The view is phenomenal! Everyone enjoyed almost every amenity. Loved the spacious kitchen!

Wonderful home on the water with lots of space, amenities and views. Enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table inside and then the fire pit and dock outside. Even with the lake level very low, the dock had plenty of water for a boat to tie up.

We had a wonderful time at Nobody’s business. We rented the home for our sons wedding, the accommodations were perfect for our family. Each group had their own rooms and bathrooms. The house is even bigger than the photos depict. Due to weather we didn’t get to spend much time outdoors, but the dock, view and outdoors areas were great! The owner was also gracious enough to let us host the rehearsal dinner at the house. It made it very intimate and special! We can’t thank them enough!

Great time at "No Body's Business." Home was beautiful and the lake was even better. Only issue we faced was a drainage problem with the dishwasher which meant we had to hand-wash our items but the beauty of the lake more than made up for that minor inconvenience. Hope to stay again in the future.

This place was perfect! Plenty of room to sleep, great kitchen for cooking and plenty of space for fun.

We had a wonderful time on the lake! The house layout was great for all the extended family. We never felt cramped or on top of each other. We love the location on the lake and the privacy of the property. The boat rental right down the street made it so easy to rent a boat for several days. The spacious dock area allowed easy access for afternoon floating. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our week long stay. Property and house spacious so that everyone had their own space when needed. Access to the lake had a lot of stairs for my older parents, but getting into/out of the lake was nice with the steps into the water. The kitchen was well equipped and accommodated all we needed for cooking/grilling/baking. It was a great week with lots of memories made!

Each BR had a private bath. Loved that we had several areas of seating for private conversations. Our fav places were the screened porch and deck in the trees and the dock area.

From my initial contact through our leaving, the communication with the owner has been easy and quickly responsive. The house is spectacular, the location is easily accessible, the landscape and view is postcard perfect. The layout of the house worked well for the 4 different families in attendance. Spending this time with my siblings was priceless and everyone was so grateful for the excellent accommodations.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the lake house. The house was as pictured and we really loved the screened in porch and rocking chairs on the balcony. Having stayed at many vrbo houses over the years the only suggestion for improvement would be updating the appliances if possible as the coffee maker and dishwasher seemed past their best days.

Booked this property for our family and friends to stay for my daughter’s wedding weekend. We loved the house and it had tons of space! Everyone loved it! House was clean and ready to go when we got there. We were all very comfortable there and everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable and there was great areas inside and out to just hangout and relax. The view was incredible too! If there was any negatives it was the fact that we weren’t able to fully enjoy it cause of the busyness of the weekend! We all said that we would love to come back again and just relax one weekend so we may be back again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed this property! The views were breathtaking and I was especially impressed with the home's cleanliness and how well stocked it was with quality products and furnishings. I will definitely be back soon, but for a much longer duration next time. Thanks for such a wonderful stay and experience.

We had a couples outing and the lake house was the perfect fit. This is our second time renting and will not be the last.

The house was perfect for our group of eight ladies! Very nice and spacious house with beautiful views-just as advertised! I would definitely rent this house again!

This is an amazing property. Just beautiful. My daughter got married at Southern Oaks Venue so we rented this for the bridal party to stay since everyone was from out of town. They all loved the house. Would love to come back and bring the family. Even better than expected..

This property was perfect for our family! December graduation for our son, it had plenty of space and amenities! Beautiful place with plenty of things to do! Will rent again!

This is our 3rd time staying in this home as a family! Great layout for a large family. And love, love the screen porch and the wrap around porch...great place to drink your morning coffee while enjoying the view of Lake Murray! Definitely recommend staying at this home.

Enjoyed this property for our multi family Thanksgiving holiday. Perfect location, well stocked , plenty of activities within the home and a beautiful view from all rooms. We look forward to a return visit.

Great property on a beautiful lake. Had a great stay and would come back again.

Enjoyed our stay! The views from each angle of the property were so, so nice! Our group had 4 families that stayed and we never felt crowded or that there was a lack of space. Plenty of linens available, washer/dryer worked great, open kitchen and large dining table made eating-in enjoyable, and rooms were spacious. Owner was great with communication and there were tons of water toys available on-site for use (floating mat, tubes, noodles, life vests, etc). There are boat rental companies on either side of the property, by water. About 5 min away. The dock area was top notch! Covered area for relaxing out of the sun, steps that allow walk entry into the water, uncovered area for fishing/swimming, and spacious slip. The only item we didn't bring and could have made good use of was a pack and play for our 9 month old. But this item wasn't shown as being included, but if you have small kids would definitely recommend. We loved it and would recommend. The only reason for the 4 star in cleanliness was due to spider webs that we had to clear/sweep from the dock area.

This was our second year with family traveling from Germany, Canada and SC to reunite for our family vacation. The home is beautiful, spacious, the kitchen had everything we could ask for to cook our meals. We brought our ski boat and rented a pontoon boat, so the dock was perfect. Thank you sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to return next year.

Great House - Great Property. Only complaint is that there was food, toys, broken glass under some of the couches (Which my 5 month old Labrador Retriever found), and a broken wine glass behind the couch on the back porch which I found (In plain view). I brought this to the attention of the cleaning crew when they arrived this morning. A little far to go to restaurants (Inconvenience). Last but least, there were burners on the gas grill that were not working which caused a real challenge to cook our steaks and cobb webs and spider webs everywhere. Other than that, great place to stay. A little more attention to detail from the cleaning crew would give this place a 5 star rating.

Our second trip staying at this property with friends. Great for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone to gather. The “water toy” room was great again and had some awesome additions this year. We brought our boat and the launch is super close by. You can’t beat the location on the lake or the views! We will be back again next summer!

We rented for my son’s graduation from U of SC. It was perfect! Plenty of space. Enjoyed sitting on the dock. Just a perfect getaway!

We've stayed here 3 times now, w/ groups small & large. We've been here with large groups of teens to celebrate graduations and met up here with multiple families to just vacation together. It's been perfect for both! The kitchen and dining area is large and open and works perfectly for groups of 15+ to serve and dine in. The picnic style dining table easily sits 15-20 for cozy family style dining. That was a huge perk for us! There is plenty of parking here for 5+ cars. We towed our boat from out of state and easily dropped it in at a nearby marina right around the corner and stowed our trailer there all week for a small fee. We rent jet skis and wave runners from Fifty Fifty Sports right around the corner too. This lake is huge, so do your research for nearby restaurants and stores to know the driving distances. It's best to navigate by boat for sure. Pizza delivery & Door Dash is not available to here. The lake is awesome, & the location of this house is perfect for lake adventures. It's in a "cul-de-sac" of the lake, nice & quiet & just off the main high-traffic waterway, which makes it much safer for jet skiing, tubing & wakeboarding. Not to mention, less boat traffic means safe over-night docking for your own boat & toys. We brought our paddle boards & kayaks & had plenty of room on the dock to tie up everything overnight. The owner has lots of nice amenities available like tow ropes, wakeboards, a kayak & more. That's on top of the ping pong table & pool table. A huge feature is the screened in wrap around porch. It's a perfect spot for coffee, reading, or visiting w/ family and friends, overlooking sunsets on the lake. They have lots of open yard areas for kids to play & to hold a backyard bbq. Plus great hammocking trees! We strung up 4-5 hammocks all week & loved the peace of it all. The two masters on the main floor are huge & have their own private baths. The basement is perfect for teens and kids. It has 2 bedrooms both w/ a set of bunkbeds PLUS a separate full bed & their own private baths. The final sleeping area is in an open loft. It has a pull out sofa plus a queen bed and lots of room leftover. Someone sleeping up in the loft would have to share a bath w/ another guest since all the full baths are located w/in a bedroom. There is a small half bath w/ just a sink & toilet on the main floor too. The loft is private enough for changing privacy & not easily visible from below, but it does get hot & has no ac vents so use fans.

The place has excellent views of the lake and is so quiet and peaceful. The pictures on the listing don’t do all of the outdoor lounge areas justice.

We had a group in town for a wedding, and this house was perfect for us! Spacious property with great bedrooms. It was so nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We loved the openness of the kitchen/living room. Would definitely recommend!!

Amazing house with beautiful views. My family loved fishing off the pier. We will come back.
