The road noise was too loud in the room, so I didn't stay there for the night and went to another hotel.

Near The Main road. Separate balcony . Silent environment . Free and safely access to room

No dust bin. No paper Tissue / Toilet roll tissue No water pressure. No electric kettle. No doormat. Only one tea bag. No tv.(It has have before ) Only one towel. No tea cups.

this is the second time I stayed this property, its value for money, rpooms have TV and very good internet a must for me , paid more and had crap internet in many hotels In sri Lanka. The location suited my requirements also has onsite bar/ restuarant and pizzaria all prices in them up this due to the current economical situation. All staff very friendly, there has been some changes since my last visit on December 2023 so an ongoing traing programme is recommended by management

The recent new younger members of staff really require training however very friendly, for example first hotel i stayed in my num,errous global travels when leaving a tip the waiter came back and said sir you didnt take you balance

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is walking distance to the beach but on a very busy road. Good value.

Unfortunately, the room was more run down than appears in the photos and not the cleanest. Rooms need some work done. Lights not working, curtains old & stained, furniture old & worn etc.Only one towel provided!? Our room for the first night was facing the street and was extremely nosiy! We moved to a different room for our second night and it was quieter. This hotel was ok for one night but probably wouldn't book here again.

Very nice room with balcony on the backside of the hotel And an AC that works very good.

Nothing..maybe the fun looking entrance and the attached restaurant. But nothing about the hotel is good.

Run down hotel Not clean. Walls are very dirty. Not setup well. No doormats by the bathroom. No hair dryer Broken room lock My stay was unpleasant Location is not great, its on a very busy street The proximity to beach is a plus.
