Loved the staff, location, pool! Short walk to the beach . Our room had a view of the pool, beautiful! Also loved the breakfast!! Gardens were beautiful!!!

The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It was a little hard for the taxi driver to find, it is in behind the church, but once you find it, very central.

Städning skedde inte automatiskt eller regelbundet. Man fick säga till. Och handdukar och lakan byttes inte heller utan tillsägelser. Inte ens säkert att man fick nya handdukar trots att de tagit den gamla. Dock blev det bättre med tiden, efter 3v fungerade det någorlunda

Swimming pool and location near to ⛱️

The staff was excellent. Beautiful gardens, a calm oasis in the middle of chaotic Baga. The room was neat and tidy, but could use a deep clean. (Some mold in the bathroom and very dusty window sills.)

I loved the property.

Good location, the garden is big bonus for hotel, well done. Decent pool, however water was getting cloudy during stay

On the booking.com page, just under pictures hotel offers free airport transfer. When asked about it, denied and blamed booking.com for mistake. Managers admitted that offer was that's, however denied service. Finally left young front desk attendant to deal with. Absolute lack of professionalism, should not work in customer service. WiFi in the room disappearing or week frequently. Again young attendant left to deal with, however I've learned that problem can't be fixed due to router problem. Light gone a few times, constant problem with back up. Had to speed part back of night without AC. Wrong description of rooms, no clear information that room don't have AC

location was good , other than everything was in comfortable.

rooms are not as showing in the pictures , totally different like a different hotel . rooms are not clean . towels and linens are so dirty. service is extremely bad. staff were not friendly at all . nothing good in the hotel except the location .

I liked the AC. Worked very well. I also loved the water pressure. AMAZING water pressure. And, the grounds. Wow - beautiful grounds so don't forget to walk around while you're here. The staff are out there daily watering and washing and raking leaves. Just beautiful.

We didn't have the breakfast. When asked about it, I got the impression it wasn't really available to me. Not sure why... we paid more for our room than is typical. I also didn't like the location. The hotel can't help where they're located, but I wouldn't stay here again for that reason. Regardless, the hotel is very quiet as it sits back away from the main road and party scene.
