We had such a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of room, great location and we LOVED being on the river. We fished every day! It was a great trip. Hope to come back soon!

We spent a week here for a family reunion. The home was very spacious and easily accommodated all 12 of us. It was well appointed and well-stocked. We had more rain than we expected, but the home worked well for in-door activities. Lots of room for playing card games and games on TV. Multiple seating areas. The large table in dining area was great for meals and playing games. We all enjoyed the hot tub. There was plenty of competition around the pool table! The surrounding area (Edwards and Avon) had many attractions. Bicycles were available in the garage which allowed us to explore the main bike path in the valley. There are many other trails nearby for future exploration! Sonos throughout the house was a nice feature, though grandpa and grandma seem to have different musical tastes! The owner was very helpful responding to questions and providing suggestions for activities. Great communications. So, it was a wonderful reunion at a great place!

This house is a 10! The town of Edwards is exactly what we were looking for, and still being 15-20 minutes from Vail gave us plenty of options. The ability to bike or walk to town, the local park, or grocery store gave all of our kids ranging from 9-23 plenty of options. The homeowner was fantastic with communication, and the home had more creature features than any home we have ever rented over the last 20 years. The patio, hot tub, and fire table were a hit while watching and listening to the amazing river running behind the home. We were able to grill out and gather our entire crew. We will be back.

Lovely house, great location, and perfect for a big group.

Spacious, more than enough room for the six of us, very well stocked, very well furnished with multiple seating areas upstairs, as well as downstairs. Very scenic location night next to the river, even in the middle of winter - or maybe, especially in the winter time! The pool table on the lower level made for hours of fun for all of us. We are used to taking the ski bus to Beaver Creek village, so this was a very short drive to the bear lot, just a good 5 minutes down the road. Also a plus, you can walk barely a mile and ends up right in downtown Edwards. Having access to the garage and being able to park in it, with new snowfall outside, was wonderful. Before our arrival I had contacted, Kathy, the host, with a question, and she was very responsive. All in all, great location, great house, great hosts, who provide literally everything (at least based on what we needed). We hope to be back!

Great home - big, comfortable and well appointed. Excellent location - 1 mile from the Arrowhead/Beaver Creek ski area. Perfect host - pleasant, professional and available. We had a great stay.

We loved this home because it had a ton of space for our group. Having king sized beds in each bedroom was amazing, and the kids loved the pool table, foosball, and board games and puzzles included. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, which was piping hot when we arrived. Parking, check-in, communication was easy... and the kitchen is very well stocked, including spices and some basic cooking ingredients. Highly recommend!

Excellent house and very well decorated and maintained. Had a very good exchange with the host who was very responsive to any questions. Enjoyed the central music system, and well stocked kitchen cabinets. Plenty of towels, soaps etc.

We had a great time at this property. Easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek and located close to Avon and Edwards for easy access to shops and restaurants when tired of the resorts. The host is extremely friendly and helpful with tips. The house is very large and spacious. We'll be back.

This house was fantastic! We had a group of 9 people and between having a king bed in each room as well as plenty of living space between the main floor and downstairs, we all had a great time. The communication with the owner, Kathy, was fantastic and extremely responsive to messages! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our large group during our entire stay. The hot tub was welcomed after long days spent skiing on the mountain and having access to the two-car garage made getting going in the morning after overnight snowfall a breeze. Highly recommend this house and it's excellent location!

This house offers alot of space and sleeping options. It was well equipped and the hot tub was immediately adjacent to the back door for easy access in the cold. It also is a vey pretty setting right on the river. The property owner was very helpful. The only drawbacks is that some of the couches are starting to show wear and it was about 15 minutes from the main garages at beaver creek. Overall a winner and would stay again.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with our adult children’s families and our “still-at-home” children - 14 of us including 5 under 5 grandchildren. The home was clean, well-stocked and in a perfect location. There was PLENTY of space and the pool table in the basement provided hours of evening entertainment for the adults and older children. The river runs right in the backyard and easily accessible with steps taking you all the way to the water’s edge. The hot tub was clean and wonderful. We used it every night. The kitchen is a dream for a big group. We had a great time cooking, talking and making memories. The fireplaces kept things cozy and there is an abundance of seating to watch a movie or game and the dining room table is the perfect size and shape for great conversation while eating. It’s two minutes to the market and the slopes are minutes away. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac and has parking for 5 cars. This place is absolutely worth it.

This house was perfect for a family celebration for our 3 generations. It is well furnished and equipped for our group of 11 and could have accommodated a few more. Everyone enjoyed walking down to stick their toes in the Eagle River in the backyard and the more adventurous going full submersion then racing up to warmup in the hot tub. Several also made good use of the range of available bikes. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to keep the crew well fed and found the sleeping accommodations to be great as well. Perhaps the biggest hit was the pool table enjoyed by all of us and especially the grand kids.

We had an uneventful stay and everything was as advertised. Rooms were comfortable. Hot tub was nice. Having a pool table was fun.

Property is very well stocked with a great location. Rate is a great value. The only problem we had was that the porch is not usable currently. There is a thick layer of compacted ice and snow making it not useable and impossible to shovel. With the beautiful weather forecast, we planned a lot of outdoor BBQ and firepit time that could not happen. I do understand it is winter in Colorado but typically we have had a guy clear the patio on rentals. The weather was exceptional the entire trip. Very happy with everything else.

The house is fully equipped: humidifiers in every room, great furniture and bedding, throws on each sofa, kitchen with all types of utensiles and spices, great water pressure in the ensuite bathtooms, outdoor firetable, hot tub, grill and furniture, garage stocked up with skis, snowboards, bikes....Truly great and easy check-in and out! We had a fantastic Thanksgiving with our frienfs and family!

My family spent a week at this home in August 2021. We enjoyed everything about the home, especially the location on the Eagle River. Days were spent hiking the mountains in Beaver Creek and Vail, biking the Eagle/Vail path, and fly-fishing the Eagle River. We took advantage of the bikes in the garage. The home is fully stocked and the owner, Kathy, is very easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon. The scenery and location of the home is spectacular.

It was a nice house in a great neighborhood on a beautiful stretch of river. Perfect for family gatherings. Wonderful location close to all of the amenities of Edwards. I hope to go back.
