We love the safety feeling with the guard in the entrance. We kind of got lost in the neighborhood due to it was late at night when we got there, but we found it off Golf Villas.. I was so glad it was on the first floor. We struggled a little on getting the main key off the key box, but glad we only had to use it once.. The condo was clean for the most part, the rugs still had some pistachio shells, but we cleaned that up and the pull out bed had a little bit of sand, which wasnt that big of a deal. Other than that it was a comfy place to stay. I loved the fact that it had a washer/dryer-I tried not to use it a lot as we were on vacation. The condo was pretty stocked with dish soap, toilet tissue, paper towel, linens,towels and baggies... there isnt that much stuff you can use to bring to the beach, but that also wasnt a big deal cuz we brought what we needed for that anyway..I do want to warn others though, that there was something that was biting me on the beach, so bring something to sit on and some bug spray as well. The H pool was pretty close by and the beach is about a 5-8 min walk. With the heat, the pool was warm everytime(it was great). If you are used to areas with lots of gift shops and store fronts, this is not the place. This is more of a relaxing boating/fishing/beaching "retirement" kind of place (which I personally loved).Buy grocery at the seaway supermarket (cheaper than some places) If you are Traveling with kids try Benny's pizza and Archie's...

Amazing stay for the price. I would absolutely revisit. It's a short walk to the private beach and the place was clean with mostly everything you would need such as towels and toiletries.

We are so thankful we found this condo! It had everything we needed and perfect size for us. The property and golf course was gorgeous & kept immaculate. and FREE golf if you stay there. My husband couldn't believe it. This was our first time to the beaches on the east coast and this area. I loved it!! not overcrowded anywhere, great restaurants, friendly people.

Great condo, very clean and comfortable. The screened patio is great but not very private because golfers are constantly playing directly in front of it. You hear them and they hear you.

This property is located within Ocean Village on Hutchinson Island, which is a pleasant gated community that has all the amenities and activities that one may seek on Florida's Treasure Coast, including a 9-hole golf course. The unit itself serves quite well for a couple, with a separate bedroom, well-equipped kitchen, and convenient sitting area. There is also a screened lanai. It is located close to one of the pools in the complex. Parking is available within very close proximity. No issues with wifi connectivity. A lively restaurant and tiki bar, with good menus, are also located within the complex grounds. This unit does have a variety of beach and recreational equipment, which is available within a nearby (30 ft) storage unit; some items of the equipment are tired (i.e., a couple of beach chairs were broken and unusable) and could use replacement. We were able to find a couple of folding chairs for the beach. We brought our own PortaBrella - did not see an umbrella available within the equipment storage unit, although we could have missed it. Security at the entrance to the complex and around the property is very visible and efficient. Upon our arrival we were met with a significant issue with respect to the unit's maintenance. Without elaborating further, we can report that we were able to get in touch with the owner quite quickly to report the issue and he resolved the matter to our satisfaction almost immediately, which meant a lot to us. We believe that it displayed concern on the owner's part to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We have considerable experience with these types of accommodations; as a retired couple, we have traveled extensively over the past five years and we stay almost exclusively at rent-by-owner properties. Apart from a few minor annoyances that we have listed above, which, based on our experience, are not out of the ordinary for properties of this type, we would not hesitate to recommend this unit.

We have stayed at several VRBOs through the years but we have to say this was our best. We didn’t cook but if we had, there was more than an adequate supply of cookware and utensils. The complex was great. Very comfortable. The walk to the ocean was not bad at all. Because of the high dunes, you can’t see the ocean but we could hear it. Next time we’ll bring some golf clubs. The condo is on one of the holes. A little par 3 course. Right up our alley. Condo was very quiet. There are 2 restaurants in the complex within walking distance. There is enough to do without ever leaving the complex or the island. Suited us just fine. We were so pleased we are planning a return trip next year. Communication with Justin was very good. Always a quick response. Thanks for sharing your condo.

The owner was very courteous and extremely helpful. The property is very nice with beach access about 30 yards away. Has pool access as well and we were able to use the fitness center and play tennis on site. Great location near many bars and restaurants as well as downtown very close

Secure grounds, comfy bed, great price, nice pools,well groomed landscape. A new sofa needed. AC set only 72’ limit. But yes I would stay here again.

The property was nice and quiet. Everyone we interacted with was friendly. The condo was clean and comfortable.

While there were very minor things that come with a well used rental, it was nothing that kept us from loving our stay at this property. Very convenient to Fort Pierce and all the surrounding happy hour places and beaches. Nice, secure and quiet. It was the best stocked rental I've ever been to with all you need for a fantastic stay. I would highly recommend a stay at this property. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for the month of January 2022 and had a wonderful experience. Property is extremely well kept, secure and has many activities. Our condo was great, exactly as pictured and Justin was great to work with. Very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!!

It’s great that you don’t have to go anywhere, there are restaurants and tiki bars in a sports bar where it on the premises so if you don’t want to do shopping or cooking, it’s just wonderful including the tennis with the clay courts that are very well-kept as well as the golf course, there is some thing for everyone and depending on the unity that you get you can have a heated pool, or you can go extravagantAnd have a oceanfront villa in seascape, I opted for the least expensive because I was alone and working most of the time

We stayed in another place in these condos and had a great experience so we looked forward to staying again. However they were working to paint and repair the outside of the building - and it really needed it! It looked like it hadn’t been touched in a very long time. And the noise, being asked to move our car, hoses being run past our front door, etc. all lead to a lot of inconvenience. Inside was okay, but dark and some furniture could be replaced. We did enjoy the pool and the walk to the ocean was nice.
