Great location, quick 15 min walk down to Hastings St and Main Beach. Niche make the organisation of access and information about the property painless and very straight forward. I would use their services again without a doubt.

Mattress in the bedroom (with A/C) needs replacing due to body imprints in it. The windows facing the street sound like they are made of paper and you can hear every car/truck/person passing by at all times of the day. The downstairs A/C kept turning on the heating function at what seems like random. There is a downlight in the lounge room which needs replacement. The extraction fans in the bathrooms are inadequate for the room (doesn't remove the steam fast enough).

The unit was fine had all you need and good bathrooms ect happy with unit .

They couldn't get the right wifi code to me joke. No weekly clean just towels dropped off no sheets and no cleaning not good for 4k plus . Also key drop of back to their office to long away and not open Sunday before 10 told office staff keys will be on kitchen bench

Beautiful, clean and spacious townhouse for our family of 4. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Location was perfect, you can walk to the beach or the free Noosa buses stop very close by.
