend in Savannah. This home was perfect for two couples and perfect to take advantage of all the site seeing, food and beverages that the historic district offers. Very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. We look forward to returning.

Location was good (on a bit of a busy street, but only during the day), cleanliness of the house was top notch, kitchen was very well stocked, house was bright on the inside and very quiet. Some suggestions to improve the guest experience: some where to hang a few coats inside the front door - either a coat rack or some hooks on the wall, basic condiments (salt and pepper containers were empty, and no sugar), a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms, a chest of drawers in the front bedroom instead of the cabinet, small clothes drying rack to hang dry laundry. Overall, we were very pleased with the house and would definitely stay here again. The staff were very attentive and responded to my inquiries very promptly. The check in and check out process was easy and seamless. All in all, our Lucky Savannah experience was amazing!

Everything was in very good condition. We walked nearly everywhere within the Historic District that we wanted to go from the Apartment. We were across from an elementary school, but that didn't bother us. In fact the street was closed in the next block so it was actually very quiet even though students and parents came and went each morning and afternoon. Would recommend to friends and would stay there again.

This was a great house for our girls trip! The kitchen and bathrooms were renovated, and everything was in great condition. The 2 bedrooms are good sized with plenty of room for our group of 4 adult women, and the beds were comfortable. There are only a couple of parking spaces in front of the house (because of a preschool crosswalk and fire hydrant), but there was ample street parking right around the corner. The house was not in the center of the downtown action, but was easily walkable. Bring comfortable walking shoes for downtown Savannah - so much to see on foot! We loved it!

It was a lovely experience and enjoyed having space to spread out and feel at home. The cleaners were finishing up when we arrived a little after the 4 pm check in time, but the home was nice and clean. We enjoyed visiting with neighbors who live nearby. Highly recommend this property as well as Lucky Savannah in general. Parking at this location was difficult at 4 pm and in the mornings due to the school across the street and parents picking up and dropping off their children during these times, plus construction of a large building nearby, but we were able to find parking on Jones St. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The couch in the living room could be better, but for the time we were there it was sufficient. The overhead light in the front bedroom needs to be fixed, but we didn’t use that room so it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

The house was perfect for our getaway. Very clean and the kichen has everything you might need, including a Keurig. Two notes: the keypad code information said to enter a star after the number but there is no star, use the check mark instead. There is parking in front of the house but there is also a crosswalk to the school. Make sure ALL of your vehicle is behind the not so obvious yellow curb.
