After COVID, we desperately needed a getaway. We booked with Pierangelo many months in advance based on the great reviews. The villa and hosts exceeded our expectations in every way. Every room was clean and nicely appointed with its own bathroom. We used each of the 12 bathrooms for a total of 24 people. Our group included adults young and old, and plenty of kids. We enjoyed - Day trips to neighboring towns including Radicondoli in Tuscany - Pool! - The INCREDIBLE VIEWS - Fooseball table! - Playing one of the two guitars that were there - Cooking some great meals in the large kitchen - Pierangelo reserved 2 meals catered in, which were GREAT - And most of all, having a great central place to relax and unwind for a week

This was our second visit to Tuscany, the first with extended family, and we stayed for two weeks. The villa was incredibly beautiful, starting with the entrance through the gate and lighted driveway flanked by olive trees. During our two week stay, we drove by many villas and did not see another that came anywhere close to the beauty of Villa Le Bolli. There are 12 bedrooms, each with private bathroom and very strong AC which we greatly appreciated during the heat wave during our stay. Common areas have AC as well (unlike many other villas). We stayed at a villa without AC in 2017 and it was unbearably hot so AC for us is key. Bedrooms varied in size but were spacious and comfortable, and several had lofted areas and their own private outdoor area. There is a beautiful outdoor covered deck off the kitchen and dining room with ceiling lights for evening where we had breakfast and dinner most nights. The view and sunsets were incredible. There are multiple seating areas throughout the property. We arranged multiple villa dinners and one breakfast prepared by the villa staff—it was wonderful to have that option so we could relax in the evenings after a long day of touring. Our trip was originally planned for 2020 so I had been communicating with the owner, Pierangelo, and his staff since 2018. They were so helpful and responsive prior to and after our arrival. The villa is centrally located for visits to Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Pienza, Montelpuciano and many other lovely hill towns. It’s a 5 minute drive from the downtown area of Radicondoli, a lovely small town with a very nice pharmacy, bakery, small grocery store and 3 restaurants, one of which was so wonderful we ate there multiple times (Agriteca in Piazza). There is another excellent restaurant in Mensano (less than 10 minutes away), Osteria del Borgo. Casole D’Elsa is 10 minutes away and has a gelato shop, pharmacy, and additional restaurants. The convenience of these small towns and access to a pharmacy in particular, makes the villa ideally located. Given the size, beautiful surroundings, giant pool, location and service, I am confident that there is no other villa that would have suited our needs as well anywhere in Tuscany. Stay here and book early!!!!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding at Villa Le Bolli. The hosts assisted us in planning our wedding for over 2 years. They consistently followed up with us during the planning stage and throughout our trip. The wedding was magical and exactly how we pictured it. Planning abroad is expectedly stressful, but Pierangelo and Sara made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. The Villa is stunning and although the pictures are beautiful, they do not do the property any justice. We chose to have our week long stay catered and it was one of our best decisions we made, the food was amazing and something about long table family dinners every night really made the villa feel like home. The Hosts did a large shopping trip for us prior to our arrival assuring the home was stocked with refreshments and snacks. Although it is fairly remote in the Tuscan countryside, I can’t think of any reasons to leave the property during the stay. Thank you Pierangelo & Sara, I hope we can meet again. You two are very special humans and we can’t thank you enough for all your hard work. The effort and commitment you provided assuring our guests had an enjoyable stay is something that is rarely experienced. If you are thinking of booking this Villa I suggest you don’t hesitate, I find it hard to believe comparable properties even exist!

Words could never describe the happiness my family, my husbands family, and my wedding guests spending a view days at this villa. Sara went above and above and created my vision of my perfect wedding. She worked tirelessly with Pierangelo to ensure that the entire trip was perfect, especially the wedding. I was fortunate enough to have almost 70 people at our destination wedding, and they flawlessly executed multiple breakfasts, dinners and the actual wedding. Sara also helped plan some large group events at some nearby farms and brewery which were also a highlight of the trip. These events were for 50 people and Sara made sure that they went smoothly. I could never express the gratitude to them for making this trip the trip of a lifetime for my husband, me, and all of our guests. Please take advantage of their generosity, you will not regret it!

Our group of 16 family members and friends stayed at Villa Le Bolli for a week-long vacation. It exceeded our expectations. The property is spectacular - many acres of olive trees, a large pool, a view of Radicondoli atop a nearby mountain and a magnificent house. The service from Sara, Pierangelo and their team was outstanding. They anticipated our every need. The location of the villa was perfect for day trips to Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, the Chianti region, etc. The smaller towns close to the villa such as Radicondoli, Mensano and Belforte were delightful. We opted for dinner in the villa on our last night and it was the best meal of the week; the perfect way to conclude a wonderful visit. We would love to return.

We loved our time at LeBolli. The weather started out hot, but our rooms and the pool were cool! The meals prepared for our group were outstanding--great food! The peaceful, iconic location exceeded our expectations. Sara was invaluable.

Villa Le Bolli is an amazing place and Sara and Pierangelo made our stay truly magical. If you are looking for place to stay in Tuscany for a larger group you can't find a better property and people. Everything about Villa Le Bolli is beautiful property with amazing grounds. ALL rooms are great, with great A/C and bathrooms in each and every room. Having a group of just over 20 people getting access to the industrial kitchen was amazing as well. Aside from the building and property being great having such friendly and genuinely good people to help us with just about anything we needed was what sets Villa Le Bolli apart. Sara and Pierangelo cooked and served us when we needed, they gave us tips in regards to where to go, what to see, where to dine and the list goes on. We had the best holiday and are very greatful, Pierangelo and Sara thank you so much for all your help, you made our trip truly magical :-)

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Villa Le Bolli! It was absolutely perfect, from the villa itself to the AMAZING people who run it. We were a group of 27 adults who stayed at Le Bolli for a week to celebrate our wedding! We decided to have our wedding at the villa and Sara was so wonderful in helping us with everything that had to do with the big day. From the florist to the DJ to the photographer, etc, Sara provided guidance in every aspect of our wedding and when the day came, it was PERFECT! The ceremony was held in the gorgeous front yard area with the beautiful villa behind. The "cocktail hour" and reception were held on the terrace where Pierangelo, one of the owners, has built a very impressive covering that is adjustable to the weather. Every one of our guests commented on how it was the most amazing wedding they had ever attended and it was all because of the work that Sara, Pierangelo, and Theresa put into it. The stay itself was also amazing! Radicondoli is a super cute little Italian town that is very close (less than 10 minutes) and the villa fit us all very comfortably. There is an industrial kitchen at your disposal, along with plenty of activities and the most amazing setting you'll ever see. Do yourself a favor and stay here with your group and especially if you're looking for a venue to get married. THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN TUSCANY! I would highly recommend this villa to everyone. This place was truly magical and highlighted the beauty of Italy. Every room has its own bathroom. There is wifi and they have an amazing kitchen to cook in! The grounds are breathtaking and they offer olive oil from their olive trees on the property. Sara was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any of our needs.

The villa and grounds are beautiful, the location is great for day trips all around Tuscany, but the most impressive part of the experience was how Sara and Pierangelo made it feel like our house for the week. They prepared three meals for us during the week (highly recommended) which was an opportunity for our group of 16 to have the experience of being a big Italian family at dinner. More than enough bedrooms all with private bath, and large common areas for gathering Highly recommended for large groups of family or friends.

We just returned from a week in Radicondoli at Le Bolli and it far exceeded all of our expectations. The pictures of the villa are great, but like other reviewers have said, they don't come close to doing it justice. The property and the views (especially the sunsets) are absolutely gorgeous! The house itself was the perfect size for the 25 of us who stayed there, and we could have had a couple more guests with room to spare. The pool was used often, even at the beginning of September, and we had a great time playing bocce in the yard and foosball as well. We did a cooking class one night and the staff served us our meal out on the patio which was very relaxing. The food that Pierangelo and his wife Teresa taught us how to make was restaurant quality and delicious. My only regret was that we did not have them prepare more meals for us out on the patio because it was a beautiful setting. While the facilities were awesome, the people were what made our stay truly special. We reserved Le Bolli for our wedding and had so many questions/worries about how we were going to pull it off since we didn't hire a wedding planner to coordinate all the details. Our fears were quickly eased once we started communicating with Sara. She took care of booking many of the vendors we used and made great suggestions for photographers, flowers, etc. Even with the six hour time difference, she was always quick to respond to our inquiries and talk us off the ledge when we would stress over something small. This lady is truly amazing. Seriously. AMAZING! There's no way we could have done it without her. Both of us were fighting back tears (very unsuccessfully) when we had to say goodbye, because the entire week was perfect. Without any hesitation at all I would strongly recommend staying at Le Bolli if you have the chance. We are very much looking forward to our next visit in the near future.

My family and I stayed at Le Bolli to celebrate my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. The villa was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. We spent a wonderful week with memories that will last a lifetime. Sara and Pierangelo helped us with anything we needed. They had recommendations for places to visit, where to shop, where to eat, etc. They helped us create a lovely dinner party to celebrate my parent's anniversary. It was truly an unforgettable week for my family (26 people in all ranging in age from 16 - 83). Tuscany is lovely. We were all sad when our vacation ended. I highly recommend Le Bolli.

We had a family reunion with 19 adults and 12 children under the age of 10 at this property. It was just perfect--enough rooms for everyone; enough bathrooms; generous sized & well equipped kitchen; beautiful grounds, swimming pool, games, etc. Location was fantastic & not too far from many places to see the sights. Most importantly, our hosts Sara & Pierangelo were wonderful and very responsive to the needs of our very large group. I would recommend the property & the area without reservations. We hope to return for another reunion again....Thank you so much Sara & Pierangelo

We had such a fantastic time in Le Bolli, the breathtaking beauty of the place, the exceptional meal we had, and the genuine and warm hospitality of Pierangelo and Sara. We couldn't have chosen a better place to spend our family holiday. Thank you again for everything!!

We had our family reunion at Villa Le Bolle in September, 2017. 8 Brothers and sisters with spouses for a total of 15 shared this lovely house in the Tuscan hills. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, so no sharing is necessary. This is a large country home and while the look is historic, it has every modern convenience. A large back deck can easily hold 50 people for cocktails or even dinner. Wonderful for sitting out for morning coffee or evening wine, looking over the property. A totally modern kitchen has been added, including two large fridges, two stoves, a microwave and all necessary cookware and dinnerware for feeding lots of guests. The property includes a large pool, but it was too cool in late September to use it. The owner is growing olive trees, so the property is classified as "Agriturisma" meaning a farm home, but there is nothing rustic about this place. Every bedroom is furnished in a different style, with antique furniture. There are wonderful communal spaces, including a TV room, a Billiard room, a very large dining room, and a room just to sit and chat. Close to the town of Radicondoli, which offers several good restaurants and a good (but small) food market. There are many towns nearby to explore - San Gimignano, Siena, Montereggio, and the Chianti and Brunello wine regions are also easily reached. Florence is about an hour from the property and of course is worth the trip. The best thing about Villa Le Bolli is the remarkable hostess, Sara. Charming, enthusiastic, fun, and a wealth of knowledge about the area. She and the owner did everything to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Be advised, you might want to ship essentials like paper towels, TP, coffee, cooking basics, since this is going to be "your home" for the week you are there. Don't miss this!

I was a little nervous about booking a Villa in Italy, but renting Villa Le Bolli turned out to be a magical week for all 22 people. Pierangelo, Sarah and Teresa are ao accommodating in every way to ensure our stay was perfect and it was! We rented bicycles, played tennis in Poggibonzi (30 minutes away), hiked, swam, Florence tours, visited many little villages, and enjoyed the town of Radicondoli, which was a 2.5mile walk. The food perpared by the staff is highly recommended, we had a very detailed cooking class that the staff perpared for dinner, this is a MUST! The Pizza night at the Villa Le Bolli is also recommended. Thank you sincerly to Pierangelo, Sarah and the entire staff, we will be back in the near future! Tom

Sara was incredibly helpful and always available. We really appreciated her kindness and all of our guests left happy. Apart from a few surprise costs (you have to pay for your own air conditioning, toilet paper, dish soap, pool towels, etc.), things ran smoothly. A couple things (lights, a sink) were broken and weren't fixed until after a few days, but this didn't spoil our overall experience. We would come back and it was an awesome experience.

This place was truly paradise under the Tuscan sun! We visited Le Bolli June 24th - July 1st, 2017. When we pulled up to the place we were blown away. It met all of our expectations and then some! It was very spacious, clean and the outdoor area was absolutely gorgeous! We went with a group of about 20 people, including 8 kids all 4 and under. I will say, the pool was a lifesaver for the kids. They spent the majority of their days swimming and running through the olive groves. The rooms were nice and well kept. Each room had its own air conditioning unit, but I will say we were a bit surprised by the extra charge of 12 Euro per day per room to use it. However, it was a must, as Tuscany this time of year is very warm. The kitchen was huge and included a professional stove, dishwasher, etc. We were able to do a cooking class with the hosts there and it was absolutely incredible. The meals they prepared were divine! I would highly recommend spending the extra money to have them prepare at least one dinner for you. The place was idyllic and had everything we needed. The hosts were absolutely incredible. We dealt mostly with Sara, and she was truly amazing! She provided answers to all of our questions during and well in advance of our stay. We emailed her multiple times prior to arriving and her responses were consistently prompt and very informative. She was absolutely lovely. The town is about a 5 minute drive from the property. It is very small, but they do have a local market. You have to be cognizant of siesta time and note most places don't even open til noon. I would recommend any major grocery trips be done near Siena or on the way into town. Also, you should make reservations for dinner/ lunch in advance to ensure they are open/ working that day. Most major towns or touristy locations were approx. an hour's drive. We were able to visit Siena, San Gimignano, and the Chianti region for a wine tour. Florence was only about an hour's drive as well. We absolutely loved our stay and definitely want to plan a return visit there one day! This place helped make our visit truly unforgettable and we are so very grateful that we found it! We want to thank our hosts for making this such an incredible experience!

We couldn't have asked for more. Came here with a group of 14 friends - the property is stunning and has amazing views, great pool, lovely outdoor terraces to dine out each night. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable, all with their own bathrooms, and the professional kitchen was great for preparing large meals for us all. The hosts were friendly and helpful and extremely responsive right from first enquiring about it through to checkout - we booked a catered meal on our last night too which was delicious and highly recommended. Set in such beautiful scenery, would recommend to anyone wanting a countryside Tuscan break. It even has a friendly cat!

We hosted our wedding at Villa Le Bolli and all of our wedding party stayed there for a week (22 people total). It was an absolutely perfect setting and the trip of a lifetime. The rooms are beautiful and authentic, each with its own bathroom. The commercial-grade kitchen had everything we needed and more to store food for the week and prepare our own meals. Pierangelo, Teresa, and Sara were so kind and helpful. We planned the wedding entirely by email and everything came together just right. They booked our DJ and caterers for the reception (I didn't use a florist but they had one available). They set up dinner reservations for us in Radicondoli at La Pergola, a restaurant with an unbeatable view of the Tuscan countryside. We will definitely be returning to Le Bolli in the future and they are welcome to visit us anytime in America. I simply cannot give enough praise to this gem of a place and our hosts. We stayed for a week, and will remember it for a lifetime; the beautiful sunsets from the terrace while having dinner, the cool lunches under the huge oak tree in the garden, the children playing in the pool, competing at ping pong or playing hide and seek. The rooms are well proportioned with great views or terraces in all directions. The kitchen is well suited for large group catering and was fun to use. Alternatively catering can be arranged and that was delicious too. Piereangelo and Sarah were very friedly and helpful and made us feel very much at home.

Our group filled the villa to capacity (24) for a week. All of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and each is different from the others. The grounds with its olive groves and gardens are beautiful. Location is rather central to Tuscany, but surprisingly remote from the bigger cities of interest. So, count on doing a lot of driving if you want to see Tuscany from this base. Radicondoli is a delightful nearby town and you will find much of what you need in terms of supplies there. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property and it was perfect for our group. I have only three minor suggestions for improvements. First, the lack of good cutlery made our task of cooking less convenient than necessary. Solution: invest in 200 Euros worth of Henkels or other cutlery so that the chefs can do their thing. Second, the one American style drip coffee maker was a plastic piece of junk, and the manual espresso pots and one French press were inadequate for our large group. Solution: invest 200 Euros in a decent coffee maker. Everyone likes their coffee, don't make it that hard to get it. Third, the security gate at the entrance to the property was not automatic for departures from the property. You have to drive up and then get out of your car to find the post that has the button to push and then get back in your car. Is it really that expensive to put in an automatic gate opener that operates automatically when a car drives up? Just do it.

There isn't enough space for a proper review of this incredible place. We spent many weeks searching for the perfect setting to have our wedding and finally settled on Villa Le Bolli. Sara, Pierangelo & Teresa are the warmest and most helpful hosts. They made us feel so at home. Pierangelo has beautifully restored the villa. At first sight, we were thrilled to realize that this incredible place would be our home for a week! There is plenty of common space in the house including a huge modern kitchen. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was convenient for guests and some bedrooms accommodated 4 (great for families). For months, I’d emailed with Sara & Pierangelo who helped us organize a fun-filled week for our guests. They reserved drivers/vehicles to help our guests visit the towns of San Gimignano, Siena, Cortona and Florence. Sara organized wine tours in Montepulciano and Montalcino where we had a great meal at Tenuta Fanti. Pierangelo & Teresa conducted a cooking class for our group and then served us our delicious gnocchi and roasted pork dinner. Each day, Sara and Theresa prepared a huge, delicious breakfast. Guests enjoyed the opportunity to mingle and talk about the day's plans while sipping cappuccino. Our wedding day was beautiful. We found the perfect ceremony location on the property and while we’d planned to have dinner on the patio, we decided to eat in the large dining room since the weather was cool. Sara had given us recommendations for musicians, photographer, florist, officiant and caterer. We were extremely happy with everyone. Barbara from Nerofiori did an incredible job of creating floral décor that exceeded our expectations. Photographer Andrea Lisi, was attentive, arrived early and stayed late. We instantly felt a connection with officiant Rosalba Calo; she was so kind and sincere. Luanna and her expert staff served an elegant and delicious meal. Our guests still talk about the porcini mushroom and zucchini flower lasagna! The musicians who serenaded us throughout dinner played beautifully and their final piece brought many of our guests to tears. It was an unforgettable day. We cannot express how much we enjoyed our time at Le Bolli. By the end of our visit, we felt like we’d made new friends and would always stay in touch. I would not hesitate to recommend Villa Le Bolli for a relaxing vacation or special event. Pierangelo, Sara & Teresa… grazie mille, we will never forget you! You have a place to stay when you visit Canada!
