This was a beautiful property. Walk right out to Crystal Beach. The heated pool was an added amenity that was much appreciated ❤️ We will be re-booking with Kevin and Pam!!

The condo was perfect for 2 people & beautifully decorated. Kevin provided information on the condo, check in, the area, etc. a week ahead of our arrival that was very helpful. He made a point of being available to reach out to as needed & was very sincere & kind. The patio view is amazing as well as the beach. The condo is not far from all the St Augustine attractions, dining, etc. Wish we had another day there to relax. We highly recommend & hope to return some day.

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. Clean, Comfortable, and quiet retreat. everything you need to have a great beach vacation. Walk the beach at sunrise, or just watch from your own private patio. Short drive to plenty of great restaurants. Also close to grocery if you chose to cook yourself.

My husband and I had a wonderful 20th anniversary stay at Pam’s Place!! Kevin answered every question and gave wonderful suggestions for places to enjoy in St. Augustine. We will definitely be returning to stay with Kevin and Pam again!

My husband and I stayed at Pam’s Palm Place from August 19 – August 26. This lovely little condo is the perfect beach retreat. It is beautifully and simply decorated. The bed, sofa and outdoor patio furniture are of good quality and comfy. The view from the patio is beautiful and is perfectly shady in the afternoons and evenings. The owners have thought about all the little details from the basics, such as paper towels and starter toiletries, to quality beach chairs and umbrellas. We loved the Bose Bluetooth speaker! Although we didn’t do any real cooking while on vacation, it appears that the kitchen equipment provided is more than adequate to fix simple meals. The owners are available by email, phone and text and provide excellent and detailed check-in instructions complete with spot on recommendations for local dining and activities. The condo is small, but if you are beach people like us, it is all you need. We did not feel at all cramped and there is plenty of closet space in the bedroom, as well as storage under the bed. As for the area, we love Crescent Beach. The wide, white sand beach is perfect and it’s just a short drive away from old St. Augustine. There are plenty of restaurants close by and Tony’s Pizza across the street is not only super convenient, but may possibly make the best meat lover’s pizza in the world! Full service grocery stores are within a short drive.

Comfortable stay that is perfect for a beach getaway.

We had never been to St. Augustine and what a surprise. The condo was beautiful and a great size for two people. I would definitely come back. Best VRBO we’ve ever had!

My husband and I loved our stay in this condo. Beautiful view, short walk to the beach which even on the busiest day was not that crowded. Information provided by the hosts was thorough. Good proximity to St. Augustine and many great restaurants. We hope to come back some day.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Everything was perfectly cleaned and being able to see the sunrise every morning was breathtaking. The beach area wasn’t crowded whatsoever. Fort Matanzas is right down the road and it has a free ferry to and from and the Seafood Kitchen had the perfect dinner every night with fresh fish caught that day. It is a cozy little condo settled perfectly on the beach with everything that you need. I can’t rave enough about this place. Definitely will be recommending this to everyone I know!!!

Very clean, relaxing, and peaceful stay at Pam’s Palm Place. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus for our time on the beach. The view of the ocean from the room while watching the Women’s College World Series was the cherry on top of our stay. Very clean property and close to many great places to eat.

Quiet very laid back easy access to the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated, nicely updated condo. All of the furniture inside and out was very comfortable. We enjoyed morning coffee on the patio watching the sunrise, and relaxing afternoons on the beach in the comfortable beach chairs provided. Because we were staying for 2 weeks, a nicely stocked kitchen was important to us. It did not disappoint. The convection feature on the microwave was a little tricky to figure out, but we successfully cooked a meatloaf and delicious roasted vegetables several times on the round pans provided. The beautiful bathroom and shower, and the excellent TV were icing on the cake. This is definitely a wonderful, comfortable place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Location was amazing! Views were beautiful. We got to see a space launch one evening. The condo was perfect, nicely remodeled and clean. Loved the detail and beach theme of the condo down to the starfish cabinet knobs. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

Wake up and watch a great sunrise enjoy the beach and pool.

My husband and I really loved this place! It was directly off the main road, yet directly on the beach. Beautiful view! It’s the perfect size condo for the solo traveler or couples. We noticed we didn’t see any kids about the property, which meant it was nice and quiet. Pool was very large, warm, and quiet. Beach access was easy from the boardwalk. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided. Beach was so serene, not crowded. We walked to Safe Harbor for dinner, and I recommend the fried shrimp (my favorite). Made a couple trips to the ice cream store across the street - they had so many flavors! Walked over to the Circle K in the morning to pickup a few breakfast items. There was a cute beachy boutique across the street, but didn’t get a chance to visit. Condo was nicely updated with everything you need. Love the beachy decor! Bed was very comfortable. Shower was so nice. Water had great pressure and hot water came on fast. Keurig and drip coffee maker. TV worked great. We spent a lot of time on the back patio, watching the water. So beautiful! Highly recommend this place!
