First off, this place smelled amazing! It was clean and felt like home. My wife said it was like a “tiny mansion” it’s a small lake house but feels so roomy! Definitely would stay again. Marie is very quick to respond and checked on us during the stay! Such a nice place.

Loved everything except the one bedroom arrangement. Understood it to be a separate one bedroom rather than one room total.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location, easy communication with Marie, very clean and cozy. It spite of very low temperatures outside, the cottage kept warm and comfortable temp. It was perfect place for the two of us.

I booked this property for a short overnight stay on a long road trip. It's two rooms -- the bathroom/laundry, and then the rest is an open studio space with kitchen, bed, couch, chair, daybed, and a few tables. Floor-to-ceiling windows give neat views of the lovely property. As others have noted, the lake is sometimes quite low (or no water at all in areas). Deck is huge and secure (good for dogs). Yard is not fenced and it is shared with other cottages on the property. There is a free-roaming large dog across the way, and it was exploring the dry lake area. Not a problem with my dogs, but just beware if you let your dog out! Overall, an amazing, comfortable location, just an easy drive to the national park. I would stay here again.

We were traveling to Texas from the Midwest to visit family for Christmas. It’s a 16 hour drive but this little cottage in Arkansas was the perfect place to rest and relax before Christmas merriment! It was so charming: the lake, the deck, accommodations-everything! Our host was very responsive and accommodating. We are definitely returning when we can!

Everything was perfect, location on the lake and the location to town. The only complaint would be the shower, very small and about a minute of hot hot water. My husband is 6'4 and I am 5'6. So we had to move the shower head and the water shot straight on the ceiling. We had to put the shower head back together. And I couldn't shave my legs the whole time I was there. Cold water, made it impossible.

Have stayed in cottage in the past and loved it then, this experience was just as good. Excess to Hot Springs and Reastrants is easy. Quiet and beautiful area to enjoy a restful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. It had everything we needed, and it was very clean. Even though the lake's water level had dropped for maintenance, the view was still beautiful. We would love to come back!

Pictures don't do cottage justice. It's extremely clean & perfectly taken care of. Decorated for holidays which gives it a warm welcoming feeling. Everything inside is of excellent quality...from the soaps to the cooking supplies. I bring my on skillet because most are in bad condition but her pans were great. The bed was comfortable & sheets so soft. Love that our 4 legged family member was allowed to join us. Watch out for acorns falling this time of year. Its a game of doge ball. Lol Sitting on the large deck watching Canadian geese was fun. Overall I would highly recommend. Definitely one of the places we've stayed.

We’ve been here twice now. Centrally located to everything but is away from the noise. This is the only place we will stay.

We had a great experience. Perfect location for our family of four. Close enough to downtown and other hiking spots while also being near grocery stores and restaurants. The cottage had everything we needed.

Perfect for 2 adults or 2 with 1 or 2 children. Well outfitted and roomy studio layout, cute, clean and cosy. Very nice uncovered, elevated deck with a good, safe space to dock our 22’ boat during our stay. Cottage is located in an attraction location. Hot Springs is a unique and fun town to visit. A great cottage and having the option to bring our boat to enjoy Lake Hamilton made this an A+ spot.

Very pretty, relaxing and peaceful. Cottage is well stocked and very clean. Welcoming text to know Marie was there for our needs. We truly had a relaxing time. Bed and couch were very comfortable. Would defiantly book this place again.

The property is very quaint and comfortable. The views of the lake are very relaxing. Marie is a very thoughtful host. This property was the perfect fit for hubby and I and our sweet corgi. Will stay here again.
