We loved our stay here - amazing view, easy beach access, well stocked kitchen, lovely decor. We will definitely return!

We loved our stay. The only issue was checking in. Neither of the door codes worked and the customer no service that answered the phone was zero help. Need to have people that speak clear English on the other end of the phone. My husband finally was able to contact the property management for a new code but we stood in front of the door for over 30 minutes with out luggage in the heat.

What a great spot for my family to spend some time with my parents and get them some time with their grandchildren! Four adults and two kids were a perfect fit. We biked every day and found a bunch of fantastic restaurants and shops within biking distance. Beach was amazing and plenty of things to do when the weather didn’t cooperate. Would love to stay here again.

Property was as advertised. Well appointed kitchen, exceptional bathrooms, comfortable beds and well equipped.

This unit was extremely clean and had everything needed for an enjoyable vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with all appliances and the bathrooms are incredible. Master suit is great, looks like one out of a magazine. Guest bedroom and bathroom are very nice as well. Unit also has a new washer and dryer. Would stay here again!

We have traveled for over 10 years and stayed in many properties along 30A. From homes to condos, this was the best condo yet. Great access to the beach, clean property, bathrooms are beautiful, they maximized the space of the condo, and the management were very response and helpful. Highly recommend this property!

The condo was clean and accurately advertised. We most enjoyed the proximity to the beach and sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings listening to the waves. The only drawback was that the downstairs bedroom TV was missing a power cord, thus was not functional- as referenced in past reviews. We figured our children did not need to be watching TV anyway... We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cute, tidy condo. Had everything we needed for a fun girls weekend away.

Had a great experience at the Beach. This location was so convenient to get to the beach and the views are amazing.

Always had good experiences with VRBO, except for this one. blame is with management co. We were at least warned there would only be one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no hairdryers. The toilet paper was not only limited, but of he poorest quality. Not a single salt and pepper packet, or sugar, or creamer, or coffee, or starter kit of laundry detergent. One TV never worked, and they didn't fix it. These basic amenities can be found at the cheapest motel rooms. For over $600 a night, we expected better service.

Condo has amazing sea views and a ‘right on the beach’ feel. Well furnished with everything we needed. Loved doing breakfast on the deck and reading books while listening to the waves. We will be back.

Loved the property. As described. Didn’t mind the stairs. Only downfall I would say is location. It took a while to get anywhere. Understandable though with it being the busiest time of year. Just wish it was closer to more good restaurants. 10/10 would stay again.

Great location and view with a fun artsy vibe. This place is not for you if anyone in your group has any trouble with stairs.

This condo did not disappoint! The view was awesome, perfect location and easy to get wherever we wanted... Love being at a smaller condo and not have to fight for sand space right at the water.

We’ve been coming to these condos for years. Love it and hope to return many many more times! Easy to work with rental company and would recommend.

The good: Nice property that’s well kept and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with all needed accessories, flatware, and serving dishes. Beautiful ocean view. Suggestions for improvement: some of the artwork is adult themed which had my little ones asking questions. Property management: Having made the reservation six months in advance with the property management group, we assumed any concerns would be addressed through property management. We had no special requests and made clear our intentions for visiting the area for a relaxing family vacation. Extending to the property management company the kindness of a request to stay with a 6 month notice, we assumed this same kindness would be extended to us.. Wrong. At 4:42 PM on the day before our stay, Best Beach Getaways called me requesting the ages of all occupants or else they would cancel the reservation in the next 18 minutes. They had six months to request this information (happy to share it with them) but chose to wait to the last 18 minutes with a threat of cancellation if I did not respond by 5:00 PM on a Saturday. Thankfully I was near my phone. Shame on you Best Beach Getaways! See the message I received below. For context, this was the first phone call I had ever received from them: “ This is (Redacted) from best beach getaways. I been trying to reach you about your reservation tomorrow that you have with us. I need ages for all adults and children before 5:00 today or I’ll have to cancel the reservation.” Again, I was happy to provide the information, but not under threat of cancellation after shelling out a great deal of money, requesting time off work months in advance, and packing for a week long stay.

Loved the view and location. Furniture is showing signs of wear. Downstairs bedroom carpet is stained and in need of a deep cleaning or replaced. The property is in need of a bigger bike rack as it was full while we were there. Would we book the property again? Yes.

Other than the cold weather, which we knew would be a gamble going at the beginning of December, our week was wonderful. The condo was clean and just the right size for our family of 6. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need (besides food of course.) We wanted to explore Destin and PCB so the location was ideal for being between the two. Standing on the balcony watching sunrises & sunsets was amazing. Our kids loved it, too. We would definitely rent this condo again. The only negative was the dryer didn’t do a very good job and we had to run it twice before the load was dry.

Nice place right on the water...a lot of stairs tho! May not be for everyone but it was fine for us. Well stocked with everything you need!

The condo is in the best location and is very nice inside. Everything you need for the kitchen is available. The only (and this is minor) is that there was not a dustpan. Of course sand will be on the floor and we would sweep everyday, but a dustpan would have been nice. I'm sure there was one at one time, but has just disappeared. The top loft stays very cool and that bathroom is amazing! The lower bathroom is basic and could use an update but it met our needs. We hope to be back and yes we would stay here again.

We have stayed at this complex a couple of times and have really enjoyed it. Loft was really nice for the girls to have their own space. No complaints at all. Will definitely consider staying there again.

This little condo was cute and easy to access. The view from the balcony was amazing! There are A LOT of stairs both up to the condo and down to the beach. However, they were worth it for sure. This condo is close to everything you need, but it is not in the middle of all the crazy! We loved having less people around!

The property was great nicely decorated right appliances great view of the gorgeous beach! Who I really want to thinking all of this is Michael the property manager and the operations manager who were so kind and so stressed and overworked but worked all kind of hours to get everyone taken care of during this hard time thank you to these two for their hard work we will be back

Sunsets we’re amazing

Very unfortunately we were not informed that all the balconies were being painted. The workers rudely just hopped over our balcony unannounced and quite frankly created quite a security threat and invasion of privacy. We lost use of our balcony for two entire days and had to deal with noise and paint fumes the entire time. Not being informed that condo maintenance would be in process is unacceptable and I would hope that that a significant portion of our money would be refunded.
